Best place to buy Indian groceries at a good price.

We purchased sweets on this Diwali and it turned out to be stale. When reported, they agreed to replace after a long argument but gave half the quantity. I always shopped at this place as my favourite but not anymore. I hope the owners become quality conscious soon.

Please take care of quality of your consumable items especially sweets. I never expected to get stale smelling sweets on auspicious occasion like Diwali.

Best Indian Grocery store in the North. Staff are super friendly. Quick to follow up on a payment issue that I reported. Prices are competitive with other Indian Grocery stores.Lot of options available on products.Stopped going to MKS after I found this store!

Selling products beyond consumable date. I purchased a pack of kurkure, which was best before 4 months from manufactured (August 2020). This store was selling it with a label which had expiry of 29 Aug 2021 and that too in May. It’s beyond consumable date. Not acceptable.

This is an extremely large Indian grocery store with huge selection of products. The first thing that greets one on entering this establishment is the fragrant aroma of Indian spices and long daunting rows of well stocked shelves with almost every Indian ingredient and product imaginable. Definitely worth a visit as Im sure theyd probably have whatever you wanted...

This grocery shop is like a warehouse I guess the lowest price in the north-west suburbs you have a lot of good ideas do you have a lot of options. From north to south you can buy all ingredients & spices from India.It is like a supermarket down in India so you can also buy Sri Lankan, Indian, and also other groceries.

You can buy almost all Indian items here with reasonable price and good quality.

Bought 1 rose and pineapple flavour cassatta, worst taste and eating like chemical :( I will never buy stuff from here again.

This shop has great range of Indian groceries and goods. But be careful when you buy any chips or biscuits. 9 out of 10 they will be expired. Dont risk.

I wish Google had half stars because this shop does deserve a 3.5 maybe 3.75 stars. An aboslute great selection of products mostly at great prices, you can find certain items cheaper at other stores however if you wanted a one-stop shop this is the place to go. The staff are helpful and will to negotiate if you have special orders or want to buy bulk straight off the floor. They always open on time and ensure that the store remains fully stocked my only advice is that work out out how to keep the birds out! Definitely makes it harder to give you money when a sparrow is trying to swoop you.

Over priced and inattentive staff

Very expensive in certain things, but what can you do when they are only providers of those.

2 star i am giving this store just because this is a huge warehouse and some products you couldnt find in other stores, you can find it here. Today i have asked my husband to take me to this store after Covid .. May be after 18 months we went there. I have decided not to go there again. Rude customer service. They have even charged for the bag when no other store is charging and also didnt even tell us before about this. When she was about to scan the third bag she asked us if we want to pay for 3rd one too!! Whats the point of spending so much at a store when you dont even feel as a valued customer. Will never go there again.

A very thoroughly stocked Indian (subcontinent) grocery store. Can get almost everything you need.

Be aware they have overpriced everything compared to other stores but they have very poor customer service standards . Price on shelf sometime different at the time of scan. Always telly and double check your purchase before living. Almost everyone working there is rude arrogant and clueless.Won’t recommend

Worst customer service and the quality of the product was really bad. I would like to recommend that no one buys products from this grocery store. They claimed that we can get a grocery item in the budget compared to other stores, but thats not true, the prices are higher than other grocery stores, and the quality is just too bad. This store doesnt even deserve 1 star rating, but thats the least star weve got. I hope that my comment is useful to all people to avoid such stores.

Here everything is opposite.Big shop- Very Big prices. I have compared the prices with my local grocery shop. They are quite high. For the price, I dont recommend but you can get every item at higher prices 😅

Bought some dates, when I opened the pack, dates looked bit off, so I decided to check expiry date, then I found two different expiry date as one by manufacturer ( 31/12/2017 ) and second by shop IndiaGate Spices & Groceries ( December 2018). Please check photos . Total rip off and playing with the health of everyone, so friends my suggestion is please check expiry date before buying anything from this shop, this will be going to food and health department also. Thanks

This store is big and you will get all indian, pakistani, sri lankan and bangladeshi groceries. They have stock all the time. Very reliable place.

I highly recommend not to buy from this store as the store customer service become lazy and dont do the packing for us anymore when big stores like Coles and Woolworth have started packing for the customers after the the COVID numbers has reduced and realised there is no logic in doing this. I have also observed several times that the owners are very arrogant and rude with customers when serving the customer from the counterThis store is big but have most products with out dated items So please think thrice before shopping here. We have more options in North region than this store to buy Indian items.Please consider GOING BACK to this store if you have been ready shopping here.Especially the owners are very dodgy people.

ZERO cutomer service from Owner and thats how his staff is trained as well!!!Guys, if you want to see the real attitude of these guys, just try to refund or exchange one item. Owner has smiley face as long as you are buying things, if you have to refund/ exchange sth, u will see real person hiding behind fake smile. I got no idea if this shop is cheap or expensive, never checked. But even if I have to pay more somewhere else, i will not shop here.......

It’s one of the best Indian store in the market. No matter what ever you looking for, you get it in this store. Yes customer service will always have a scope of improvement which I believe will always be.Sometime you feel like lost because it’s a massive store and finding a small stuff is too hard and this is where I believe customer service helps.But I love the store and always enjoyed grocery shopping here.

They have jacked up prices in lot of essential things after Covid19. Used to buy a lot but prefer going to other place now due to poor customer service.

During and after the COVID19 crisis, the shop increased the price significantly, way too much in compare to other shops, at least 50 to 60%. This is from a regular customer who has been visiting since last 8 years when they were operating from the old shop. Many times we found items were double scanned. Customer Service is going down too.Disappointed.

Terrible customer service.i went there yesterday for the first time,on counter i gave him my own bag nd all groceries.He did not even care to put those things in bag.He just scanned them nd put them on a side.I asked him that why you are not putting stuff in bag after scanning.His answer was(its your bag you put it your self).Cheap mentelaty(they ll put stuff in bag if you buy it from them for 10cents).Never going back to that shop again as a lot of options around.Also prices are on a bit higher side.

I would highly not recommend shopping here India gate spices & groceries because the owner was very very very disrespectful, didnt even bother greeting any costumers and he wasnt professional at all. He was making fun of other customers by speaking his own Language, pulling faces and mocking them for making a simple mistake.I think the choice is your, but as consumer NO ONE Deserves to get treated in such manner and I would never go there because its not a welcoming environment!!Disgraceful!!

You will find everything you would need from an Indian grocery store and lot more. Some prices may be high compared to others and some may be less. I guess, it depends on what you are buying. but the difference is not that big. The only thing I felt lacked was a proper customer service. Even while paying for grocery, cashier was chatting with other people like we were not even there. No greetings!! ( not that we need any but it certainly helps THEIR business).
