WORST COMPANY EVER! If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I was given two appointments, on the same day, where a technician failed to show up. There was NO communication that or updates provided and when I called, I was informed that NO technicians ever assigned or available!? Therefore, I have NO idea why they are scheduling appointments when they DO NOT have the staff to fulfill in the first place. I asked for a manager or supervisor and was refused point blank and was told that they DO NOT take calls!? When I asked for a resolution l, they told me they could reschedule, but with no guarantee that a technician would come?? Customer service is a joke & this company is a joke! Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!

Mark and his assist did a complete overhaul of my garage door, replaced the motor and also reinforced the door. I could not be more pleased with the result. They arrived promptly, got on with the job, working efficiently. They were pleasant to deal with and I would recommend this company to anyone. The garage door now functions beautifully and is also almost silent which was a surprise.

Called and asked operator if they can repair the trim around a garage door after it had been dented. Operator said yes and that there would be a $49 fee for travel even if no work was done. Tech came out and said they dont do repair of trim around door. Still charged me the $49. In addition to that, the invoice for the $49 was not from Diamond, but from Expert Garage Door. This company obviously farms out work to subcontractors, and is not a real company. I tried to call Diamond to explain that the operator should have told me they dont fix trim and I could have avoided the $49 fee. No one returned my call.

I was very pleased with the new door installation and new weather strips. The crew completed the job nickels but with professional attention to detail. They cleaned up all of the boxes and packaging, and removed the old door panels. Price is very affordable and they focus in minor details. I recommend this company!

Diamond is an appointment and referral service. My job went to a company called Experts Garage Doors. The technician who came, John, was good.He arrived at 5pm for our 10am - 2pm appointment window, but a dispatcher called at 11:15 to let me know that he was behind, and he called several times to update me on his ETA. Being late didnt bother me, since they communicated so effectively about it.The price seemed kind of high at $669 to change two springs on one door and replace all the pulleys on both doors, but Im not sure about that because I didnt price around. The work took him about an hour and the parts would be about $100 from Lowes or Home Depot. That makes it seem very high, but I dont know how much others would charge for that skilled labor.Im giving them five stars, because I got what I wanted, which was my garage doors repaired in less than 24 hours of me calling the number. I think that the work was done correctly, and am not sure how high the price is or not for this area.

Jeff was my technician, he was on time, and he assessed the situation, gave me a price. We agreed, he came back next day and installed the opener. He was quick and efficient, answered my questions. Warning: this company contracts out their technicians. Our garage door tech was overpriced, poor customer service. They didn’t show when they said they would after they took my deposit. Diamond didn’t return my call.

I called several other garage door companies and this was one of the only places that would not charge for coming over and giving an estimate. I put off fixing my door for years! The cable on my garage door broke one morning on my way to work and I was not able to open it back up. I was a little concerned what I was going to do once I got home. I requested an appointment on-line early Monday morning and shortly before 8am I received a call from, the owner, who was very nice and worked with my schedule and set an appointment for between 3pm - 5pm the same day. I received a call at 430 saying he was on his way and he arrived a short time later. He went over the issues with me; showed me where the springs needed to be replaced as well as the rollers. He gave me a great deal and got to work immediately. 30 mins later he is done!! Such a great job very happy!! Highly recommend!!

The worst company I have ever dealt with! If I could give them no stars I would! The garage door installer was unprofessional and in a hurry. The garage door was damaged at installation and the door does not properly close all the way.The company did not provide me a receipt for the installation. What reputable company does not provide you with a receipt for their services? When I tried to get them to fix the problem they said someone would be out the next day with the receipt and to fix the issue, that was 10 days ago. I have been calling daily and I get the same answer a manager will be getting back to you to help fix this. I have tried to give them a chance to rectify this issue but they apparently dont care about good customer service. Stay away from this company. As another negative reviewer of this company is doing, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to report them.

I was overcharged by this company. A technician came to my home spent 20 minutes, used $70 in parts, (Keypad and remote)charged me $460. Made the check out to himself along with cash. I was not provided a receipt and he threw my old part in my bushes. After numerous phone calls nobody called me back. I had no choice but to file a complaint with the BBB. I would not recommend this company unless you want to get ripped off. I am still waiting for an itemized receipt.
