This was my second MacBook purchase and I am very satisfied. This refurbished MacBook was cheaper than what Amazon had, so it was worth the drive from Franklin to Zionsville. FYI Google Maps tries to send you to a jewelry store 2 blocks away, but at least the walk was pleasant...

I went to Best Buy to get my laptop fixed by the GeekSquad. They told me to make an appointment and come back in 3 days and then they would finally take a look. I was pretty upset since it was a time sensitive matter.Then, I decided to go to WrightTech. The place was not busy at all. I explained my issue (my laptop screen turned white and wouldn’t change). A really nice guy took it apart for about 15 minutes, rebooted it, and it immediately started working. He didn’t have us pay anything since it was an easy fix and said we could come back if it wasn’t working again.I definitely recommend this place - great customer service and a fast turnaround time.

Very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I was concerned they would keep my laptop for a long time, but they had it in and out in 2 days. It works better than it ever has.

Over the past four months, Aaron at Wright Tech has assisted me by recovering data from a failed hard drive, replacing laptop hard drives with new SSDs, migrating data to new hard drives, memory upgrades, and upgrades to Windows 10. In each case, the pricing was fair and the service was friendly and quick. In several cases, I relied on Aaron for advice on some upgrade/repair decisions and I found him to be very knowledgeable and focused on what was best for me. Additionally, my computers have always been ready when promised.I highly recommend Wright Tech and I will continue to rely on them for any work that I need done.

So I was having thermal throttling issue with my gaming laptop reaching over 99 C but I asked them to repaste my laptop and the tens drop down to 85 C undermaximum load. And all of this was done only for 50 bucks This is literally perfect

I have taken 2 computers to Wright PC and have been very satisfied. Each time it was not worth fixing the computer and they did not charge me anything to diagnose. I emailed prior to taking the computers in and response time was great as well. Very professional and friendly! Highly recommend.

We had a problem with communication on the day they were coming to fix my computers. They did not keep me informed of the problems they were having that day. HOWEVER once they realized the issue they contacted me and came to the house at my convenience and gave me a free service call. The work and service was superb. They really care about their customers and their reputation.. The work was excellent and Corey was a very nice and helpful person. i will use them again.

This is the best place to get your computer repaired at! They are quick and courteous. I make the trip from downtown to come up to this shop. Too bad that one girl with the short hair and glasses doesnt work there anymore. She was my favorite tech! ;)

I purchased a refurbished HP laptop from Wright PC. Wright installed the hard drive from my old computer into the new one. It runs great and is so much faster than my old laptop. The price was so much lower than a newer laptop with comparable specs and the support is far superior to what Ive been used to. Took a very long time but they got my computer fixed up. Edit: computer stopped charging again in the same way less than a month. Also replaced the screen with the wrong screen.

This place is fantastic. They sold me a 2012 Macbook Air for a much more reasonable price than anything I have found on Craigslist and it has a 6 month warranty. They were knowledgable and helped me decide on what would be best for me. The computer is flawless. I love it. I will be doing much more business here in the future. My parents and my son need laptops and now I know where to shop.
