Loved it! Today was a fast and efficient visit. I ordered my items in the drive thru and drove off on my way to work. Thank you to the morning staff they were very nice!

Multiple times Ive walked into this Starbucks location and have ordered a venti hot coffee with half & half on the side and stood waiting for about 15 minutes each time. I understand the busy volume of work but its frustrating going through that and being late for work because of it. Other people with multiple custom drinks that were after me got their drinks faster which is appalling for me. Bad experiences.

Bad service i went to get a medicine ball because my tonsils are swollen i couldnt even talk and they didnt have changed and because they didnt wana open the safe to get change they just refused service to me

Went in for a cappuccino, and when I took my first drink it was way to hot and burned my tongue. I tried calling the store to talk to them, but they did not answer. I have never received such a hot coffee from Starbucks before and now I will have a burned tongue for the next couple days. Please check the temp of the milk before you pour. You cant make proper cappuccino with milk that is scalding so maybe the barista needs more training. Maybe she was busy I dont know, but I probably wont go back to this location.

I hate this chain to begin with, was only here to get coffee for someone else. Service was horrible... And out of 3 registers they could not break a $100 bill. I find it hard to believe there werent 4 $20 bills behind the counter. Id give it less than 1 star if i could.

Great Starbucks. They were attentive, quick, courteous. My coffee was in my hands within two minutes. And while I was checking out they seemed concerned about me needing anything else. Its an easy to see location, lots of parking, right off the freeway. Depending on the time you get here you could hop off the freeway get a quick coffee and hop back on within minutes

Drive thru for this location takes FOREVER... EVER EVER...EVER EVER! Forgot why I never stop at this location, but was just reminded. 4 cars ahead of me, been waiting 23 min. Still havent reached the window for ordering. This is not the first time this has happened at this location, we completely forgot about this issue.

This Starbucks is pleasant and quiet for being a Friday evening. Its sort of tricky getting to this place when youre going East on Central & the road in front of the store comes off freeway 91 & traffic from Central cant make a right turn. Instead best to keep on Central & go pass Carls Jr then theres a road that you turn right drive a quarter of a block with several speed bumps then turn right again, which takes you into the parking lot of Starbucks. Then you can enjoy the coffee! ☕

My favorite Starbucks to get my drink. They’re so friendly here! They take my order like I want with no problem. One time the guy working there noticed that they had put regular milk, when I had asked for soy, before handing it to me and he immediately took it back and remade it. I didn’t even know what was wrong until he came back and told me. The only downside is the wait time but it’s so worth it when your drink tastes amazing!

Entered near eleven, it wasnt packed. Bring your hunger - portions are filling.

Terrible service, Ive done online orders and when I get there its not ready....Ive had to remind the staff multiple times and still almost 30 minutes to get an iced coffee while the staff just laughs and joke around behind the counter...how long does it take to prepare an iced coffee....Im not a barista but I highly doubt its 30 minutes plus....never going here again even though its like 5 minutes away from my house....I rather drive to another one a little further away which will have my order ready on time.

Took 25 minutes to get my one drink with no line in the store. If the person behind the counter wasnt amazingly polite and good natured this would be a one star review.

Ordered a white chocolate mocha frappe and someone decided to put cinnamon in it. Im allergic to cinnamon. Went back in no one seemed to care. They just replaced the drink. guess they better hope I dont end up in hospital tonight

I don’t know what it is but their drinks have been the worse lately. I’ve tried 3 diff drinks and they’re all watery and taste nothing like the original drink. Pretty disappointed 😭

Extremely slow service. Out of all the Starbucks I have been too,and I have been to alot, this one is on of the slowest. The baristas take their sweet time making the beverages. Especially the guy making them. All the other Starbucks locations are fast even when full. And this one even when empty they take their time

It seems like you wait in the drive thru for a good 20 minutes. The line moves normally and then you’re stuck in the same spot for 10 minutes. Never had this at other Starbucks

They dont pay attention to mobile orders. So when you walk in, the order has not even started. They act surprised. They seem to always be behind and super slow.

How am I sitting in here and someone else walks out with my drink? Idk, maybe they need a loudspeaker, or should turn the music down? If you have all these seats you expect people to utilize them, right? How do I miss my drink being put out just because I decided to take a seat? Dude making drinks on Saturday evening needs another position cause calling names is not his forte. You got one job after you make the drink, give it to the customer. Youd swear they were freaking busy, it was one person in front of me, goodness.

I am not a fan of the the Starbucks. Always slow customer service especially through the drive through. They shorted me on my two venti dragonfruit drinks however I did not find out until I had already paid and was then informed they were very low on the ingredients

The frappucinos are the best. The teas are great also. Service with s smile.

I love the staff at both Starbuck locations in Compton, theyre always polite and always get the order right. When I ask for EXTRA HOT, they dont mess around they gives me just what I ask for.

Horrible experience, I ordered a coffee, egg bites and an oatmeal. 20 mins later I don’t get the oatmeal, while baristas talk on their cellphone while at the bar.

Customer service is awful,,I asked a question about refills and she sends the manager to tell me the answer and had a very bad Attitude,, I already knew that at this time that we dont use the same cup for any refills.

It takes them 12 minutes per car, thats just to order. Really slow, with no real reason. Every car I saw had no more than 2 drinks. Very disappointing.

Visited last October, however good place to buy coffee, hot chocolate, food, pastries, etc. Prices are rather steep though.

So today I go through the drive thru and ask for a iced americano blended frappe style (theyve done it before) the guy in the drive thru say I cant blend an americano my supervisor ALICIA FORTEZ says I cant well let me tell you something Alicia you dont just tell a customer NO you give the customer alternatives and attempt to fulfill their desires because they are paying.. this way you retain the customer instead of losing the customer as a reminder my money contributes to your paycheck so as a customer I should be important to you as every other customer To the regional manager please address this...shes costing you money.

Always there is a line on the drive thru. At the beginning I thought it is busy but after Ive gone there several time I found that the staff are disorganized and slow of processing the orders. I went there one time around 6:30 in the morning why they took so long to give me my regular pike coffee I do not understand. Management need to work on that.

40 minute wait in the drive through, unacceptable, they seemed very unorganized, did not even apologize for the wait.

One star because it cant be less. 20mins to make a iced coffee and not well prepared then got bad attitude by barista he made it twice and no good at the end he charged me 60 cents for coconut milk and 40 cents for syrup. ended up paying $4.25 for iced coffee.
