I love our CVS in Zionsville! The store manager, Linda, is so helpful and so is Sima a store associate. They always greet me with friendly smiles and always help me find things. These ladies represent CVS well!

Worst experience ever. I self-administered a COVID-19 test on 7/2/2020 and after 13 DAYS still DO NOT have my results. Ive called the store and CVS Minute Clinic MULTIPLE times and am told my results are still pending at the lab. This is absolutely unacceptable. Did I mention Im 19 weeks pregnant?

Ive been to multiple CVS stores in Indy and this is the best. Friendly staff. Clean, organized store. Pharmacy is also excellent.

This place is terrible. They are so slow, the store is disorganized and the clerks are rude. The pharmacy is the worst...nothing is ever ready on time, they mess up prescriptions frequently and the pharmacy staff is very rude. Its worth the drive down to the Whitestown location

The store manager is a complete tool. I went in to pick up money from money gram. Which is a service they provide. Upon coming in he told me they didnt have enough money in the drawer then proceeds to say well maybe we do and then after that asked me for the reference number which he says is invalid. All of this is completely untrue their first policy should be to have you go to the red phone located in the store talk to money gram then take your reference number and ID to the counter to get your money he did not tell me about the red phone nor I had to call money gram first. pretty crazy coming from a store manager I know the correct policy because I went to a store 3 miles up the road he was happy to help me I will never step foot back into the Oak St., Zionsville CVS location I plan on writing a letter to corporate explaining my situation I have my receipt the store managers name and I will be filing a formal complaint.

Most experiences at this location are good. Things are generally well stocked and kept clean. Occasionally you will run into a problem with a staff member who doesnt know what they are doing.

I went to this CVS Minute Clinic for a strep throat swab. It is near my house and I heard bad customer service stories from many people regarding Witham Convenient Care. Also, CVS was able to tell me the exact cost for me to pay out-of-pocket.I can tell everyone that my experience was fabulous. The person that answered my call was polite and gave me all the information I needed. The doctor was friendly and thorough. Also, I was able to get my prescription filled in less than 5 minutes at the CVS pharmacy. The only downfall was that I arrived to sign-in at 1:15 and the doctors lunch break was from 1:00-2:00, which is simply unlucky.I would highly recommend visiting this CVS Minute Clinic for your basic health needs.

Worst pharamacy!! Never have my prescriptions done on time -- says ready at 8 pm -- never ready when picking up. One time did not have the meds and I had to go to other CVS pharmacy across town. Never had problems like this my Kroger Pharmacy in old home town -- Thank goodness Kroger just opened up -- will take scripts to them--- never had one good experience at this CVS pharmacy-- I gave them benefit of doubt first few visits--- now it is a pattern of incompetence.. Stay Away!!

Will NEVER return to any cvs ever again. Was in a hurry dont have a cvs card they claim they cant scan one BS ill never be back

I walked in and was instantly greeted with a ridiculously long line, I didnt think much of it at the time, and figured it would be more manageable by the time I was done getting what I had came for. I searched around the store for a bit, looking for some items and found literally not one thing I was looking for. So, I decided to ask for some help, not much to my surprise, all employees were occupied... so, I looked a little bit longer, and eventually gave up. In conclusion, horrible service, extremely unorganized, and short on staff.

Great pharmacy if youre not a person of color. I finally wised up & transferred to a pharmacy thats not reminiscent of a 60s Woolworths lunch counter.

Terrible pharmacy. Lisa, the RPh was extremely rude and defensive when I came in with a problem regarding an incorrect prescription. Pharmacy staff overall isn’t very friendly.

Bad, horrible service... always out of stock, staff members dont know what theyre doing, the manager has no manners, so overall, just plain bad.

Not much to say, other than the fact that shopping at this store had to be one of the most stressful events of my life, but I did make some friends while profusely argueing about how unorganized the place was.
