Matthew at CPR in Zionsville diagnosed my phone and was able to restore my phone with an update. He worked on it for over a half hour and refused any payment for helping me. I highly recommend CPR at this or any of their other locations (Mass Ave. Indy and Fishers).

Matt should wear a cape because he is my hero!! I fell for a scam and has to shut down my computer. the bad guy had control of my screen! I talked to Matt on the phone and he calmed me down. I couldn’t get to the store until 5:00 and I couldn’t leave my computer. I had to have it over the weekend. He stopped what he was doing and worked with me for about an hour and not only fixed what the bad guy did, but uninstalled stuff that had been on there for a long time that I didn’t need and was slowing down the processing.He explained everything he was doing. He was so kind and respectful. My computer is now running better than it has in a year. I will always go there for my technical needs. And I would recommend them to anyone.

They kept saying my split board was broke on my iPhone and I’m better off buying a new phone. (The split board was fine) They were trying to sell me a new iPhone but at the end of the day the phone would of cost 4times more what it’s worth for financing. I went somewhere else and they installed a new screen assembly and it works flawless now.

My daughters iPhone screen went bad. I took the phone in to the store and they had it repaired in under an hour. The repair was perfect and it was much cheaper than buying a new phone.

Went to ubreakifix first and they ended up doing more damage to my phone and claiming there was much more and I needed to just replace it. These guys listened to my complaints and even investigated the claims made by the other company and found that they had done poor work and completely lied to me. CPR Cell Phone was about 10% more expensive than ubreakifix but at least the technicians were honest and very capable. They were able to repair my phone including the screw up from the first company and were kind enough to help me with putting on a new screen protector. I will happily recommend everyone I know to these guys for being skillful, professional, and above all else, having integrity.

CPR was able to quickly (less then two hours) fix my iPhone. They let me know ahead of time what problems they might run into and what they might not be able to repair without spending more $$$. Would recommend!

Noah at CPR is awesome!!! I had two old Samsung phones with batteries that were about to rupture, Noah graciously told me to come on over even though it was close to closing time. He stayed past 7 PM on a Saturday and even fixed one of the phones while I was waiting in about 10 minutes. It’s nice to see people that still believe in Hardwork even if it’s at the expense of their own free time! He certainly went above and beyond and honestly seemed happy to do it! CPR will definitely get all of my business in the future!

I saw an ad on Facebook that they had Xbox series X available for sale. I responded to the ad immediately and had a reply inside a half hour. Noah was extremely helpful and polite. I thought the service was so great that I recommended that my brother purchase one from them as well. Noah then helped my brother over the phone get his order set up and we came to pick his up the next morning. I can’t recommend this location enough!

I had a wonderful experience here the other day. I thought my phone had gotten a virus because everything kept crashing. I took it to my service provider, and they couldnt figure it out. They said I would probably need a new phone. I brought it to CPR and before I was even done explaining what was wrong with it, the man already knew what was wrong. He fixed it in less than 5 minutes. He did a couple of other things on the phone too to help me. He didnt charge me anything!! Noah was very nice and professional the whole time. Thank you!!

If I could give this place no stars I would!!!They told me they could order the part for my phone on one day and have it fixed the next day, then it turned out they wouldnt even get the part for six days, on top of that I had to be the one that called them to find this out no one bothered to call me and inform me of this!!! Very poor customer service. Would not recommend taking anything to them!

I will start by saying I am so grateful for the help I received from this store! Today would make it the second day in a row that I came in for help. I had originally went in because I was trying to replace a screen on my sons phone and I couldn’t get a couple of the screws out. Jakob was working and he was so super nice and helped me get them out as well as show me all the little things I needed to be careful of when I was replacing the screen. He literally walked me through everything when it came to fixing it. I ended up replacing the screen and had some issues with the phone turning on fully. I went back in today for the second time and Jakob was there again and yet again was super awesome and helped me figure out what was wrong. He took his time to figure out the problem and did whatever he could to help me get it working. Both times I went into the store it was close to closing time and he never made me feel like he was tired of helping me. He seriously went above and beyond my expectations! I am so thankful I went there for help. I know had I went anywhere else, I wouldn’t have gotten such amazing service! I deff recommend using them if you have any cellphone repairs!

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. My girlfriend took her iPhone XR there to get the back glass replaced. After a few hours they call and say that they burned the camera lens with their laser and that they wouldn’t be able to fix the phone completely until the next day. They were very apologetic and said they’d fix the camera for free and take $10 off the repair. Cool no big deal. Got the phone back the next day and was told they couldn’t get the back glass on all the way and that there was nothing They could do about it. There is a gap on one of the corners that you can literally press in with your finger. Tried talking to the manager and he/she wouldn’t even come out and talk to us. Just said there was nothing they could do. Why give us a quote to fix the phone when they can’t even fix it properly or give a refund? After leaving CPR, I took the phone to AT&T to see if they could do anything and the employee told me I should demand a refund for how poor of a job they did. I am very disappointed in the service they provided and the customer service from the manager. Don’t go here if you want your phone repaired correctly because they will just do the best they can and you’ll have to live with it.

Went in to purchase a phone today after one was damaged, very fast and professional service! Walked me through my options and provided info on the phones. Got a great price on a used phone in great condition. Got home and had issues setting it up, called the store, went back and the tech who helped me (Jared) is amazing! Went out of his way to help me get it set up very quickly! I’ve had three screens put on there and now gotten a phone from them. Defiantly recommend!

CPR was not the closest but knew about the repair particulars .. they had to order it so make sure you call ahead of time .. they may want to verify the part/damage too so be prepared to physically go there .. their pricing is extremely competetive but if you mention my name ask for $10 off .. these guys are professionals .. (mike is cute too lol) no Im not getting any incentive for this review nor am I their mother hah . just know your job will be done right . again .. 5 stars easy ..

Store was clean and staff was supper healpfull we got a new laptop through the lease process and it was easy and straight forward. All fees were s haired a head of time. Information was great .

I showed up here without calling ahead or making an appointment of any kind, showed up just a couple hours before the store closed and was in dire need to have my screen on my iPhone fixed before I left on a business trip out of state. They checked me in with no issue and assured me theyd could make it happen for me. I told them Id be back to pick it up right before close. I ended up getting held up while at the auto shop having my tires rotated and oil changed, and was not going to make it back before they closed. Worried as I was to be leaving for my trip right after and wouldnt be able to without my phone, I used the auto shops phone to call them, not expecting an answer as it was 5PM and they were closed. To my disbelief, an employee (Nate or Nick, in such a rush I cant remember clearly) answered and informed me he had my phone finished and was waiting for me concerned to my dilemma that he would wait till I was able to get here to pickup my phone. I finally made it there about 20 minutes after they closed and was let in to get my phone and pay. My phone was fixed and couldnt even tell it had ever even been damaged, an amazing repair job on the screen and even as far as to clean my phone and fully charged my battery! The employee was so polite and professional, saved me more he knew. Highly recommend this shop and will be going there for any future repairs!

What an awesome experience!!! Just left the AT&T store and walked in to the Cell phone Repair store and had our I phone fixed within 5 minutes!! Had a charger break off in the charging port and they were able to fix it. At&t told us to file a claim online and we would have to send in the phone... which meant that I would be without a phone for a couple of days. But CPR came to the rescue and was able to remove the piece of charger in a matter of minutes. So happy I stopped in their store!!! Thank you CPR for the quick fix!!!!

My iPhone stopped being able to charge. The charging cord would not fit properly in the charging port. A young man met me at the counter and opined that the charging port may be clogged with dirt/lint etc. After a few minutes of waiting he brought the phone out and reported that the port was, in-fact, clogged and that he cleaned it and the phone was charging properly now. All of this and....No Charge!I was shocked and very happy. CPR Cell Phone Repair made my day.

I called Jared because he is the Director of Operations assuming he would be willing to help me since I am the customer. He was very rude to me even though my REFURBISHED phone is not working and under warranty. This is the second phone from them that has had a hardware crash. I asked to speak with his boss and he told me “he does not take your kind of calls”. I am extremely disappointed in their customer service. I would NOT recommend. They do not even explain to their customers about the services they are purchasing from them. Awful Awful experience.

I work at a repair shop that focuses on Apple products. I’ve called this location many times to get information on pricing and repair procedure for android users who come into my store. The staff is always very professional and knowledgeable. They’ve treated every customer we’ve sent them exceptionally well and I’ve never heard any negatives about them, except people wish they were closer. I’ll definitely keep recommending people get repairs here.
