Have had Crystal Water delivery service for many years now. Costco is how I first heard about them & I’m so glad we signed up for their delivery service. Deliveries are on time & our delivery man is wonderful. I am a disabled person, so the delivery is brought right into my kitchen. The delivery man is kind, professional and always looking out for us to make sure none of the bottles are damaged. We are very very happy with him. We are very happy with Crystal Water & recommend them to everyone who loves Spring Water without the hassle. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Worst experience with a water company ive had. Supposed to have a pick up of empty bottles for full ones and no one showed up and no phone call apologizing for missing my delivery. Was supposed to get another delivery 2 days later, guess what no delivery and no phone call. Finally they tell me i cant get a delivery till 10 of sept. So i have to go a week and a half with no water. And as many times as i have called no one from ft.Myers has called and apologized to me.
I was very excited to have this service. The excitement has lasted very little. I believe the true issue is in the area, specifically Naples. They do not have enough drivers to fulfill the area, therefore always missing deliveries and rescheduling or getting extra bottles left when they do eventually stop by, to make up for it I suppose. But then its a higher charge of course, because thats another $18 deposit fee just left there on your door. If you cannot meet your customers needs or expectations, maybe dont offer it..? Or just be honest and say its not within your service area? I will now embark on what looks like a very unpleasant experience of canceling for water I never seem to receive, or have to deal with absurd schedules of every 5 days or 1 month apart. It shouldnt be this difficult. There are so many posted reviews about this, how are they at 4+ stars...?Update 03/02/21I believe that there might be hope to resolve this... Even though I just got a delivery of 7 bottles instead of the 4 I had set as default. Of course there will be charges for these deposits, I already see it coming! But theyve been on schedule for the last 2 deliveries and that counts for something. Well see what happens next...
Go ahead and use this service if you have an hour every month to call them about why their billing is never right. I spend 45-55 minutes every month because their charges are never right. So, if you have that kind of time to waste, go for it.
Well, we had water service for our business for over 5 years and did not have any issues. We received the bottled water when we needed and when we signed up set up auto withdraw so we did not have to worry that we never received an invoice; however I was just emailed recently that we are now in collections due to non payment for a few months that we were unaware of as I never received any type of notice that they were unable to process our cc. I hadn’t even thought of it as my cc had been hacked a few months prior and all of the other many companies I have set up on auto withdraw had no problem contacting me to inform that their payment had not processed. Now over $94.99 our company is receiving ruthless emails and threatening phone calls from some collection company that has absolutely no facts and Crystal Springs will not take the monies owed to them. I would highly suggest not using this company due to the lack of communication and bullying tactics utilized by their collection company. Save yourselves the headaches.
I had to cancel my water service because I couldnt get water delivered. At one time I received a dozen consecutive delivery cancellation notices followed by rescheduled date notices which were cancelled the day of. Well, suffice it to say, I finally ran out of water and patience. After I cancelled service my card was charged for the water cooler rental which was funny since I had not had water to cool for over a month. Then it took another month for the water cooler to be picked up with multiple pickup schedule notices followed by multiple cancellations. Anyway, this was back in June. Ive been calling ever since for a refund. Probably 10 calls by now. Still no refund.So if youre a business or a resident who that needs water, I would strongly suggest you save yourself money, time and sanity and find an alternative option. I went with Aqua Systems and theyve been amazing. Since June Ive had not had a single missed delivery nor have I been billed in error even once and they dont owe me a dime.Worst Customer Service Ive ever experienced.
The delivery person was always kind and efficient, though our route we very rarely had the same person twice. The invoices are very hard to understand. Everything is pre-charged and you are billed ahead of delivery. Very difficult to cancel service, passed from person to person and put on hold with each. Requested cancellation in January and will be charged for February because they wont pick up the cooler and bottles before then. Sorry to say I wont use them again. Their customer service is lacking.
Signed up to become a customer. Scheduled a delivery of a hot and cold cooler, 8 bottles and 6 cases. They are arrive with no cooler. After trying to tell me i did not order a cooler and I proved them wrong it changed to they dont have a cooler on the truck. They ALL tried really hard to push me taking the water without the cooler and they would get me one right out. Thankfully I called to learn they have NO coolers in stock. When can they get me one? They have NO clue. Then when I informed them I cant take water with no way to dispense it they were more than happy to cancel my contract . They tried to tell me I will be charged regardless. I called my credit card and informed them so I wont be charged.. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible service. STAY AWAY!!!!

Crystal Springs has been great since we started three years ago with a Costco promotion. Our Route salesman, Justin has been excellent, even bringing the bottles inside when I had surgery on my ankle and could barely walk. Communications with Justin as well as the customer service department has always been efficient and with no disappointments. Overall, deliveries are right on schedule, the water tastes great, and the price is fair, so what more would you want from a water company? Thanks!
Weve been using Crystal Springs for water delivery for several years now. Weve had one equipment problem (the safety button on the hot water side stopped working and we had a toddler at the time) and the dispenser was replaced in just a day or two. Great communication with customer service, the website is easy to use, the delivery drivers are friendly. Highly recommend.
So today was supposed to be our initial delivery day. Well, here we sit with no water, no service, and no communication from the company. I had to call and follow up about was the order received, when will it be delivered. I got the email it would be here today yesterday. I had to start calling at 4:00 to find out where the order was and was told sorry we don’t have any drivers we can try for later next week. Asked to cancel and transferred to an account specialist. He tells me no I talked to the driver and he will call you and your water will be there today. I called again at 10 to 6:00, nope you have been rescheduled to Monday. No communication, excuses galore. Not a reliable company. Find a company that will actually proved the service.
Their customer service representatives are good, however your branch in ft Myers FL, delivery service its horrible. They deliver when they feel like it & youre notify you after waiting for hours. You call customer service and they have you scheduled for a delivery, but the local branch if they dont want to deliver they dont show up & reschedule you two or three times and your stuck having to purchase water elsewhere. This is one of the reasons I cancelled my account. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Be careful people!👎👎👎
This company is absolutely impossible to deal with I booked an appointment to have someone pick up the water filtration system a week a go. I had to call 4 times to babysit them and make sure they were actually coming out because their business closes at 5pm. Only to find out the receptionists have no idea when the technician will actually be able to assist you I find this out at 5pm the 4th time I called. Just be aware that if you expect to book an appointment youre more than likely not going to see them and when the receptionist tells you they are on their way its an absolute lie. Overall this company has a terrible lack of communication. They only tell the customer what they want to hear.
Have called 4 times to get water delivered. I get an email confirming my delivery date and then nothing. I call customer service and we start all over again. Yesterday they put me on hold and told me they talked to the branch manager and that my delivery would be escalated and I would receive my delivery today. Guess what? No water!
I ordered online on March 28th and received an email telling me my initial delivery would be on April 3rd. I took the day off from work so I could be here for the initial set up (as suggested in the email) and no one ever showed up. I called the customer service line and was told That no one showed up because the order had “not been routed yet”. They said they would call me back with a delivery date. No one ever called back. I called the customer service number again, several says later, and was told “We sent a message to the local service, but they never responded.” Why take orders online if you have no intention of filling them? Just be honest and say you’re not interested in acquiring new customers!
17 years of flawless service. Must have a new driver. A month ago I came home to bottles with no caps. Took them a week and a half to respond. Now this month they just dont even show up. They were top notch for a long time and now its a total disgrace. Probably going to give Culligan a chance.
We are loyal clients of Crystal Springs Water and their products. Brian is fantastic! Always prompt friendly service. Happy to leave a well deserved 5 star review. We can always rely on the consistent delivery, quality product and dependable customer service. Its nice to have the 5 gallon bottles which are reusable rather than small plastic bottes and our account is paperless. Good for us and good for the environment!
Customer service is non existent with this company. Its been 1 month since last water delivery. I get a phone call confirming delivery and next day an email saying delivery will not happen. Called to cancel service and was told they would be out the following day to pick everything up. My comment was you pickup equipment and empties next day but cant deliver water. The lady decided to get offended and rude to which she received a lesson on customer service.
AWFUL! DONT BUY! My family and I have had this service for a while now and the past few months they’ve been awful, the water is always late, but this month it never even came! Our water was supposed to come on the Sept. 4th, we called everyday to ask if the water was coming, and it never came. It’s now the 11th and we just called to cancel. Awful service in the Fort Myers location, extremely disappointing.Update- water has been coming on time and I’m very happy with this change
I live in golden gate estate on a road that’s cut over and 30mph and had one of y’allS truck come flying down my road while I was out getting mail. The truck my street 60+, way over the speed limit and the driver didn’t even notice me standing on the side of the road telling him to slow down. I don’t do business with y’all but after seeing how y’all driver can’t even respect the posted speed limit in a community where kids play on the street I’ll just continue doing business with zephyr hills.
The service was ok for about 6 months but about 3 months ago they started coming behind schedule. Last month was the camel that broke my straw back. They scheduled the delivery and continually emailed a confirmation of delivery each day and later sent an email that they wouldnt make it that day. Like another reviewer, I gave them the benefit of the doubt due to the corona virus slow down but still see there truck servicing my neighbors!I canceled service 3 weeks ago and was told they would retrieve their cooler and jugs on the 29th. My crew and I had a good laugh as we placed bets as to whether or not they would show up. They didnt but the emails promising they would be there to deliver the next day continue to come.I decided to write this review while Im on hold trying to find out when theyll come to get their stuff out of here. At this moment Ive been on hold for 25 minutes and 29 seconds...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT IF YOURE CONSIDERING USING THEIR SERVICE, PLEASE READ THESE REVIEWS FIRST! WE WENT WITHOUT WATER FOR OVER A MONTH DURING THE HOTTEST TIME OF THE YEAR AND EACH TIME I CALLED TO SEE WHAT WAS HAPPENING, THEY HAVE PEOPLE THAT ARE PAID TO PROFUSELY APOLOGIZE TO YOU AND BEG YOU TO CONTINUE SERVICE.CULLIGAN AND ZEPHYRHILLS ALSO DELIVER.
Had these guys for 3 months- month one and half of two were great. Always on time, no issues. About midway through month two, they stopped showing up? I called 6 different times, being told I was incorrect on my delivery days. Somehow the email and phone call said different. Well guess what, all 5 times of “we’re coming tomorrow” and over and over no show’s, my 6th call was to cancel. We tried to give them the benefit due to Covid, but a month and 1/2 with no water is crazy. I still have 8 empty bottles sitting out front for final pickup, and they just pushed that out another week! Waterboy took one phone call at around 3pm, and they were here the next day before 10am with 10 fresh bottles. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. It’s sad too, I really liked their water, so far extremely happy with water boy’s quality and quick service. Heading over there now to give them a solid review.
I’ve been a customer of Crystal Water for over 20 years. I’ve given them a 5 star rating I personally have had excellent customer service on all levels from communication to billing to delivery services. Not to mention I enjoy the taste and quality of the water. SATISFIED long term customer.
My Daddy always had those huge glass bottles. I grew up drinking it never realizing the privilege. Now I’m hauling gall jugs home 8 at a time so I switching to what my Daddy did! I am sure the water quality will be the same and all our drivers were great’

This is crooked company. I owe $82 and paid courier in cash. Did not recieve a receipt.im now being harassed by their creditor company for $593. They purposely have not contacted me for any payment so it would go to collections. And refuse to take original payment. A true POS company. My account number is #853981119703982 in case they want to check how the ruined my credit score by being a shady organization.

Ordered service to be delivered in a specific day that was available. I sat at home all day to find out they weren’t coming until the next day. No phone call. No heads up until that afternoon.
Delivery comes on time evey month. Driver will accomodate any changes as needed and always professional. Notifications via vmail day before delivery.
I placed orders for 2 5 gallon bottles a month. which equaled out to around $35/month. they were making deliveries every two weeks and charging me for each of them. so instead of $35/month it turned out to be $70/month, not what i signed up for. I called them a few times to try and have them rectify the issue. 3 months in the same thing was happening. This time i refused to pay for their mistake and told them i will not be paying that invoice. They said to me Well sir any invoice that is not paid will go to collections. No matter how hard i tried to have them fix the issue nothing would ever come of it. I will be getting my water from Publix from now on. Yeah i may have to transport it myself but at least i dont get double charged for products i do not need.

This place gets an A+ for great tasting water, a C- for pricing, a D+ for professionalism of the driver, and an F for communication skills. We have a big family, and they missed our regular delivery of 10 bottles a week before a hurricane struck. We called, and they could not explain why the missed the appointment. Over the next 2 weeks, it was a cycle of us calling, making new appointments, them not showing, and no communication from Crystal AT ALL. They could have at least sent an email to all their customers saying Hey, were out of commission. But no. Just empty promises from their call center. The water is darn tasty which is why we keep these buffoons. But were going to have another company supplement our service so we dont get hung out to dry again. Not to mention the fact that one time, our regular route driver insulted my wife, telling her it was stupid for us to have so many bottles. Well, we have a lot of people in our house, and apparently were not stupid for stockpiling a few extra bottles, because you guys can be COUNTED ON to miss deliveries at the first sign of an approaching storm.

I wish I could give zero stars. I have had a TERRIBLE customer service experience. I called to have my service terminated two MONTHS before I moved. They never came on the scheduled day due to an internal error of their dispatch not being scheduled (as I had cancelled water delivery due to having so many extra bottles). A second pickup was scheduled and also missed. Followed by a third. My home sold. I had to move the equipment. I tried to get a supervisor to schedule equipment pickup, but they never called me back. I wanted to return the equipment!! THEN they sent me to collections. The customer service agents could see all of my phone calls cancelling, and notes regarding the missed pickups and themselves stated they were appalled, yet no one could do anything about it! It was escalated by DS, the customer service managers Kristi, Jeanette and Travis all could not resolve their system error. I was then told they were sorry, it was an error, but I had to talk to collections. Costco should NOT partner with this company. I would discourage anyone from dealing with Crystal Springs.
I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR ABOUT 20 YEARS - I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE ROUTE DRIVERS - THEY HAVE BEEN GREAT. MY PROBLEM STARTED WHEN I ASKED THE DRIVER ABOUT A IN LINE SYSTEM AND HE TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD THEM AND COULD INSTALL ONE FOR US. AS BOTH MY WIFE AND I ARE GETTING UP IN AGE AND I HAVE BACK PROBLEMS THIS WOULD BE THE WAY TO GO. THIS IS WHERE THE SERVICE LACKS IN THIS COMPANY AND LACKS VERY BADLY. WE MADE 4 DIFFERENT ATTEMPTS TO CALL THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE . EACH TIME WE SPENT OVER AN HOUR BEING PUT ON HOLD AND SHUFFLED TO ANOTHER PERSON. EACH TIME I HAD TO GIVE THEM INFORMATION JUST TO BE TOLD THAT I NEEDED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE ELSE, PLEASE HOLD AND GOT TRANSFERRED . AFTER THE FOURTH TRY I TOLD MY WIFE TO CALL A COMPETITOR. IT TOOK US TEN MINUETS TO GET ALL THE INFO WE WANTED AND TO SET UP A TIME FOR INSTALLATION. THEY CAME OUT WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND IT WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANOR. NOW IT TOOK 2 MORE PHONE CALLS TO CANCEL MY SERVICE WITH CRYSTAL. THE PEOPLE THAT ANSWER THE PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS CANNOT HELP YOU THEY HAVE TO PASS YOU ON TO SOMEONE ELSE THAT CAN CLOSE THE ACCOUNT. SO FOR THESE REASONS I GIVE NO STARS TO THEM BECAUSE THEIR CUSTOMER PHONE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. EVEN HERE TO BE ABLE TO POST THIS REVIEW YOU ARE FORCED TO GIVE 1 STAR.
I call them to cancel the service, instead the delivery more water and send those bill to collection, now I am getting a high impact in my credit score. This business are not really responsible with customers.

Crystal Springs has given us great water delivery service since weve been getting the 5 gallon water bottles delivered for over a year now. The water vooler/ heatrr unit is slim, modern and fits nicely in our kirchen. The customer service is great; they immediately replaced our cooler unit when the hot water component quit..no questions asked..immediately got us a new unit. They are timely; the drivers friendly..and most importsnt the water purity and taste is great! I highly recommend them!

My company has been getting bottled water deliveries from Crystal Springs. I noticed last winter that we had alot of charges on our account that were items we dont order from them. When I questioned them about it, they refused to remove the charges. It only saw an issue on one invoice, so I let it slide. This winter we found that we are getting billed for alot more water than we are using. I questioned them on it. They show deliveries for my company at two different address, and contact people that Ive never heard of. I brought it to their attention that it looks like theyre billing us for someone elses water and ours, and they still wont fix it. I cancelled my account. For 6 months now, they refuse to pick up their stuff and keep adding late fees. Ive been calling their office to find out what items I need to find and return to them so I can close the account and be done. EVERY line I dial has a full voicemail, so you cant speak with anyone OR leave a message. This place is a total rip off and extremely unprofessional. DONT GET INVOLVED WITH THEM. You cant drop them once you do.
