Aqua systems came highly recommended from a family member. The system installed literally changed their life. A lot of health issues linked to the water delivered from the prior system were gone once Aqua Systems installed their equipment. I also was experiencing the detrimental effects of bad water, and decided to call Aqua Systems. Jeff Keim came out the same day I called. I am happy with the install and the water quality is amazing. Aaron was the tech who installed mine, and I have to say... Aaron you are the man. Aqua Systems goes above and beyond with their systems and staff! Thank you guys.

Very expensive System to put in your entire house. And about every 4 to 5 weeks something breaks that’s extremely costly to fix along with the service call charge! Plus the quarterly maintenance fee! It averages out to about $300 a month just for water! What’s up of that, I still need to put a separate filter in the shower! Save your money!

Today I had a new water system installed. I decided on Aqua systems because of the high quality of the system and competitive pricing. Every time I called the office they were very helpful and courteous. Aaron the installer was punctual and showed up on time. He first discussed where the system was going to be installed - I wanted it inside of my garage. He was very informative and he explained in detail how he was going to do the install and explained the different parts to the system. He was very articulate, professional and knowledgeable. His work is impeccable! He works as if he is working on his own house - attention to detail and very meticulous. Aaron is an asset to the company and a very diligent worker. If you want a good quality water system, reasonably priced - I would recommend Aqua Systems. Keep up the good work!

Just had Aaron install my new home water softener system. He performed a thoroughly neat, clean installation and took the time to completely educate me in the operation of the system. He answered all my questions patiently. I am so pleased by the simplicity of operation and the basic hands-off operation, save for an annual flushing.We were initially impressed by Jeff who informed us as to the benefits of Aqua Systems water softening. I am thankful to know that they have someone available to answer any questions seven days per week. I already feel confident this was a very wise decision. What a nice and efficient company!

Very competitively priced and the equipment seems to be of very high quality. All the staff was great to work with and showed up on time. Aaron, the installer, was awesome, and very particular about his work. I am very particular also and totally happy with Aarons install!!!! The system is working as designed and our water quality is greatly improved.

I had a great experience at Aqua Systems. System was fairly priced, good quality and I havent had any problems with it being a customer for about 18 months now. I have a great warranty but Ive never needed it. The owners Jeff and Randy are hands on guys that are always available if you need them. They also have home delivery of salt for the few times per year that I need it. My system uses 75% less salt than my old system. No complaints about these guys. There are dozens of water guys in Florida with this horrible water we have here in Ft. Myers. I would only use and recommend Aqua Systems, period.

Had troubles with a previous company. Ended up having a whole house Ro membrane fail because of it. Called aqua systems and they sent Aaron to the job. Aaron was excellent. He got right to work, explained everything he was doing, had a plethora of knowledge, and was kind and courteous in doing so. My system is now back up and running even better than what it was before. I just had an iron filter and water softener system installed today. Im extremely happy with the whole process from sales to install including the pricing and office staff. The young man that came to do the install was knowledgeable, efficient and did a nice clean job. I would recommend their services.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Punctual, quick, knowledgeable, friendly, and an all around great experience. I had my water system and RO installed about a month ago, my water is my new favorite water. Its sweet and fresh and OMG! ladies, MY HAIR!!! its amazingly soft now.

I am not a fan of purified water, but as I live in Florida, bottled spring water that doesnt taste like gasoline can be hard to find. Aqua systems water tastes good for purified, and its so easy to get. They have a drive thru and they load it into your car. Its about$5 for a 5 gal spring, and $4 for 4 gal purified. They make it really convenient and the guys who work there are always friendly .They also sell cases of bottled water for about $4, and of course, they do all the lifting.

I’ve been with Aqua Systems for years in Indiana and now here in Ft Myers, I have to say they are the best and most reliable systems out there. Aaron my installer was fantastic, clean and through and it was perfect! Thank you Aqua Systems!❤️

Just recently bought a house and the whole well system and softeners had to be replaced and a new RO system. Aqua systems sent out Aaron and he got to work and handled the install in no time, also ran me through ever detail on how to run my system and keep it maintained properly. I would recommend Aaron and Aqua systems all day.

We discovered an issue with our well pump and my handyman husband was too sick to fix it correctly. I called and left a message late Sunday and Aqua Systems had a young man at my house by 10am Monday morning. For the cheap price of a service call, had me up and running within 2 hours. Excellent service!

I have had Aqua system servicing our RO system that they did not install. They have been wonderful . We are building a new house and they installed a new RO for us. Our property management company has been using Aqua Systems for a couple of years now to service all of our well equipment needs. They provide prompt service for all of our tenants even in the event of no water after hours and weekends. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are very responsive to your needs. I personally love the fact that they will walk you thru diagnostic to try and get you back up and running without coming out to do a service call. They do this to save you the consumer money. Aaron has been to my house and fixed my service and just now he helped me get my water up and running in less than 5 minutes and saved me the emergency service fee. We have been a customer for over 12 years. They installed our whole house ro system and have maintained it. Always quick to come out when you have an issue. Brian knows these systems very well and usually will diagnose the problem with a brief phone call. Great company.

Had an appointment for today at 3pm tech calls me at 9:30 and says hes in the area now and wants to come by and look at my system and then call me with a diagnosis.. I tell him i have an appointment at 3pm and i would like to be home and he said sorry hes only in the area now.. WHAT!?! Unbelievable, i thought thats what appointments were for. I guess its about his convenience and not mine.. Im in the service industry and if i did that to my customers i wouldnt have any..

Well my experience with Aqua System was super awesome experience. I came home last night after my daughters in law’s baby gender reveal soirée, and came home to discovered no water in the entire house. I have recently done business with Aqua System so early this morning I called them up as an emergency being that it was Sunday morning Aaron was the gentleman that I spoke with and I would like to add what a super exceptional courteous and I’m top of everything else a honest humble person! From the moment he arrives at our home in Lehigh acres he was very courteous professional and discovered what my issue was and took care of it. He not only installed a new water pump he also looked at the entire water equipment to ensure that it was working properly. I truly believe that this company is one of the very best in the state of Florida. I would recommend this company to any one of my peers at work family members or anyone that’s experiencing any water issues. Jack in the Drive-Thru is always delightful to speak with. I enjoy stopping by on a weekly basis. We pick up our distilled water from here it makes the best tea.

Ive worked w/Aqua Systems since early 2000. Randy has always come through when I needed help with my whole house RO system. They repaired my system when I had NO water for $129.00 and their competitor came out and said I needed a whole new system for $10K.I completely trust these guys, and I give them a thumbs up on their service.

What a poor excuse for a business. Had a valve bust on our iron tank on a Saturday night. We called for service and Taylor came out and bi passed the system. We had water but it was straight iron. We were told the owner would call us Monday to come out with some quotes to replace the system. No one called on Monday so my wife called and spoke to the owner later in the day. He said hed be there at 9:00 am the next morning (Tuesday) to give us a quote and never showed. We called back and nobody seemed to know what was going on. Talked to the owner again and he said hed be out Tuesday night at 5pm. NEVER SHOWED! Apparently they dont need the work or to sell brand new well systems. Weve also had maintenance service from them in the past which we canceled because they hardly ever showed up. I would never waste my time with these people. Im honestly not sure how theyre still in business. Poor excuse for a company. I wouldnt have given them a 1 star if it wasnt required. Save your time and sanity and call another company because theyre not interested in your work.

For me its hit and miss: depends on who they send to service my system how good the work will be. Initial cost of new systems is very competitive but when something broke on my system (during the 7 year warranty period) it never seemed to be covered by the warranty. I still do business with them, though.

What was once great service - has become aggravation each time. I have been with Aqua Systems for about 6 years now. I have had my well pump and lines replaced. Have had my salt tank and suffer tank replaced.After each of these systems have been replaced. Getting a service technician to come out in a timely manner has been ... frankly a nightmare.Each and every time I have an appointment - the excuses come up. Only to have to call the owners and complain.With all of these new systems and warranty - I feel that I am forced to stay with them for my maintenance - solely out of fear they will not honor my warranty. As a result of having someone else work on the system.At one time they had great service and the technicians were knowledgeable, understood the needs of the customer.As many have suggested - they company seems to have change their philosophy.Now it seems as though - excuses, not showing up for an appointment, and shoddy service - combined with a poor attitude on how to treat the long term customer.At the very least ... a phone call letting the customer know they are not coming or they are jam up on another job. Wouldnt be asking to much, especially after waiting all day for them to come.If I had a choice of going some place else for my needs - all while maintaining a warranty I would have left a couple of years ago.They .. really need to figure out the most important part of doing business. Treating the customer right!Especially after spending a great deal of money with them.

Aqua systems is one of only 2 local companies that installs and repairs the American hydro iron system for my sprinklers. When it went down they came and fixed it. Great service plus they installed a whole new water system for me.

Just had my whole water system replaced by Aqua Systems and we are so happy with everything. From the office staff to the installers. We had Aaron do our full installment and we are so grateful to have had him. First of all, he was very polite and answered all of our questions, was patient with us and showed us all the things that we had issues with and his completed job. His finished job looks so clean and proper. He also offered recommendations and we learned a lot more than what we thought we were doing right. Nice people but nasty water bottles. After three months of deliveries, about 20 five gallon bottles, I’m tired of the bottles coming in looking like they were dragged behind the truck. Unacceptable bottle quality.

Had water system replaced and all went fine with that. Problem is with installer took it upon himself to empty the old salt tank in my front yard causing giant dead spot from the salt water. Calling and complaining only results in a so what type of attitude.

The staff are friendly! The water is a good price plus they do home deliveries. They test your faucet water for free too.

After being serviced from them the beeper started going off outside on the brand new system.il I called, back waited 3 days before someone came out. 5 hours later the beeping started again. After complaining about this to the owner, he came out a week later to say that the ther serviceman turned off a valve and it was just pushing straight well water through the house. From past experience only 2 guys seem to know what they are doing, one being the owner. Just got a call for a yearly maintenance . No way in hell Im letting them touch this without a problem. Im afraid of what will happen when they do.

Have been a customer for two years and have found them to be top notch in all respects. I would highly recommend Aqua Systems to everyone.

Absolutely love this place. Pick up water in their drive-thru all the time. 5-gallon container of purified water is $3.75 as of December 2013. Plus something like every 20th bottle is free; they have a punch card. My wife likes the purified water better than the spring water and its cheaper. They also load your car for your in the drive-thru and the employees are super nice all the time. Cant beat it.
