This is at least the fourth or fifth time the pharmacy has screwed up medication for myself or my family. They repeatedly ignore 90 day fills despite my insurance being consistent. At one point they provided me with an extra 6 months of a prescription accidentally and I had to return them. I am tired of late refills because of their incompetence. Switching pharmacies asap

Limited pharmacy hours, closed for lunch and weekends! Never have my medication available, in spite of committing to purchase it from them every month. On the positive side, the staff is pleasant and polite.

Best place to work with the best co-workers and customers!! 17 yrs in this same location and I cant imagine being anywhere else...

I did covid-19 test and still waiting for results. So today completed 5 days and not received nothing I did call and receive answer for waiting waiting waiting I cant not work because dont have my results

I have used walgreens for about 5 years. The pharmacist manager in ashland released my information to another customer. When I confronted the situation she noted that no one in her store could fill my prescriptions. When I went to fill a new prescription she locked my profile so no other pharmacy could fill it. I spoke to cooperate about 72 hours ago and was promised a call back within 48 hours I am still awaiting a call. Then today I went to refill another prescription and it was magically deleted. I called again and was informed my Dr canceled the prescription. I contacted my Dr and she stated she did not do that. Again i called the main office and was assured I would receive a call back.... AGAIN NO PHONE CALL! Moral of this story is Walgreens does not care about there customers. I am disabled and need my medication they had no resolution. WATCH OUT FOR MANAGER IN THE ASHLAND LOCATION...She tries to play God with your prescriptions.
