Ed has been so easy to work with, explained the situation with our garage door, and worked with us on a great solution. At a time when its tough to get materials and service, Ed has been so responsive and professional. He took the time to understand our needs and give us options that fit our budget. Highly recommended!

We had a spring on our garage door break. I called Ed and left a message early in the morning. He promptly returned my call and within 4 hours he was here and repairing the issue. (I should also note that I had called another local overhead door company who STILL hasnt returned my call!!!)I work from home and was going to be in a meeting and unavailable while he was here- Ed communicated using text messages and left the invoice by my door. He even tightened up the opposite springs to ensure they were working properly. Everything is working like new! Eds promptness, clear communication, fair pricing, and professionalism was excellent! I would recommend him to any neighbor or friend in need of garage door repairs.

Highly recommend. Ed came right over, assessed the problem, suggested two or three solutions, and then was honest with me when I asked for his opinion of best resolution. After we agreed on the fix, he followed up promptly, found the needed parts, and was back at our house within days. Honest, good work.

We had a great experience working with Haley Door! They responded to our phone call quickly and came to see what needed repair in a timely manner. Ed, the owner, fixed the badly damaged door and tracks repairing our expensive door when he could have easily sold me a new one.Ed also noticed some issues with our other garage door, which was very difficult to lift, and corrected the issues while he was there. It is obvious he knows what he is doing and takes pride in doing the job properly. The cost was more than reasonable and even less than we thought it would be considering the time he was here. He even made me feel better about smashing the tractor into the door in the first place.

Very happy with our new garage door. We didnt go with the cheapest or the most expensive estimate, but we went with Ed, and I have no complaints. He even added a little rope to help me (5 foot 2) pull the door down all by myself!

Simply put this guy had more 5 star reviews then anyone else. But he’s the man! Super quick response showed up on time, good price and I’m very happy with my garage doors.One side was only opening correctly 50% of the time and the other door spring broke. Guy had all the parts in his big ole truck and got right to work. Was friendly to my dog too.I will only be hiring or recommending him in the future.

He provided a detailed written estimate, guided me in the choices available, and kept in touch when the supplier was behind in orders. The job took a full day, and he cleaned the site completely after installation. Best of all, he took the old door away to be recycled. A cable on my garage door broke on 12/16 and I couldnt close the door. Called Overhead Door Co. and said I had an emergency with my overhead door, and they said they could come out on 12/29. I e-mailed 3 overhead door companies listed on the internet on 12/16, and Ed Honaker, of Haley Door Company, responded that afternoon. Ed committed to fix the door on Friday the 18th; and he didnt disappoint me. He replaced both cables, lubed everything up, and checked everything out. The other two companies, well they never even responded. Ed got me out of a jam, at a fair price. Now thats what I call Customer Service. Haley Door Company will be my go to overhead door company from now on.

We had a very nice experience with Haley Door Company. We had a new garage door and opener unit added this week. It is quiet, it is insulated, we love it. We would recommend the work of this company. My neighbor also had a door put in last month and it was just what she wanted and has been very happy.

Does great work, highly recommended. Has done all of my garage door work the past 20 years. I was in a big jam, selling house with house inspection coming Monday afternoon and needed garage door fixed ASAP. Called Ed on a Sunday and he was there to save the day first thing Monday morning!

Extremely happy with the service & quality of work from Haley Door. He knew our existing door was broken so he expedited the replacement and came out within just a few days of our initial meeting. Our door was +/- 20 years old and all of the supports & framework had to be replaced before the new door was put in. He did a great job rebuilding everything & installing the new track, door, & opener. He cleaned everything when he was done, swept the driveway where there was sawdust, he just did a great job. Very pleasant and easy to deal with as well.Update 3/2021 - just had Ed come out to give our door a tune up and we were just as happy with his service as we were the 1st time. He responded very quickly, showed up exactly when he said he would, and did a thorough job making sure everything was working well. Just as friendly & pleasant as he was when he installed it for us. I would definitely recommend him. Great service, fair prices, and nice to deal with!

I filled out their web form, then waited for a reply for a week, then I sent them an email and waited a week. Next I called the phone and left a voice mail. I have yet to EVER hear back from them, apparently they already have enough work. Dont bother to waist your time waiting for them to reply.
