Where are the cashiers for this cart full of groceries? I have to do your job now?

Layout isnt the best. Limited selection of items. Close to home and convenient though.

I went to the deli to purchase some chicken. There was a young man at the counter assisting another customer. It was taking him a while with them. He asked Rita to come and wait on me. She was labelling boxes and told him, Let me finish this. I watched her do that for several minutes before shaking my head and leaving. Further, what few pieces of chicken in the bin were old and dried out. Of late the store is barley stocked. I refuse to return there and it is only a mile from our house.

The cashier was very nice but the elderly lady bagging my groceries wasnt nice at all.

Small store with limited selection of items. The other customers werent even friendly. I took my own reusable bags, several insulated. I had to request my bags be used three different times and still ended up with items in plastic bags, including meat, which should have been placed in any one of the many reusable insulated bags Id taken with me. They couldnt even bother to use the zipper closure to secure the bags! In conclusion, I repackaged all of my groceries. J wont be going back there!

This store gives all other Krogers a bad name. Im a fan of Kroger but this one is unable to keep its shelves stocked and is way overpriced. It seems like half the time they are completely out of whatever Im coming to buy even when theyre common items.

Yes I go here more for groceries but had to review the excellent pharmacist Paul who gave me a vaccine today, super friendly and personable !

90% of this store is great, but the deli is the worst. They always try to shut down way earlier than their stated hours (like 15-20 minutes). This has happened to us multiple times - even when weve been waiting in line well in advance! Will have to go elsewhere.

Nice store, but prices are higher compared to other Krogers.

It is a good grocery store. Doesnt have things like sushi, but space is kind of at a premium for this particular store. Nice and convenient with the location.

Great Kroger. Clean and very efficient. Perfect place to go and pick up lunch. Nice salad bar, pre-made sandwiches and fried chicken or sushi

Nice clean store. Should be clean its only been open for two days...the layout is kind of congested for a kroger. The entrance and exit doors are very small which causes a back up. One you enter its very warm and welcoming. The produce area is very nice and well kept. The salad and soup bar looked nice which is a plus to have in the area. The frozen food is way off to the other side of the store in a odd spot. The selection at this Kroger also seems limited compared to others. Overall Id come back. Id recommend coming early or late in the day as it gets congested inside and in the parking lot during peak hours. They did the best they could with limited space inside

Stopped in early in the morning and was very happy with the design. Glad to have such a nice grocery store near our house. Will definitely be coming here often!

This Kroger Store has gotten rid of all the brands of prdouts I buy. Dont understand. You walk in their store and their mote interested in selling liquor. The main meal items are all way in back of store and in small quantities. Very sad way to run a store that use to be number one in groceries.

A nice small Kroger store. Has all the basic needs. Easy to find most of things you need. I asked one of the Kroger employees and they can tell you if they got it or not. I can show you if need help.

We had a cart full of groceries around $400 worth, which is a lot of items. We were ready to check out at around 9:45 PM. It’s our understanding that all lanes switch to self-check out at 10pm, which was confirmed by the employee standing “guard”. There were no regular check-out lanes available, but appeared to have plenty of staff available to open one up. They said all registers were closed when we asked if their was someone who could open one up for us. However, one employee did offer to assist us with check out but we had to split our order and use two self-check out stations due to the volume of items.I’m guessing that self check out machine said to get assistance 3 times, all of this while at several workers were standing around. The employee helping us was great but shortly after she began helping us another employee walked over and began watching us. Like literally leaning against the machine staring us down. This was very uncomfortable for us. My wife asked him if he was security and standing guard, because that’s exactly what he looked like he was doing. Really unnecessary. He confirmed he was standing guard. I’m not sure what his agenda was but it wasn’t anything I’ve had to deal with before. On the way out we asked what time they switch to self-check out at night so we can avoid this next time, which there probably won’t be. He confirmed they switch at 10. We were out of there by 10.Meijer’s from here on out ! I’ll never step foot in here again.Ps I’m not one to leave a bad review but had to this time. We are not difficult people, but this was so unnecessary and we shouldn’t have to be temporary employees bagging our own groceries.

Not bad needs better organic selection on certain items.

Overall a good location and slightly better prices than Marsh are offset by their very poor service. Just one mile away, Target offers superior selection, prices, and employees with training and enough social grace not to openly talk about how much they hate their job while ringing out customers.

I love the produce department. Couldnt find Maxwell decaf coffee and not a great selection in the lite map/salad dressing but shelves were pretty well stocked and it was clean. Meat case looked great. Diane the cashier ask if we found everything we wanted. Told her about coffee and she said make a suggestion to the store so that is what I am doing. Douglas in the frozen department was very friendly and helpful. One of your on sale items was not in the store it was turkey something and made by Brothers. Didnt ask about it. Was not impressed with the way they sacked my groceries. They put stuff on top of my fresh strawberries. Did not double bag the canned items. The bagger filled them full. Was shopping at Meijer but prefer Kroger. Please keep this store this well stocked and will continue to shop there. We live in Lebanon so driving the extra miles for meat and produce that looked this good is good. Joshua one of the managers or co managers was very kind and made us feel like we were important customers.

Meat selection is horrible. The Kroger in Westfield has prime meat. This location has choice. Marsh used to have great meat selection then it went down hill. Get prime meats and Ill change you to 5 stars.

That store is never stocked. Always empty spots and salad bat is usually pretty sad on the lettuce it is usually limp and old. And the olives my husban d likes, MRRY feta and olives #6966 lately are 80%cheese and 20% olives!

It looks like a Marsh/Kroger Combined inside Very good remodel in some areas the remodel didnt take to much into effect like it almost looks like the 1960s or 70s. But overall very friendly.

The parking lot was full therefore I assumed it had opened. I walked in and was approached by one of their employees and was one of the rudest men I’ve ever met and said they were closed and rushed me out of the store. Very sad to have such an ill-managed corporation in an awesome little town.

Love our new home town grocery store . It was Awesome to see so many friendly former Marsh people Ive known for years . Keep up the Good Work Krogers !

Little smaller than the ones in Texas and the frozen food was hidden by the feminine products... the staff was very friendly and helpful

Its nice that Kroger jumped into this space, but they made little effort to update the property before they opened. the store is adequately stocked but feels a little rough around the edges.

More organic options would be nice. An upgrade from marsh tho

Of course its not open yet the new Kroger in Zionsville but I am a former Marsh employee who now works for Kroger I am so pleased to see the store bought by Kroger it will really do good in the town of Zionsville

So glad to see so many friendly staff at our new Krogers in Boone Village. Many familiar faces that used to be with Marsh - especially in frozen foods, fish market, and front desk - they are all happy to be there!

I didnt think this Kroger could possibly be worse than Brownsburgs, but I was proven wrong. Poor selection, even worse layout, short on stock, and slow deli counter service all add up to I wont be back.

Sure wish the meat and produce were better quality. I miss Marsh

We were very excited to have a grocery store nearby, once again.Unfortunately, the customer service is disappointing and unlike other Kroger stores.This is my 3rd visit since they have opened, and the 2nd time ive left my cart and walked out.

Small, outdated nonsense layout. Bread was all the way at one end instead of being centrally located.

The store is so worn out, expected a facelift. The employees were very helpful, but disappointed in the stores appearance.
