Elliott is such a sweetheart, he is super helpful and reassured me about my concerns about the drink I wanted. The drink he picked out for me came out amazing. Super helpful and so sweet. I don’t buy from Starbucks often but the drink is amazing and I’ll be coming back for it again.

The girl making drinks grabbed the drinks from the top with her visibly dirty finger nails smack dab on top of the part you put your mouth on. I politely asked her to give me a new cap, and she did it a second time. I asked her again, nicely, can you hand one to me I’ll put it on. She flipped out and walked away into the back room. I asked for a manager which I hate to do. The woman who spoke to me, not sure if she was a manager, was nice. When I speak respectfully to an employee and they react that way, that’s a place I won’t revisit. I am very nice to employees of everywhere I go. You won’t always like when someone says you didn’t do something to their liking. The reaction was overblown. I have an autoimmune disease and need to be careful. Starbucks is a treat. I need employees who handle my drinks without gloves to be careful.

Good location with a few tables. Would recommend for meeting someone for coffee but would not suggest this place for doing work as the layout is a bit small. Two benches outside. Staff is friendly.

Stopped by a large cup of Java to start my day. The coffee was superb!

The employees at this location are consistently very kind, attentive, and helpful. There are 2 things that prevent me from a higher rating: 1. They are almost always out of, or low on various food items. If you come anytime after 10am, expect to have very limited choices for sandwiches and pastries. 2. Theres seems to be a lot of unattended, rowdy children at this location regularly. The last time I was there, there was a group of about 6 or 7 middle school boys, who were staying long after they received their beverages, being very obnoxious and unpleasant. They blocked the doorways to leave, and were just very loud and immature! Not the fault of the location, but just an unfortunate event I have consistently noticed

The baristas here are so hardworking and kind. They make an effort to remember their frequent customers and makes the whole experience very special.

I love this Starbucks across from the Cranford train station. The employees are so friendly but also very efficient. The drive thru Starbucks down the street keeps getting worse and this one just keeps getting better!

It was great service, very fast responsive, bang infront of station, but it was not that crowded probably because of pandemic.

One Star on weekends: avoid weekend orders at all costs, 4 weeks in a row I put in mobile order in the weekend, a venti americano with 5 sugars and extra cream, not too challenging, 4 weekends in a row I pick up a black coffee….During the week I never have any issues, weekend staff just doesn’t seem to care.

I love their iced Chai Tea Lattes and iced coffee. Staff is always very friendly and helpful.

I went here last night with my wife and had the worker inside the store lock the door in my wife’s face at 9:38pm. Every search engine indicates this Starbucks closes at 10pm. Management needs to address their staffs customer service or correct the time of business of all search engines. I don’t recommend anyone spending money at this establishment.

If you have been to a Starbucks you know what to expect. This company makes its bones on you being able to expect the same at every Starbucks. If you like your coffee as a dessert you have now found your heaven of choice. Very limited food menu but you might be pleasantly surprised. By all means join their rewards card club. Lots of discounts and rewards. When it comes to coffee variety this is a tough place to beat. They are happy to make it your way whatever that might be.

Staff at this Starbucks cares. I enjoy our coffee mornings and they always have a smile.

Located on the corner of South Avenue and High street this Starbucks is right across the street from the Cranford Train Station making it a great location for anyone traveling by rail. If you are driving there youll find ample parking located in the back (off of High Street) of the establishment. The Starbucks itself is well kept and well stocked with everything you want. The service is quick and the staff that work there are incredibly friendly. A great place to crab a beverage or snack on the go or to sit inside and relax.

My home away from home. Read, chill, destination to ride my trike, familiar friendly faces, right next door to Arthur Murray dance studio (my healthy addiction). Good quality and fair selection for me (decaf sugar free and dairy free). Friendly staff, always, beverage satisfaction guaranteed.

It was late, well kinda 930. I was hitting the road and i got my cup of White Chocolate Mocha hhot for the road. The attendees were very helpful. Service was fast and effortless. I even loaded my SB account in 1,2,3. Off i went sipping and smiling 😁

Just like reviewing a Dunkin donuts chain spot, same stuff as the other Starbucks places. Forced quaintness, harder time getting order correct, I think I speak standard English my dad was an English teacher so is my daughter however my luck at most Starbucks is something is almost always wrong. Im just looking for sweet, creamy caffeine.

Um i didnt really go here when i was prompted to write this review but the coffee is overroasted to the point where it tastes like bitter death. Not just this starbucks, all starbucks btw. Just go to a family owned coffee shop.

I love this Starbucks. The staff are extremely friendly and the wait time to get a drink is very minimal. I love chilling out here with a good book or listening to music.

The drinks are usually good and I order them from Uber eats but I don’t understand how someone can work at Starbucks and put the drinks in a bag and not think to put a straw in the bag.

Great location with spectacular rare coffees on the clover machine. I highly recommend this method for all coffees. Sometimes difficult to find parking spaces to run in and out. Do not leave the car out front to run in its monitored

Excellent service, quick and professional. The ambiance and Wi-Fi are very condusive to a work environment, good place to sit an sip on some high quality handcrafted beverages while juggling work or school. The excellence of products is only secondary to the excellence of the staff. They make any trip for caffeine that much more delightful!

The staff here provides excellent service never an issue. The only reason I can not give 5 stars is the price, and quality of the coffee. The real local places give you more bang for your buck. These local places do smaller batches so coffee is better tasting.

Mostly stuff missing in order. Order with butter . No knife and no butter. Some time no butter . They put cream cheese . Please check your order before leave.

Inconsistent quality and taste. The machine/brew calibration seems off - I get the same coffee at other locations and it is far superior. Service is not great and the staff can surely be a lot nicer.

2 days in a row horrible service. Yesterday just waiting for sandwiches for 10 minutes until I asked for them again. Then they threw in oven real quick. Today, waiting, waiting, waiting, for my drink. Completely forgotten. Waiting 10 minutes. Will have to go ask for my drink now that I paid for and they completely forgot about....Horrible service here. Go elsewhere if possible.

Really good spot to post up and get some work done. Sometimes all of the seats are taken if you are looking to hang out in the shop during a busy evening.

Clean, nice setting, big long tables with power outlets to do work. Coffee was Starbucks quality. Pumpkin spice and and Jubilation Fresh Apple Berry both good. Nice addition to the area.

The same drinks taste different every time and if you ask them to remake it then you get attitude. Staff could be a lot nicer.

The drinks here are very good and the workers are all really nice. One day I went in to order my usual, a small strawberry banana smoothie. But upon ordering, I reluctantly found out that it had been discontinued. Thankfully, the guy working there was nice enough to suggest something very similar. He even offered to put bananas in it to make it taste better. After this he gave it to me for half price for the inconvenience. Anyway my point is the people there are really kind.

Waited 10 min in line and another 10 to get the coffee. 20 min for a coffee on your way to work is too much. Get more people if you see you are busy.3 stars for the area, available parking on the street and starbucks quality.

Favorite Starbucks in Union County. I ordered a cappuccino with almond milk. It was fantastic. Great vibe inside. Located on a corner spot across from the Cranford train station. Manager was fantastic, helping this Dunkin Donuts guy navigate the imposing menu. I will return when I’m in town.

This Starbucks is situated on a nice corner in Cranford. It provides a nice atmosphere for coffee and is a great place to gather with a small group of 2-3 people. Its never overcrowded, and has a late night crowd that likes to study and do business work.

Cashier was super nice. My coffee was good.Only problem was the place was dirty. Garbage over flowing. Counters and tables were dirty. It was just dirty all over.

Why is it that everytime i get my drink its never the same. they say order online and it will b the way you want it. not true. either it has not enough milk in it or it pouring over the top or no syrup put in it and the best is when they have too much milk in it and cant fit all the coffee so they dont give you your full amount of coffee. . its a shame because Im there everyday . for almost 6.00 the drink should be perfect. I blame the manager and assistant manager . they know but dont seem to care. when you complain all you get is you customer love to complain. well teach your people the right way and keep in top of them.

Good and fast Good service

Person that waited on me was not very cheerful. But thats not a big deal we all have our moments. The issue is I just finished my coffee only to find a pile of coffee grounds in the bottom of the cup. I been going to Starbucks a long long time and never had grounds in my cup. I ordered a small coffee with half Italian Roast and half Pikes Place. I did notice the coffee was a little bitter and now I know why.

Great sandwiches & coffee...Bit pricey.

While many will bad mouth Starbucks, you know before you walk in the door that the coffee will be consistant. Whether in San Francisco, Atlanta or New Jersey, you will get the same cup of coffee everytime. I have always found the staff to be pleasant and welcoming no .matter how busy they are. Not an easy feat. Plus the employees get healthcare and college tuition assistance. To me that is a win win. Im partial to their orange a d cranberry scones and a white chocolate mocha, hot, with whip.

Just ordered a black tea lemonade sweetened light ice . When I got my order..I tasted it and found that it wasnt sweetened. Sent it back and my response was my bad like it was a joke. When asked for it to be sweetened.. she put 10 pumps of syrup in my drink which totally changed the taste of the drink and made my stomach hurt. Will not go back to this location. Terrible

Really Hipsters in Cranford?????This is one of the better Starbucks location, certainly beats every. Starbucks in the area. All of the staff are excellent. Only complaint, they should have chose a bigger location.It is a good place to work, long tables a few sofa type chairs. It is a mix of both people working, reading the papers or meeting friends. It is also popular with the kids after school.All in all a great edition to Cranford.
