Wrap Factory NYC was an incredible experience from the first consultation till the job was completed and my car was revealed. I had a full Chrome delete done, tail lights tinted and side mirrors also. Originally for my consultation he recommended getting my grill spayed to save on cost due to the small details in the grill could take a lot of time to cut out and could cost more. We agreed that would be best and i would get the grilled spayed after he was finish. We also agreed to buy the black lettering instead of wrapping them. Sadly the letters didn’t come in time and this guy went above and beyond to hand paint each of them so the car could be completed! Upon picking up my car and seeing the reveal he even wrapped the grill that was to be sprayed by someone else just because of his keen eye to detail and wanting the car to be perfect for pick up! He even deleted the chrome from my tailpipes and that wasn’t even discussed or apart of the pricing!He’s a great guy! Honest and treats your vehicle like it’s his own. He enjoys seeing the expression on your face when you pick your vehicle up and because of that he ensures everything is perfect. Made a friend and customer for life. You won’t be disappointed. Brought my car in for paint protection film or ppf for short. Did the entire front half of the car and it came out beautiful. Did chrome delete around the entire car and ceramic coating once finished for the body, glass and rims. Could not be happier with the way the car came out. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning for future work

I would give this business 6 stars if I could. I was in a huge bind and needed to get my shuttle wrapped last minute. They came out on a Sunday with just an hour notice. They dropped what they were doing and instantly made me their priority. When they arrived, they cleaned the shuttle and applied the graphics perfectly. To top it all off the tech came in a rare nissan skyline and was kind enough to show it off. Definitely the cherry on top! Definitely repeat business. Thanks!
