Very frustrating experience. I bought my Tesla just over a month ago today and 3 weeks in a rock cracks the windshield. This company was recommended through Tesla so I went with it because it felt safer. I was wrong. They came today to install the windshield and left dirty hand prints on the light grey interior of my month old car. When I called to complain Dave there suggested the same guy that made the mess would come on Monday and clean the car. Seriously a joke. They also did not line up the interior correctly and it’s not flush now. I hired a professional detailing company to come to clean the car tomorrow so the stains have a better chance of coming out. Photos are attached and I will be calling Tesla as well to discuss my experience. They solved 1 problem and created another. Use safelight

I had trouble with the car dealership and Tony was able to effectively communicate with them to make sure I was taken care of and Kim was able to make sure the payment from my insurance went through on time. I live in the Ft. Lauderdale area and could not find a RV Glass replacement company that sounded like they new the correct process to replacing my RV windshield. The Miami/Broward companies I spoke to all said “Yes, we can replace the windshield but it’s not what we do daily” I called the big RV Dealers in Ft Myers and both dealers said they used Auto Glass Warehouse. I called and spoke to Kim, and she ordered my glass and scheduled me to come in on a Friday. She also advised me that the RV needed to sit for 24 hours while the sealant sets up correctly. During the job they found my center support between my 2 front windshields had some rust starting so they wire wheel brushed it and then treated it to stop the rust before they reinstalled the 2 piece windshield. All the while, my wife and I went around Ft. Myers as tourists and stayed in a hotel overnight. The next day Saturday, the RV was completed perfectly and ready to take back to the east coast. If you need RV glass this is the only place to go.

Someone came to my house on Monday March 8 to repair my 2006 Dophin RV windshield. On his arrival, he noticed the windshield could not be fixed and had to be replaced. He took measurements and said someone would follow up later in the week. On March 29, I still had not heard from them and I called the Fort Myers office. I told the women what happened and she said she would get back to me. Again no update so I called back on April 7 and spoke to a Stephanie. She to said she would get back to me. Again no call. On April 12, I spoke to Tony who told me the insurance paperwork had not been done and he call me back. It is April 19 and still no call back. For a company that brags about great customer care, my experience has been very frustrating and certainly not great.

Pay attention kids, this is a true story. two years ago I cracked the windshield in my 2003 4 runner. Called Safelite and they sent a new guy out who removed my windshield. Once out he told me there was surface rust on the car and could not install the new windshield. I wiped the rust off with paper towel. He left me with the windshield and drove away. True story! I installed it myself. I will never use them again. It seemed as though he was trained to find more reason not to install my windshield than to actually just do it. Today these two awesome men showed up and within minutes had my new windshield installed, in my old pick up. They were polite professional and fast! They worked well as a team and If I were their boss I would most definitely give them a raise to keep them happy at my company. USE THESE PEOPLE! Steve Hall North Port Resident -

Glass warehouse performed excellent work replacing my damaged windshield. They do their windshield replacements with strong work ethics. The job was done in such a professional way, I couldnt tell the windshield was replaced. It looks that good. I know the replaced it because the crack was greater than a foot. I highly recommend them to anyone for their prompt, professional work ethics.

Amazing group of people who truly know their craft. If you go anywhere else you’re simply selling yourself short. Not very often do you have a good experience taking care of a windshield replacement but they made it almost too easy and worked around my schedule. 🙏

I had a windshield replaced during February. Everything looked good in the job until I got in to drive the car and I saw that the wiper pivot ws way high. When the technician was removing the wiper arm he must have pulled the pivot out of the bushing. They sent the same technician back. He was not doing the repair and was only explaining how it could not have been his fault. He kept asking me what I wanted him to do and I kept telling him what he needed to do. I got very frustrated with him. I called the office and requested a new technician. At one point the technician pulled all of the part from my car on the ground beside my car and took a picture of them and then left. I made the repair to the wiper pivot. The company did send another technician later in the day and reassembled the car. Very disappointed with their quality and professionalism of the technician. I would not recommend using them!!

I am extremely pleased with Auto Glass Warehouses staff and service. Stephanie, in the office, made the entire process so easy and kept me closely informed until the morning of install day. I had my glass replaced by safelite a few years back and it constantly leaked. Wilmer, from auto glass warehouse came removed the old leaking glass showed me what safelite did wrong corrected the problem and replaced my windshield with no issues... Than you Wilmer, you did a wonderful job. And thank you to all of you at the office. You guys made this experience painless.

Took my older vehicle to safelite. I was told many policies about repairing my glass and left without my replacement. Glass warehouse is the best. Great professional people who work hard at customer satisfaction. If,I could give them 10 stars I would. Dont go to anyone else. These folks know what they are doing.

Called insurance co., reported cracked windshield. Shortly after, Sandy from Auto Glass Warehouse called me, got approval from insurance co., and set up an appointment for next morning. Sandy was very courteous and professional. Next morning, Matt & Nick arrived early on time. They were super friendly and professional. They answered all my questions without hesitation and replaced the windshield in my Jeep Wrangler within 15 minutes with no issues. Best service I have seen in recent years.

Danall, (not sure we spelled right), went out of her way in helping us replace the windshield on our Mitsubishi Outlander. She made sure to follow thru with everything that was needed to make sure the replacement went well. When the Mitsubishi dealer could not recalibrate the camera system thru the new glass, Danell had us go to their Sarasota location where the team got the cameras all calibrated as they should be. Scottie was awesome for being my personal morning ride too!Huge Kudos and thanks to Danell, Scottie and the techs who got our job done well!
