I visited recently to buy a gift for my daughters birthday. It was a great experience. The staff was very helpful and my daughter loved her gift.Right now with covid restrictions and because the store is so small only 2 customers are allowed in at a time.

Good morning, I was in town on vacation just last week visiting my parents in Cherryhill NJ. Went to the mall so I could purchase something for my mom. I walk in and apparently my facemask was a just a bit below my nose. Well as soon as I walked in DANA rudely hollered from across the store SIR PUT YOUR MASK ON RIGHT and then she turned around, no please or excuse me, just rudely just looked the other way! I understand stand whats going on in this world and the Covid19 we have to care for everyone, but to be so nasty and rude. So my GF decided to buy something and she wasnt friendly, rude again and no personality at all. Im a GM here in NM and if one of my employees were to talk or even try anything nasty with the company customer they are OUT! I will definitely take this further. I dont need this DANA talking to me or anyone like that! Thank you!

Received a pen as a gift, easily cost at least $50 with a sale. Thought it was beautiful and left it on my desk and rarely used it. i never let it leave the room in fear of it getting lost. Since everything is digital, I used it a handful of times ofter the past 3 years. suddenly the part that turn to hold the pen tip. stopped working. bout a new refill for the ink hoping that would fix it. when that didnt work I reached out to Swarovski customer service and was told it was out of warranty with no options. Asked if a replacement part could be ordered. offered to pay for the part, none were possible.$50 for a pen may not be a lot to some but it is to me and i can not justify repurchasing an expensive pen when the first one was barely used.I am very disappointed that swaovski does not do a better job of standing behind their products. I am definitely regretting making past purchases and doubt I will be making new ones.

Poor customer service ‼️‼️‼️ My mother bought a $500 necklace from this store never wore it they use stickers as tags wen she took it out the box the sticky fell right off .She felt she didn’t need it cuz someone bought her one as gift so she took it back 4 days later. They told her she could not return the necklace and basically forced her to keep it all because the tag fell off which I believe to be insane. They make u buy things and u can’t return them so they basically force you to keep the item.Sad I don’t recommend anyone spend any money here not even for a gift cause you can not return it 500$ is a lot of money to tell someone they can’t return a item that was never wore still in the package in the box and everything. So they basically saying you can’t even try it on cuz the sticker (tag) is on it and once it comes off u are forced to keep it ‼️‼️‼️WE EVEN WANT AS FAR AS CALLING CORPORATE AND THEY WOULDNT REFUND THE MONEY😩 Sad‼️‼️DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE ‼️‼️‼️‼️
