From the moment you walk through the door you receive excellent service and information. You can order a Tesla online very easily, but for me I need to to see and test drive a vehicle. I spoke with Andrew and he was able to answer all my questions while I sat in a Model 3. You usually have to set up an appointment to take a test drive, but luckily there was an opening and I went for a ride. I had started my Model 3 order prior to this visit and Andrew helped me finish it. Currently there is a 3 to 4 month waiting period, but I found one on the Tesla Inventory site exactly like the one I ordered in New York and they shipped it to me within a week and Tim gave me instructions on how to set my Model 3 up and customize for my personal use. All in all my Tesla experience has been great with the help from Andrew and Tim.
Had a car charger replaced at this location. The staff were friendly and the service center quickly handled my issue and got me back on the road in less than 20 minutes. I appreciate the help!
They answered all my questions. No sales pressure. They dont work on commission. And then they handed me the keys to test drive one and said see you in a 1/2 hour. And they just let me take one out on my own for about a half hour. It was a fantastic experience
No inventory on the lot to compare models or test drive. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was told to come back in the beginning of October when they replenish inventory.
I came here to test drive the Model Y and partly to convince the wife and leave ICE. The visit is definitely different than a regular dealership, the lack of salesman trying to get me to trade my car and going home with brand new car is such a relief. Definitely planning to get a Model Y sometime next year.
I specifically inquired if there’s transportation provided to the Tesla dealership and was told there wasn’t. I later found out that the do provide Uber’s only after I paid $200 towards a taxi to the pickup.Was very disappointed as well that they gave me a very limited time frame to accommodate my pickup. They didn’t leave much ability for me to coordinate the pickup since they kept changing the pickup date. All in all it wasn’t the smoothest process
I purchased a model Y from this location and the whole experience was fantastic. I worked with Timothy Pittz and he was very helpful along the way. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

I’ve owned a model x since 2016, and all that I can tell you is wow. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with my Tesla that I would never go back to a gas ⛽️ vehicle. And the service is great, plus you get a full charged car back — see if you can get that at an ICE dealership. When short on loaners they give you Uber credit, another 100 dollar bonus to get you back and forth . And it’s rare that I ever need service, and if you do there’s the mobile fleet.
I had something lodged in my charging port. It was messing up my ability to super charge. They jumped right on it and bam! Back on the road!!!

Over priced cars dealer thinks there is no other but no being able to go anywher you want when you want its not worth it. I have a car that gets 44mpg and dont need a special charger to drive it. Great idea but you are paying for the new technology up front so with the difference in gas vs Electric and the price they sell for it works out to be the same. My new car was 14,500 thats a big difference and a lot of gas do the math.
First service experience here, not over yet, so not the full picture, and to be clear the people seem great. But, no calls, no message replys, and the cars been there for eight hours. So since I need it to get to work soon I have to uber/lyft 20 miles out to try and get an awnser from most likely no one, because the general hours and service hours are different depending on where you look. Love the car though😐

The dealership was nice, the tesla car drove like a plane, its quiet and really accelerates quickly. But, im not a person who can only have an IPad in the car, I need other gadgets.
Omg Automated service is horrible way to long
When I bought a Model 3 one of my concerns was that servicing the vehicle would be difficult. Luckily I havent had too many issues with my car up to this point (16k miles). For the past couple of weeks Ive received intermittent messages on the touch screen saying service was required. So I made an appointment and they said it could take anywhere from a couple of hours to a day to complete the service. Well its been 4 days and I still dont have the car. I should also mention that I requested a loaner and they said they didnt have any at the time. And now the Tesla App is saying that my car will not be ready for another 7 days. Update: Tesla just called me back and said the car will be ready sooner than expected. I do appreciate the offer of the loaner and will not take them up on it at this point. I asked them to rotate the tires so I dont have to return again soon. If they take care of that I will remove this post and up the rating to 4-5 stars.
Excellent service center. Tough to get an appointment sometimes because of the lack of service centers. But they always take the time to listen and solve the problem to the best of their abilities.

The Tesla experience is unlike any other major car dealership. Theres no pressure, no annoying salesman forcing a car onto you, and no numbers discussion. Im sure all the employees are great here, but if you can work with Brent or Andy, they both made my experience so much more enjoyable. Their knowledge and willingness to share their living situations (with a Tesla) help you get a better idea of leaving the gas car world and going to an EV - I found this to be super, super helpful. I cant wait til I own mine!

LOVE the folks at Tesla Cherry Hill! While this location isnt the closest to me, I make sure to go here any time I need service. The team is quick and efficient. The facility itself is always sparkling clean. Free water, tea and coffee are also a nice touch. Keep up the great work!

Love the car! HATE the service!!!Pick up the car (Nov. 2019) and felt a vibration on the way home about 45 miles from my house). Bought the car back to service with ~ 150 miles on the car. Service would not cover the tire, Sales department is no help neither! Service indirectly blames me for internal tire damage grant there isnt a scratch, dent or bump on the tire or wheel. After lots of back & forth with the service dept. John, the service manager agreed to help me send the tire back to Continental Tires based on a claim I created. I will pay for the replacement tire for the time being and will be reimbursed if Continental find the tire to be defective. Couple of months goes Continental told me the tire was defective and credit was issued to Tesla at corporate, I relay the same message and claim number to service a few time but no reply. Ive told service at Princeton & Union but no one can help or direct me who to contact..You can not get anyone on the phone only text! Its now Sept. 2020.
Dont even bother getting service here. I purchased several different luxury cars in the past and I do have to say this was my worst experience when it comes down to service. For starters, they do NOT care about the customers inconvenience. Second, they do NOT stand by their products. Third, they make it obvious they are there ONLY there just for a check, not to actually work for it. Fourth, they have BS excuses for everything. Like I told them, its not my problem that they dont hire reliable and competent people, so those excuse do not provide me with clear explanations for why the service wasnt provided in a professional competent matter. If you do buy a Tesla and need service, take my recommendation and go somewhere else. Im sure there are more competent people working for Tesla at another location.
Terrible service. Tried to call in advance, to make sure they have loaners - nobody picked up the phone. When I came there for my service appointment, so they can correct delivery paint issues, they said no loaners available. I live 40 miles from them, wondering how do I get home? Tesla service/customer service is terrible, take it in to consideration when ordering a car from them.

Horrible Service and Parts department. Have been trying to reach them for over a week and no one answers the phones or responds to voicemails. Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with.
Everyone here is always helpful and the service department is willing to go above and beyond to solve an issue. The sales dept. does not work off commission and Tesla does not deal with financing.

My father and I went to Tesla about a week or so ago to place an order on the model 3 and the salesman did not acknowledge me at all. Ironically, I was the one buying the car, not my father. The salesman didnt maintain eye contact, he didnt address me by my first name and it just seems like a lot of unprofessionalism from this guy.The process of buying a Tesla is not simple, there is a lot of communication involved particularly if youre applying for a loan and this guy whom I am working with is absolutely oblivious to the process and doesnt seem to understand follow up emails to make sure all is well. I am not asking for someone to check up on me, its just a bit strange that this guy is far from helpful. Anyway, I am excited for my car but if you want a professional, respectful and an attentive experience from Tesla go to Devon, if you want untrained, under experienced children to kind of help you with your car Cherry hill NJ is the way to go.
Very poor customer service. All around a joke. Not in line with other car companies service or overall customer service. My 4 month old Tesla model 3 has had several issues. Rattling door panel, rattling front seat and the computer screen doesn’t turn on randomly. Service did nothing.
Just took home my model 3 last night and it was a great experience ! Alexis helped us and she was amazing before pick up, too. She responded to each and every email so quickly and always had an answer for my questions. She is an asset to Cherry Hill Tesla.

The car is amazing. The sales people are great. The service, less so. I drop my car off for service, I’m told it’ll take ~ 6 hours. 8 pass and I hear nothing. Can’t get anyone on the phone. I go there, all the service guys are gone and I get a poor sales guy who’s just trying to help. Turns out they haven’t done anything to my car ‘cause they didn’t have the right parts. Alright fine, but at least call — if I hadn’t come in I would have been stranded without a ride.
Great showroom. Little parking for customers available, but its understandable considering the location. Team was great, not pushy. We came in to learn and experience the model 3, was a little disappointed we couldnt test drive today. Oh well, next time.

Staff are all super nice. There was an initial glitch involving my FSD upgrade, however they got their lead tech involved and everything has been resolved. You have to keep on mind that Tesla is a tech company that sells cars, and a young company thats having growing pains Alls well that ends well. I simply love my car.

Great experience ! Came in on a weekday. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Michael Corcoran. I was between the model x and the model 3 and I had many concerns but Michael really was very informative and helped make my decision easy. He was no pressure sales and we went on 2 very long test drives even before he knew I was going to actually buy. Also recommend speaking to Brent the sales manager he was just as amazing and as helpful as Michael was! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this showroom as your go-to Tesla needs.

Will never buy any other vehicle. My wife and I have 2 Teslas. A 3 and a S series. They are expensive toys for adults. Driving a Tesla makes you feel like a teenager again. Love it when another drive looks at you and tries to take advantage of you at the light. Im running at 100% no one has beaten me from a stop.
Tesla in Cherry Hill is all class and competent. From walking in and being welcomed by Casey to Vince spending close to 2 hours answering my rapid pace questions, to leaving and seeing the smiles on peoples faces it was among the best experiences I have had in a retail space. The level of professionalism and expertise made me believe people have a sense of pride working for Tesla. Im not sure who the leader creating the vibe and experience for the Tesla experience is, but they are doing something right. I actually may be over my Range anxiety based on the infrastructure Tesla has built. I had so much confidence in Autopilot and it didnt disappoint. Simple and sophisticated. The model X 100D is a game changer. My favorite car is a Porsche and this experience is making me think. Hope our family ends up getting a Tesla.
My car was towed here after it broke down in South Jersey. I contacted Katie first thing in the morning and asked her if she could help me expedite the repairs. She was very quick to help and responded to communication as well. I think overall they did a great job and helped turn my Monday into not such a bad day. Im very thankful for the effort that they gave.
Elliott the Owner Advisor at this store is phenomenal. He spent months being patient with me to work with me on getting a hold of and into my dream car. Along the way he was professional, funny and candid. I cant think of a better person as a brand ambassador for Tesla as he is passionate about the mission and the products alike.
Good service fast and provide uber back and forth
Bought a brand new Tesla car from them which had a battery power issue within 1day of having it. They claimed they have fixed it, but turned out that, we had to return the car after 6 days. I have been left without a car and without refund for 8 weeks. I do understand that manufacturing errors do happen, still I cant comprehend the fact that the car was not tested before handover. This is not the type of product I would have expected from a manufacturer of this size and reputation.
Have had excellent service experiences from Tesla at their Cherry Hill location. I have also called service a few times from my Model 3 when I had questions about the messages that have (rarely) popped up on the screen. They always have always answered promptly during business hours and have been able to view data to see if there were any problems with the car.

I was there for service on 3/29/18. Ive been here since its opening and experienced a bunch of other service centers. Ive always had a great experience with exceptional customer experience.But on 3/29/18, one of the workers, Stanley, kicked it up to superhuman levels. This man literally anticipated my every need as a customer.I thank you Stanley and Tesla, for having a guy like Stanley on your team.
Colin, the mobile service technician, is awesome!! He made my first service call on 1/28/2019 very simple while I was at work. He drove to my job in Glassboro, NJ and fixed several recalls on my Model S, then installed the software version 9. Convenient experience!! Thanks Colin for making my first service call simple and painless.

Im going to preface this by saying at 55 my high school science fair project was building an electric car. I walk into the dealership feeling like a kid in the candy store. The staff are knowledgeable and attentive but the star of the show are the vehicles themselves. We are witnessing the end of the internal combustion engine and I cannot wait to one day become the owner of the model 3. Tesla is an experience in mobility and quality. They are so far beyond what other people are offering that to anyone who is unaware of what an electric car has to offer please take the time do a test drive and a little research and come to understand why this is a game changer. All I could say is thank you Elon Musk.

The staff is very helpful and understanding. They are very busy, the place is hopping. There are comfortable facilities, although I do have to say, they only have one bathroom. Otherwise, definitely enjoyed my time there.
Unfortunately, Tesla is too big for its britches... The car itself is fantastic, but the teams have too much on their plates. My car was inadvertently registered in the wrong state/address, and after several hours of being on the phone with the dealership and DMV ended up costing me over $100 more for a mistake made from their delivery team. Tesla is great, but make sure all of your ducks are in a row; the staff cannot handle even minor complications it seems.
We took a test drive and the salesman, Rodney Sykes was very informative, patient and helpful. The Tesla dealership is modern and classy. I highly recommend checking them out!

Horrible service. Nobody picks up the phone or updates you on the issue diagnosis or progress.Recently Tesla Auto parallel park malfunctioned and hit the car ahead. Tesla’s first response she is to denny it and use the information they gather from the car against the driver. I hope this is not a sign for bigger problem of quality at Tesla.Worst experience is the service experience, after spending $64K on a car you get one of the worst service.

HORRID !!!!Service area dropped the ball, cost me over $130.00, and almost abandoned in Philadelphia. Management does not care about complaints, and in fact hides from customers. Service does not care when they Drop the ball, Emily has a laissez faire attitude with irate customers, as enough to respond Well, what do you want me to do about it. 7 Phone calls, to Cherry Hill, and got no where!The service department damaged my steering wheel, a month ago, still not fixed. Tesla of CH requested photos, photos were sent, received 1 respondent email from mobile service, that was the end of that!!! If you are looking for quality in a dealership, go to BMW, Porsche or Mercedes. If you want to buy a 100k toy, then go to Tesla.here is the itemization of issues, PRIOR to talking to Emily...1) Their service is not nearly on par with a 60, 70 or 100 thousand dollar price tag.2) They try their best to isolate service department from consumers, leading to miscommunication, dropped services and lack of information.3) They will promise you a loaner, than get you an Uber...Yes, This really happened, then they stuck me with the bill!4) I called Tesla in California, regarding my issues, and they would not hear what I have to say, instead, they forward me right back to the dealer I had issues.5) Try and use their scheduling app. Most information does not get to the service department.6) At Cherry Hill Tesla, you can speak to sales, not service, who then spins the conversation, until you hang up! (multiple events of this)7) The service center at Cherry Hill damaged my steering wheel!
