I do not recommend these company for no reason to anybody. They started with lies since the beginning, I took them a 6k check and see if they will approve me they never gave me updates on my situation until I called 21st. The bank told me they never submitted my application. When They finally did they made false promises for a whole month and made a story about a new program for low credit score individuals. With this new program Bo asked for 10k and depositing it quickly, then giving you run arounds, giving false hope and also pretending to be helpful and friendly. They are not professional or reliable a place that gives first time buyers a very bad experience.

When we couldnt get approved at other places we tried here and were approved..they are great people and were wonderful and very helpful..i would recommend this place highly cause they care and want to see you in their homes..please go check them out they are absolutely great!!!

Do not go with these people!! My husband and I were trying to get a mobile home with them. Carolle was the one helping us. So we thought. She told us how much we would have to apply for a mobile home. We filled out the application and sent it to her with $500 deposit. It had been days we hadnt heard from her. We wanted to know if we were approved or not. When we would try to contact her she would say she was at lunch or they said she wasnt in the office. So I called the direct loan place to see if we had got approved they told me right away. They knew since the day I applied if I was or wasnt. And they sent me a copy of the letter. In the denial letter it also showed were Carolle raised the price of home and didnt even tell us we were applying for a higher amount she told us in the beginning. Then we had to keep calling and texting almost everyday because they didnt want to refund our $500 that on the application clearly says refundabale. It took her more then two weeks for us to receive our money back. She lied the first time saying she sent it when she never did. Other lady that works in the office is also rude and no help!! Do not recommend!!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!
