This is one of the worst companies for customer service. You can NEVER reach a representative by phone. If you have an issue with anything of there products, change in payment methods or problems with water tank/deliveries.Best advice…..DO NOT USE!!!!
I received my water & despenser. The bottles are new looking and the despenser is clean & quiet.
NEVER ORDER 5gal WATER FROM THEM. One jugs is going to cost you $14+ when they are $7 at local store for the same exact jugs.... I’ve already Cancel my order and got a confirmation email and they are still bring in jugs to my house. The only reason I got one stars because he was not an option
They cancel for no reason over and over The drivers say that it’s too far are you kidding this is your job I’m paying for the service why are you canceling services when I’m a paying customer the notes say customer no need ... are you joking ? They said did you call and cancel or talk to the driver - NO ONE WAS HOME! Now they Pushed me out 6 more days and we are already out of water !!! I ordered well in advance so this doesn’t happen and they give no incentive to stay !!! They offered me 16$ discount on 10 bottles !!! Such a joke of a company and horrible customer service !!! I order 10 bottles a month that’s 1700 a year I give these people you would think they would treat a paying customer better but they don’t .. and there are no other options in the area !!!
I would give this company negative stars if I could. While I had my service they were easy to make changes. However if you ever wanted to cancel the service as I did, good luck. I ended my service in 10/2019, and have continued to get billing statements ever since. Its been months of apologies and broken promises of getting it fixed. Im at the point where Im going to hire an attorney but thats seems to be my last option to end this once and for all.
We cancelled service 8 months ago after we moved and they will not stop billing our account. When I try to log in, it says I no longer have an account with them, as it should since we cancelled. I have called numerous times and now have to call my credit card company every month and dispute the charges.
Horrible experiences with ready fresh since they took over for my original delivery company Zephyrhills. I have been receiving water for 16 years when this company was originally Zephyrhills. Wednesday they marked my deliveries as delivered but I never got them and my empties are still outside today Friday. today I did not receive them and decided to still wait before I call. However we noticed on our walk that for ready fresh 5 gallon bottles. Were thrown in an empty lot a block and a half away from my home. This is ridiculous and horrendous there is no excuse. I wish I could post pictures of where they through them
They have the wrong address on file for me and I have tried to contact them via email, phone and Facebook and no one responds to me. Every time I call it says to call back due to high call volume. How can a large company like this have such terrible customer service? I dont understand!
When calling for a company that shall remain anonymous, had to wait on hold for over 20mins just so they could tell me we cant cancel your account because our computer are down.
Terrible customer service. Brought us a water cooler with roaches in it and refused to bring another. Told me I had to watch a video on how to clean it or be charged a fee. Also, never brought cups but charged for them.
Wait time terrible, service cost has crept up $12.00 for $38.00 to $50.00.Not Happy

Do Not use this service. They have changed their website and I cant even cancel my account. I have called 2x, been on hold for 1.5 hours and still no action. I am reporting them to the BBB.
