First, the staff is very friendly, and very knowledgeable. I thought my window had broken, and when I called to discuss the issue was told what was really wrong with my window. The staff told me where I could get the replacement piece at the lowest cost, and save me overhead pricing. Installation was quick, and you can’t even tell they worked in the vehicle other than the window now works properly. I will be using a plus auto glass for any window issues with any of my vehicles from now on. A great experience from the time I called them until we left their office.

The staff were so polite and courteous to us. They took care of us in a timely manner and with out fail exceeded our expectations. I wish we werent out of town and had them back home. I absolutely can not say good enough things about these people. Unfortunately during our time in Fort Myers we got rear ended by a guy who fled the scene and the back window was busted out, we just needed the old window taken out and something done to get us home. They absolutely exceeded our expectations they were super nice the lady in the office was so sweet she even offered us a water. Rarely do I give 5 stars. A+ Auto Glass is one huge example of why local small businesses work and why you would not go anywhere else in the east Fort Myers area.Tony was able to replace my windshield, at 7 AM on a Thursday morning. My insurance would not cover the damage and I had to cover it, but the price was the best out of 5 or more calls to other shops.They pointed out some details regarding my 2000 Honda Accord I wasnt aware of. I live in Tampa but was visiting the area when I needed to replace my windshield. I could only dream of A+ Auto Glass in Tampa.

I called for replacement of my really-cracked windshield. I spoke to both Marie and Tony and both were amazing and helpful, gave me an estimate over the phone, and confirmed an appointment for me for the next day. Everyone here is professional, easy going and attentive to anything we needed while we waited along with our hurricane-like 3-year old! Marie is a doll and Tony was amazing. This company is super fast, affordable, very friendly and they made me feel comfortable with bringing my son along with me. I got there and while we sat in the waiting area watching TV, they immediately went to work. They originally told me the job was going to be 45 mins but it only took 30. I was in and out with great customer satisfaction. Oh and the rear window looks better than the one I previously had on it.

Had a fill in repair on windshield. Was done on a Sunday at 11am! Outstanding professional with excellent equipment for such repairs. Was impressed with his knowledge on high end car work which needs proper equipment to handle these code heavy vehicles. Was honest on likely results for this type of repair. Had A Plus Auto Glass replace the front windshield on my mothers 2006 Lincoln. They called prior to their arrival. Tony and Clint arrived stated what was going happen and began with the process. Job was done quickly but not as thoroughly as it shouldve been. For the money the window shouldnt scrape AT ALL. I Wasnt particularly happy with how I was treated and with things that were implied. Definitely will be doing business elsewhere since Ill already have to take it to somewhere else to have it cleaned correctly. Giving 2 stars because I was at least able to functionally use the vehicle for work today.Rude doesnt begin to describe it. The simple fact is you do not put your hands on another person without permission in the state of Florida. That is battery. I didnt commit any kind of crime I didnt steal or withhold your card reader which I happened to think you were handing me to put my card in which you did rudely take from my hand. I do not accept the apology. And I find your suggestion of changing my review threatening. In an industry of upsell and basic service, Tony at A+ is a true professional. He arrived at my truck within twenty minutes and took care of all my issues. He was fast, complete and had an attention to detail I haven’t encountered in a long time. Great customer service and stellar quality of work. Lifetime customer no doubt.

We made an appointment with this company the day before. We were told that the technician would be out before noon.We told the technician that the car was not drivable, and provided our address. I missed their call at 10:11am, and received a text message at 10:13am, saying if I didnt respond to the text message the appointment would be canceled.I responded to the text message within 10 minutes, as I had assumed the technician was on his way to do the service.I was then called by Tony, and told that if we didnt answer the phone, they move on to other appointments - and he was already heading to Immokalee.Wait, what? Was my address not provided?The vehicle wasnt drivable, and sitting at home, and the I responded within 10 minutes of the text message, saying the technician was 10 minutes away.I asked Tony how long the appointment would have lasted, and I was told that it would take over an hour.Tony then admitted it was their fault and said we could bring it into the shop in the morning. Wait, what? The car isnt drivable.Why do we, as the customer, have to go out of the way, when the mistake was admitted by the technician?Then Tony was raising his voice at me on the phone, and I had to ask himiif he could give me a minute to understand, if I could at least understand some things (mentioned above) - and he said, Sure. Ive given you 180 minutes. But fine. Go ahead.He then said his signal was bad, he couldnt hear me and hung up.Lets see if Tony calls back when he gets a good signal, before the end of the day to apologize and make accommodations for the customer.A Plus? Not so much.Unfortunately it was extremely poor customer service and unprofessional on the phone with a customer who was willing to pay 500.00 to this company, plus a tip.If youre busy and have a life, maybe this isnt the company for you...If the schedule is that tight, to not accommodate the customer within that time frame, maybe the company is taking on too much work and not providing the best service?Their is ONLY one technician, the husband. The wife is the secretary.Take your chances...I really wanted to give this company a chance...

What a great company!! I had fought with my insurance company 9 1/2 years ago to get me a windshield with the running horse, just like the OEM windshield. A-1 Glass was able to help me fight that fight, and get the glass I needed for my Ford Mustang. Fast Forward 9 1/2 years to today. I was able to find my receipt from my windshield purchase from 9 1/2 years ago, and called them to tell them I thought I might have a leak in my windshield after all this time. We scheduled a time this morning to have it water tested. It turns out, that it was not the windshield that was leaking, it was that my drain holes under my windshield wipers were clogged with oak leaves. They took the time to help get those unclogged, so that water was not going through my cabin filter and into the leg area of the passengers side of the car. This is not anything that was their fault, or their responsibility, but they still took the time to show me how to fix in the future, and have great service. They continue to win my loyalty. The company I work for has in excess of 87 vehicles here locally. If I have a say, they will all use A-1 Glass when they have glass issues. Great service, even after the sale 9 1/2 years ago. ***** Service

Needed windshield replaced for a Yukon Denali. They were absolutely fabulous & did everything that they said that they would do! I had been told by other companies that it would cost significantly more because of all of the sensors involved with my particular kind of windshield but A+ told me that was untrue & not necessary. They charged me 1/2 of what I’d been quoted elsewhere & all of my sensors still work perfectly - as they said they would. Very relieved & pleased!

Wow! I am seriously impressed with this company! A rock hit my daughters windshield and chipped the glass. I called A+ because they have such amazing reviews and I was not disappointed! Amazing Service! I had an appointment for them to come to my office in Fort Myers, my meeting in Naples ran longer than excepted. They just happen to be in Naples too. We met at a shopping center, I got some shopping done while they changed my windshield, took about 30 minutes. They also handled assisting me filing the claim and insurance covered all cost. I talked to Tony over the phone and described my window problem. He told me to bring my vehicle into the shop the following day. I told him I would gladly leave work early and bring it right in. I called later that night, after hours, and he answered. I told him how much of an inconvenience it would be to have to take time off work the following day to bring it in and inquired if it would be possible to bring in over the weekend (it was Tuesday night, and my family and I would have had to have gone the rest of the week carpooling). He told me to bring it to HIS HOUSE, and he could fix it tonight!!! I promptly left and we fought a flock of mosquitos under lantern light to get it done. I am thrilled to say it was fixed THAT SAME NIGHT! He actually SAVED me money and time by doing it after hours. Great service, very friendly staff! I had an 8AM appointment at the business this morning. I arrived 10 minutes early and they were waiting. I did not need any glass repair/replacement. However, the plastic cowling around my windshield had become loose and needed an adhesive to hold it in place. I met Tony, the owner. Within 2 minutes he had inspected and fixed the cowling by using windshield adhesive. When I asked how much, Tony told me he would not charge me any money for the repair. He was insistent. First thing was I called after 5pm on a Friday with a power window issue n Tony actually picked up the phone. What a great honest guy I stumbled on ..He spent time even then with me trying to solve my problem. He suggested I come see him Saturday morning n he would take things apart to figure out what part I needed..Best part of that was No Charge for his time n labor to take the whole door panel n regulator/motor assembly out to test!! Once we knew the problem n part needed he took the time to call multiple places to find it for me. I couldnt get part needed till 11:30am n Tony being very busy had commitments already. But he told me give him a call when I get part n if he could I might be able to meet him somewhere as he is completely mobile to take care of me. The service with A+ Auto Glass is excellent! We hit a buzzard on I-75 and destroyed our windshield, and I called them at 6:30 on a Tuesday night to see when they could get us in for a replacement. Even though it was after business hours, Tony answered and told me he could get me in Thursday. Everywhere else in town I called wasnt available until that Friday at the earliest.The actual repair was hassle-free, quick, and expertly done. Tony called Thursday morning and asked me where to come, then arrived 30 minutes later. He even took the time to transfer our beach parking sticker onto the new windshield, which the Safelite guy we used a few years ago didnt bother to do!Since FL insurance covers 100% of windshield repair, the service matters more than the cost. I would definitely choose these guys again, especially since they made an effort to get me in ASAP.

Im glad I picked this company for my windshield replacement. Since this was the first time ever that I needed a new windshield, I was quite hesitant how good the job might be done. The situation had everything to go bad from start but the way they handled it made the whole difference for me.They ended up replacing my windshield 3 times due to problems with the parts.
