Everything from this business is an experience. The level of friendliness and professionalism extends from the receptionist all the way to the boss. The quality and care put into my vehicle was phenomenal. I went to pick up my car and left with a car that looked brand new. They even took the time and effort to clean the interior. Highly recommend this establishment they very honest people that run it. Went for something small they said 2 hours they called 20 minutes later it was done the manager Tom told he didn’t want anything. I’m very impressed cause he could of asked for any amount. I got into a car accident and right away started googling auto bodies with great reviews. I did plenty of research and All County kept coming up. Glad I chose to use them. Through out the whole process the girls (Joanne & Jeanette) were very helpful, informative, professional, and friendly; the made me feel comfortable with leaving my car there. Communication/ correspondence went smoothly between insurance adjuster and the girls as well, and an added bonus they were both very knowledgeable and assisted on the rental car set up and return. The waiting room is sleek and clean, and definitely not a dump like most auto bodies. When I got my car it looked like it had a nice wash, was completely clean, and the work was done was seamlessly. I will definitely will recommend them to anyone and would come back if need be!

Hands down the BEST body shop Ive been to. I am originally from Texas but attend school here in New York. Being so far away, I was hesitant about finding a body shop here that I can trust for top service and customer care. All County Collision completely blew me away with not only the quality of their service, but the amazing customer care provided from start to finish. The service All County Collision provides is top of the line. I was rear-ended recently and referred to this location by my uncle. After the parts were ordered, I took the car in the late morning and had it back in the afternoon, the same day. I would definitely come back here and recommend others to All County Collision. Great service and very friendly people. I recently brought in my jeep to get that had been hit and i spoke with John the owner, he was very receptive and honest. He advised me not to got through my insurance since the damage was minimal, he directed me to his nephew who specialized in body work and he did a really good job, I was very satisfied with the outcome. The best part is John did not charge me anything for this service. I would definately recommend and use John and All County Collision again.

I had my car repaired at All County in August 2011 after it was damaged from a severe hail storm. The entire car needed to be repaired and repainted. Beginning in 2019, the paint on the roof of the car started to chip. I brought it back to Tom just recently, who pleasantly welcomed me into his office and even remembered me from all those years ago. Without question he said they would repaint the roof free of charge. I would recommend All County because not only do they do excellent work, the customer service is great and they truly stand by their work ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.

My family has been going to all county for a while and they referred me to them since I needed my fender fixed after someone hit my car in a parking lot. There is a reason my family hasn’t used any other body shop before. Their customer service was amazing. They were very friendly. It was a quick fix but they did it right away. I was impressed by the professionalism and the way they were able to paint match my car as other body shops were not able to accomplish this on my classic 8 series BMW. My experience with All County Collision was incredible and I score them a 10 in every category! I live in the Southwest but my youngest daughter was travelling in New York on summer vacation when she got rear ended by a big SUV. When searching for a good collision repair center, a new car dealership on Long Island referred me to to All County Collision which I thought was a big vote of confidence.
