I went to White Birch to see their selection of silencers, and was very impressed with the inventory they have on hand. I was even more impressed with the passion and excitement of their associate, John, showed while discussing silencer options, mounts, and experiences. He did not hesitate to pull some from the case to help understand exactly what’s different between the options, and also was pulling some guns from the shelf to pair with suppressors to show the versatility of them. Having never used a SilencerShop kiosk, he was more than happy to assist me with getting set up to start the process, and made everything very easy and simple. I think the best part is having their range on location, you’re able to go and use your suppressor while you’re still waiting on your form 4. Hands down best experience I’ve had while gun shopping in the last 5 years.

I highly recommend White Birch for all of your firearm-related needs. Staff member John is a wonderful resource for info on everything gun related and he is the main reason I keep coming back. Always get great service from professionals who care about the job they do and are educated in their field of expertise. Range facilities are state of the art, including target cameras, adjustable tabletops, easy to use distance settings for targets. In the shop side, all the guys (looking at you, John, Luke, and Chris) are eager to help with questions and even help find the best fit for products. John even helped during a weapons malfunction on the range requiring the firearm to be mortared (defective round, projectile detached from casing in the chamber) and did so in the most safe manner. Five stars, huge range 16 lanes, very clean and friendly staff, there’s a big bench to put on your ear and eye protect before you into the double door air lock to enter the range. Very nice easy to use electronic target holder. Definitely will be going back here to use the range again.

Great place. Every time I go, the staff there is always friendly and very knowledgeable in the products they stock. Especially John, whos managed to sell me a full setup for my P320. Including the P320 itself and other accessories.When it comes the range, it is an amazing setup they have there. Absolutely love the fact that the tables themselves are height adjustable. Makes for sighting in rifles and pistols a lot easier.The range officers are also very attentive, no matter how busy the range may be. And they are also very helpful in sharing their knowledge. Come visit White Birch Armory for all your firearm needs including retail, range, and training. With plenty of parking and easy to find, you walk into the showroom of retail, with much to choose for accessories and firearms. I come here primarily for the use of the range, but retail as needed for accessories. The rental cost for the range is incredibly affordable, lower than others in NH. Affordable range rental fees and ammunition availability. The range is generally clean and well kept, target cardboard backings are replaced when they begin to have difficulty stapling the target to it. The Range Safety staff are very helpful when needed. The check-in process for the range is generally quick and easy. If you become a regular visitor, I find that the staff remember you, at least they do for me and I come up here at least once every couple of months. The business also provides firearms safety classes with plenty to choose. I will leave it to you to come and explore this business, and not reveal all the great secrets! I am sure you will be pleased with this business.

Favorite local gun shop and range. Their classes are on par with the Sig Academy, they have a great selection of long guns and handguns, everyone is open and friendly, and their food is great. Overall excellent service, training, advice, and conversations.

I attended a womens only handgun 101 class. The instructors were amazing, so knowledgeable, and fun! I was nervous about attending, but was immediately at ease once the class started. White Birch in Dover is the best shop Ive ever been in. From their inventory, to customer service, axe throwing to their indoor range, they are unbelievable through and through. Make sure to go in to see John, all their employees are great, but John is the man!

Easily one of the most professional gun stores Ive been to in the various states Ive lived in. Stock has been impressive since Ive been in the area and prices have not been gouged like many other gun stores. Their range is pretty nice, especially the adjustable tables for bipod use(it just gets hot inside)My only gripe is they keep taking my money for stuff Ive been on the look for, for months. 😂

As a new person to the scene, White Birch Armory is the perfect place to go. I was nervous at first, but after a few visits I feel very comfortable using the range and purchasing gear from the shop. My go to spot to shoot and I live in north conway. Best indoor range Ive been to by far and they always have great products and the prices arent crazy like some other shops these days. Also the employees are some of the coolest people Ive ever met...John especially! Hes the f*****g man and alway my go to guy when hes working.

Discovered this business while researching my first firearms experience visited having never even held a gun! The people were knowledgeable and helpful and I was completely relaxed on the range, extremely enjoyable!!I’ve now been back many times including their H1 intro to handguns class which was educational and well run!

Ive been to a bunch of gun stores in mutiple states and White Birch is my favorite. They have a decent selection of ammo at reasonable prices, a ton of firearms available for purchase or rent on their ranges, best indoor ranges around with height adjustable tables, and the staff their is wicked knowledgeable and eager to help/teach people. Im really going to push their prices because they seem to beat all of the other stores in the area by a few dollars and their inventory is pretty solid. If your local its definately worth a pop in.

A case of 223 for $500... where else can you find that right now? They could put it online for $750 and easily sell out within an hour.. but they dont, and I believe for the reason they care about the 2A community and the residents of NH. When shopping around for a firearm I ran across white birch armory when I pulled up I couldnt believe this gem was in my area. My first purchase was a PPC and I was shown options in my price range and explained the benefits of each option. Background check came back a day later and I couldnt have been happier. I always go here for my ammo bcuz i find they have the best prices around. I purchased my second firearm from WBA about 2 weeks later. Background check came back in 2 days. I highly recommend this place. The staff is friendly and went above and beyond to get my business and did things I guarnatee no other shop would. I dont understand the complaints of long waiting times for background checks as it is not in the hands of the shop your purchasing from. The have a state of the art building that is always clean and inviting for all levels of enthusiasts. I am def going to be purchasing a family package for the range. The fact it is a veteran owned business is also a cherry on top because we ALL need to support our veterans anyway we can! About a month ago I started going to White Birch Armory to use their range. Since then, I have been 3 times total, and each has been fantastic! Last week I took the Women’s 1.0 hand gun class. Instructors Heather and Meg were professional, fun and encouraging. I left wanting more which leads me to today when I took the 1.5 class. This is a shorter class that builds off 1.0. It was primarily instruction at the range and refreshment of what was previous learned. To see my progress from the start of class to the end of class was satisfying to say the least! I am looking forward to learning more and improving as I take more classes. The facility is amazing and all the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!!

Very disappointed, I put a 9mm on layaway and decided that it wasnt the one for me. I guess I didnt read all the conditions of the layaway because you forfiet your down payment and they will not give you a credit in house. I can see if it had to be special ordered but it was something in stock.I was considering the M&P 9mm easy instead of the 9mm I put on layaway. Decided that since I could not get a store credit I would get it somewhere else.Bad way to do business. Just lost a customer for life and will ensure I inform all my friends, neighbors and coworkers.Too bad.White Birch has contacted me and informed me they are in the process of changing their policy and willing to give me a in house credit.Thank you changing your policy.

If I could give negative stars I would. The staff was the most rudest I have ever experienced. Which I was shocked. I have been to all the ranges in NH and ME. Normally at ranges staff is friendly and want to talk about the products they are truly passionate about guns. Here not at all. They acted as if you were just a number and that you were blessed just to be there. No one helped me or bothered to talk to me when I was looking. Do not waste your time or money a better range is coming 15 minutes down the road. Will never be coming here again!

I want to say thank you to Heather Cote for the private class for introduction to women’s handguns. I can’t express enough how amazing Heather was from telling her story about what lead her to start teaching women’s handgun classes. She made each of us so incredibly comfortable. She asked each of us about our concerns with guns and what ultimately lead us to decide to take the course. She validated all of our fears and concerns. I came into this class never even held a gun let alone shot one. Heather was not worried and knew that we would all be ready and have the knowledge by the time we were going into the range. She was by our side in the range helping each of us with what she thought would help us succeed in the range. We all had different aiming issues but she gave tips and encouraged us with every shot. Luke was super helpful throughout the entire process of my purchase, which originated from their easy to navigate website. He also assured me that they will NOT gouge their ammunition prices, as so many other physical and online retailers have, and I was pleasantly surprised to find this true, as the box of 9mm ammo I purchased was half the price of anything I found online. Every other staff member I encountered was very friendly and talkative, and their new location is fantastic! I cant wait to try out their range and possibly attend a class or 2 offered there. This company has earned my repeat business. They are fairly close so I stop in and buy directly from there store to save on shipping costs. I have called them a few times asking about in stock items and they always answer the phone and are more than helpful answering my questions. If the item isnt on the shelf but in stock online they will have it delivered to the store for pickup at no extra charge which is great. The prices are low and the staff is super friendly, thumbs up!

Just came in for our first time and I will start by saying everyone is very friendly! The whole building is very clean, and very spacious. The staff are great with helping in anyway possible, safety staff in the range were also very helpful. He came right up and answered any questions we had and gave us a few helpful tips. Ive never had a poor experience with any of the staff there. The sales guys I have talked to have all been extremely helpful and its great that they even have started to recognize my face walking in. John is great to talk to and has a great personality, the southern guy from Louisiana is awesome, and I forget the guy with the big beards name, but he has helped me in the past and answered a ton of questions for me and is another nice dude. I really appreciate having a nice one-stop-shop for great equipment, ammo, and range.
