1999 Cadillac eldoradoMy only argument was that when I changedout my oe grill for a custom one, I was quoted that the part was plastic. And was dissuaded to not go through with the install. But E&G grills are made of stainless steel, and well sought after. So if youre a collector you understand at lenght their appeal. So no big deal they took a second glance realized the chrome was real and eventually got the install agreement going, for a reasonable price at that. Granted they had to cut and drill 2 new hole entries into the existing brackets I ended up benefitting, Also might I add Ive since found for cheap 2 more mounting brackets that fit the OEM. Win win!

I have a 2003 Lin town car I went to s&r auto repair to have my rear air suspension replace they did that I then picked my car up and parked it over night the next morning my rear end was on the ground I then went back to s&r auto repair and they replaced the left rear bag the next day they went to the ground again returned again I was told it was the pump so I changed the pump the next day car rear was back on the ground next day I told s&r about it and I was told they will call me back that call never came I then took my car to Lin dealership they then told me what s&r did to my car was wrong Lin dealship then fixed my car, I will never go to s&r auto repair again for anything

First off I wish I could give them 0 stars they overprice every thing. They also didnt like the fact I wanted buy my own parts. Most mechanics I have been to give price off parts then labor they dont. I end up paying for a diagnostic and they would not give me the copy off the the problems with my car. That was something learn never again I rather go far away than getting rob in my own neighborhood.

Waste of time and money. Make up problems with your car and dont change a thing. My parts are all marked a certain way by me and they claimed to have changed a few ac components and still had my own markings on them. They were never changed!!! What did they hold my car for 3 days for if nothing was replaced?? Im filing a complaint and if something else goes wrong with my car they will have hell to pay!

They poorly diagnosed my car. My AC went out and I took it here. They said it was the ac compressor that need to be replaced.1. Spent $731 for a new one.2. Two weeks later the AC went out again, & they put in a new compressor.3. Less than 2 months later it went out again, & put in a new compressor.4. Another 2 weeks later it went out again, then claimed it was the A/C fan that was causing it to go out. I spent another $271.5. Two months later, the ac went out AGAIN. I left it alone because it was October, didnt bother until April. I took it back for the 4th time and they replaced the compressor again. 6. One month later, it went out AGAIN FOR THE 5th TIME! At this point, I have had it!!!Got a rude phone call from Ralph after I said I was going to file a complaint. He said you threatening me, dont nobody threaten me you understand, I am fired up dont nobody threaten me. Sounded like he was going to come after me.Took my car to another mechanic. $1000 later and he said it was just the wiring needed to be replaced. DO NOT waste your time here!!!

Great shop for great body and car repairs

This place is by far the worst body shop I have ever dealt with. Had the car 2 weeks to do the bumper and fender after promisingI would have it back in 4-5 days. left messages for days they just ignore you. When I got it back never put the inserts in the bumper and chipped the paint off both door. I went back several days and gave him the opportunity to fix it. He told me Im not doing sh@% and cursed me out. The guys name is Ralph. he also told me he was a cop asking if I wanted to see his badge!! As if that had anything to do with it. Now i need to spend $1871.40 to fix what he did. Im sure Ill never see that money back until I get it thru small claims court. filing a better business bureau complaint as well as a DMV complaint. Never ever bring your car there. I have before and after pictures as well as a video recording

Went for an oil change. And weeks later I found that they never took out the old oil and put in new oil. After 3 weeks my engine was faulty because of the excess oil in the engine. I called and I was told Rauf would get back to me. But he never did

Stay away they are the worst. The Mechanic dont know what they are doing. They will mess up your car. Save yourself the headache and most importantly your money and go elsewhere

Save yourself a trip and avoid this place at ALL cost... I frequented this shop with the belief that the service I was receiving was adequate.. I had an issue with my turn signal arm and was told I was gonna get a new one to replace the faulty one but upon receiving my car it was more than obvious that it was used and not even the model that originally was in my car.. When I went to pick up the car they told me they weren’t quite finished and the cost of repair increased.. I called the owner “Rauf” and told him I didn’t have the extra funds so he said its ok and I can take the car as is just bring it back to finish and pay the extra... I left the shop and realized the airbag light was now on.. I called the shop and they stated they have to reconnect it when I come back.. I told them its not safe to drive with no airbag and I didn’t have an issue with my airbag b4 I brought it there.. Next week I had an issue with the seatbelt not retracting which turns out to be related to the airbag issue smh.. I had to get an inspection and while the mechanic was checking out my car realized I had zip ties holding the CV boot closed on my axel.. Of course I had that repaired at S&R and they put those in place of simple clamps I’m assuming for cost reasons.. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE IN MY LIFE!!!.. and Rauf should be arrested for misleading and ripping off the public.. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to my worst enemy...

I did an oil change in this place then went to southside mechanic which is not to far from this mechanic to find out these idiots put drum oil in my car not mobil oil as i was told and i paid for.

Dont ever bring your car here the owner will put ebay parts in your car and charge you oem prices. Then try to blame you when the car malfunctions.
