I utilize UPS services 4-5 times a week on average but this was my first time at this location & likely will be my last. Long unnecessary wait time when I came in at noon today to drop off an express pkg. I wasnt greeted by the rep that was working either. In todays climate just practicing the simple & basic customer svc skills go a long way in my book and certainly will determine if Ill spend my time & money with you. On a positive note the music played while I was forced to wait was pleasant.

I don’t have enough words to express how amazing this ups store is-it’s one of these places where I go and I know for sure I’ll receive the best customer service ever! Always helpful, respectful, polite and supportive stuff. More than that, they truly support your needs the best way possible. Thank you, guys, for being awesome!

The representative that waited on me and refused to wear his mask over his nose. He was rude and invited me to go to another store if I didnt like it. Next time I will mail it myself rather than put my life at risk in the age of Covid!

As other reviewer’s have said I will not come back to this UPS store again either. Literally came in at 3:59 one minute before closing with the person at the counter. He was working with a customer and said it’s 4 o’clock I’m going to close I’m not going to help any more customers. Don’t know if I could give them less than one star but I would for this poor customer service

Great service, fast

I worked for this UPS Store for 2 weeks and was lied to by the owner. He shorted me on my check and lied to me about my pay amount. I have worked for The UPS Stores for 5 years now and this was the worst one I worked at. I personally would not do business here based off the dishonesty. I would take your business to the 86th and Ditch location prices are cheaper and the owner is not dishonest.

The people at the store are very nice and very helpful. I have had a number of packages delivered to their location, UPS and FedEx, they accept both. I would recommend them highly.

I would never go there, again. Hope that location would close forever, disappointing service and bad attitude from the lady owner.

Not helpful whatsoever for shipping a box. Went to USPS for better customer service.

Always polite and efficient in this store. Sometimes there is a wait, but at busier times there are normally several people working.

Bad experience, they lost my envelope with original documents and even though I had 100$ insurance on it, they didnt give anything. I dont recommend this place, and beside this the owner has attitude w customers.

The Indian guy I handed my package to never scanned it . Now the package is lost . I cant get my refund . Worst mismanaged UPS EVER !!!!!
