I do NOT recommend using this company for your garage door needs. I contacted Steve Westcott. He said he was going on vacation, but could help when he got back. I waited 2 weeks and then contacted him again on a Monday. He said he would come to fix my door on Wednesday or Thursday and would let me know. When he didn’t come on Wednesday, I assumed he would be here on Thursday. Not only didn’t he come, I have NEVER heard from him again, in spite of leaving at least 10 phone messages!! Beware. He seems like a nice guy, but does not follow through.

Steve did a great job repairing a garage door that my son drove into. It took time to get the parts, but he hung in there and got it done. Great work - they look brand new!

Wescott are really good guys, but I think they have too much business and keep up with the new installations let alone the repairs. They installed a pair of awesome garage doors which we love. As a part of the installation, Mr. Wescott was supposed install a device on one of the doors that allowed it to be opened through an mobile app. On the day of the service, he said he would return to do the installation. Its been a few years now and despite numerous calls, he never returned. We also had a problem with door hitting the opener bar. The problem started just after the install. Mr. Westcott has not returned to fix this issue either despite several calls and voicemails. I think he is good guy capable to solid work, but is just too busy. Please go in to any arrangement with this business with eyes wide open.

MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE MY GARAGE DOORS TUNED UP - CLEARED EVERYTHING OUT OF GARAGE TO MAKE JOB EASIER FOR TECH BUT THEY WERE A NO SHOW NO CALL . TRIED TO CALL SEVERAL TIMES TO SEE IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM BUT NO ANSWER - WAITED FOR 4 HOURS HOPING SOMEONE WAS GOING TO COME BUT THEY DID NOT . PUT EVERYTHING BACK IN GARAGE AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH WHAT I AM HOPEFUL IS A MORE REPUTABLE COMPANY ! GREAT WAY TO DO BUSINESS ***** ONE STAR ONLY BECAUSE I HAD TO IN ORDER TO POST *****

Steve picked up immediatly when i called and scheduled to check out my door that very Saturday. He instantly found the problem and only charged $20 for coming over. Highly recommend!

I called Steve and he came and gave me an estimate 30 minutes later! Than he came back that evening and fixed both my garage doors. I would highly recommend Steve if you need repair to your garage doors.
