He took the time to explain how Oak Creek was superior in a lot of ways to other builders and took us on a tour through some of the model homes. I was impressed with JC because he approached us from the beginning with wanting to give us information and answer questions. His main focus was fulfilling what we wanted to know and not pressure sales. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We loo forward to working with him as we move forward.

The first couple of months with Oak Creek were great, they answered all of our questions and worked with our budget beyond my expectations. However, after the purchase/delivery of the home we have had nothing but problems. Example- we told them about two leaks in the roof which happened during delivery at the end of May this year. They still have not fixed it, and now the leaks have turned into water stains on the ceiling and soon, I’m sure, mold. The under pinning is still not done and our house was delivered 6 weeks ago. The contractors they have sent out to fix these things keep rescheduling and making excuses. FED UP. I would not recommend anyone buy a home here with all the issues we are dealing with now.

If I could give a 10 star review then I would! We have had an awful experience with other companies. I was completely discouraged and was about to give up on our search to put a house on our land. Bill emailed me back almost immediately after my inquiry and was so professional and polite. He scheduled us a meeting immediately and him and Virginia were such a blessing! They were both very knowledgeable and to the point. They went through the entire process with us and showed us some houses that would fit our needs! I couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience there. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Lisandra has been great working with me. The rest has been a horrible experience and still is. I started this process in December 2020, now its almost April 2021 and I still have no home. I was told back in December this will be a quick process and I even got the home on the lot to speed things up. Until now, Im still filling out paperwork over and over, no one seems to know what is going on. The land I found was supposed to be done with contract in February. Since they took too long, it has to be extended and its costing me $1,000 more because they failed to do their job. They are not even taking responsibility for their actions. Ive told them I have been staying at a hotel since January and doesnt even seem to concern them at all. I have been doing everything on my own, not sure what they are getting paid to do. Lisandra has been the only one informing me of updates. I shouldve gone with Solitaire homes in Abilene, they got my sister in a house in 1 month and offered to pay hotel cost if she stayed at one. I dont recommend this place unless you want to wait 4 months or longer.

Very unsatisfactory, Love my home but contractors do a sloppy job on dirt work. Have ruts throughout my property. When it rains my place is a mud pit. Wasn’t informed about extra cost of final grade work. So our decks are going to be in 4 inches of water standing. I put 70,000 down on this home you think they would have quality work.

Our salesperson, Bill Wilkins was an excellent source of information and did not high pressure us at all. We bought a mobile home from Oak Creek Homes and the people in the office was fine it’s when we got the mobile home!! They did a very sloppy job building our home. I bet they built it in a couple of hours. Here’s a few things wrong.. sink put in crooked, kitchen island wobbly because one side taller than the other. Lumps of something under the carpet nails sticking up out of the floor. Paint on the carpet Scratches And dents in cabinets. And more!!! Then when the contractors came and hooked up the appliances they didn’t hook the hose to the dishwasher good and it leaked water all out on my floor and now I have water damage. Getting someone out here to fix it is almost impossible. So just beware!!!

Jennifer Burt was so patient with our wanting to look at several models and in our taking our time to decided which was right for us. We have been helped every step along the way and now just waiting to actually move in. We are so excited and appreciate everyone who took part in the process.
