Over priced, unprofessional receptionist. This list goes on and on. I paid $1500 for a reverse osmosis.. #1 SHAME on me.. A system that sells for at the most $300.. I call for issues with this system, and get 0 responses, I have to call back to even get answers.. I was mislead on pricing, and the system is not the one shown in their brochure.. I know you all are saying why did you even pay, if you felt it was to much.. Was call trust in a Family company that has been here for years, and was recommended by someone in the Lee County Govt buildings. As they use them also.. A service tech calls me this am at 7:30am.. Saying he will arrive in 10 mins..?? AT 7:45am I am going to wake my house to have a service tech.. Oh well we are very busy I dont give a rats rear.. Word of mouth. I want this system out.. I want my money back.. Its been 4 months and I feel deceived!

They were prepared to deliver the cooler and water prior to me moving into my new apartment so I was able to get the water and cooler delivered the day I moved in!!The water tastes great!!!The huge benefit is not having to lug water bottled to the second floor.I highly recommend Mast Family Culligan.

I love the water! My family and I absolutely love the taste of the water. If we run out before our scheduled delivery and have to drink the filtered water from the fridge there is a huge difference in taste. The deliveries are very fast and efficient and the driver is always friendly and professional.

We have enjoyed our Mast Culligan Water system since moving into our new build in December 2019.Recently, I found us in an unpleasant and somewhat embarrassing situation and I e-mailed Culligan to ask them how I could resolve our dilemma. Mast family Culligan just installed a whole house Reverse Osmosis system and water softener for my wife and I. Abby was just here yesterday to do water samples and to show us what products they offer. Today Jesse was here for 2 hours doing the installation. Next day service has become unheard of but not where Mast family Culligan is concerned. Both Abby and Jesse answered all our questions and were very professional and helpful. I’d recommend Mast family Culligan to anyone who wants to improve their water.

So sad to say this but Ive had a terrible experience with Culligan water, I got the system a little over one year ago, super expensive system but I agreed to get it because it was supposed to work perfectly, not only the water smell horrible but now I owe over 7000 dollars. During the first year the aerator tank overflowed almost every week and they would send technicians over that would fix the problem for a day or 2 and then same thing happened again, until I went personally to the company and they finally came over with a filter that needed to be added to the system. Now the valve on one of the resin tanks is broken and guess what I have to pay another outrageous price for getting it fixed, doesnt this have at least 2 years warranty? I regret getting this system. I am sorry I wish I was here leaving an amazing review but honestly I have given so many chances but there is no way around it.

Just had our new water softener system installed today by Dylan.The stars are for Dylan, cant rate the system as yet since we just got it installed.Dylan is one of the nicest persons I have met in a while. He is so personable and funny too. He came in and was finished with removing our old system and installing the new stuff outside in about an hour or so. He did the filters inside so quickly that I was amazed.The part that impressed me the most, before coming inside, he took off his shoes without me asking. I hate outside shoes in my house.A small rattle snake attacked him when he was removing one of the pressure trains, but like the champ that he is, he overcame and finished the job!

After we met with Daniel Reyes a couple of times we were convinced that we wanted to have the best water possible for all areas including drinking water(the most important), soft water and being able to filter other contaminants. He is truly a Water Treatment Specialist. He gave us the best possible presentation in order for us to understand all about the water here and for that matter anywhere. The installation was great with Rich, who was extremely nice, did his job well and informative, and of course Daniel who had an important role also. Even though there was an issue with the Dishwasher Daniel came back the next day and corrected that also which was really prompt. We are extremely happy with the whole system so far and believe we will continue to have the best water possible well into the future along with the service necessary to maintain the high quality of this water. Thanks to the Mast Family for having a wonderful business organization with these 2 employees who are excellent at what they do.

Almost two years ago I hired the service, at first everything was very good at that moment I had a good impression of the company, after the first year the water began to give problems, to come out with a bad smell and black, I called the company and they came to Check it and supposedly it would be fine, which was not the case, the water continued to come out with a bad smell and black, I called several times and no one gave me a solution to my problem, they were only interested in me renewing the maintenance service to keep coming back To check it. During the pandemic they did not come to check either, having us to buy the salt to refill the deposit. After so many calls since August, a supervisor came and told me that the equipment was working well that he did not know what was happening, I did not I have a pool, I dont spend a lot of water either. I contacted the owner of the company leaving messages, and making calls, he did not answer me either or to say thank you for calling, I have been with this problem since the August of the year 2020 and nobody has given me face, not even the seller who supposedly sells you this service as the best in the market and after having sold nothing as promised, I had another system previously that left the black water with a bad smell Also and Culligan recommended that I change it because that system did not work, now the same thing happens with them and they say that they have nothing, so after the first year or 10-year guarantee, you have to pay the technician to come $ 129 dollars Not counting the parts and materials they use, where is the guarantee? Be careful with this company after you sign and after the first year they ignore your problems.

I had no water yesterday during the downpour of rain. Thankfully you have a wonderful technician, Kevin, who went above and beyond to make sure I had water again. I had an appointment that I needed to go to. He assured me that I would have water when I returned. Lo and behold, I did. I can’t thank him enough. He was so nice thru the whole ordeal. You are very fortunate to have an employee like him. I am sure he was soaked thru when he left my house.

Amazing customer service, delivers are always perfect and made on the scheduled day. The water quality seems to be good so much so that my African gray parrot bathes in it at least three times a week ( prior water service he bathed like once a month!) so we may need to change the” hey culligan man”slogan to hey culligan bird!!

William Moffett came and gave us a free inspection, and lots of free information. I learned a lot and was very happy to join the Culligan family. The photos below are before and after, the new system is beautiful and correct (the old system was put together by a cheap homeowner before we purchased the house using incorrect equipment for a well). So far we are very happy, my water isnt yellow anymore, we have actually tasted and liked the new water. We are also getting our well equipment replaced and they will put on 2 spigots we can use for watering the back yard, making us very happy, it was an extra service put together by Mr. Moffett. The units were installed this morning by technician Edward P., he did a great job, very knowledgeable, very efficient. I was very happy with his service.

Over the past several years I have been very pleased with their kind, professional response both over the phone and at our home. The quality of water throughout the house has been excellent and we especially like the reverse osmosis filtered water for cooking and drinks.

Extremely bad customer service, they are disorganized and will eventually disappoint you. Don’t get involved in doing busses with them or you will regret it. They could care less about the customer and more about how they can take your money. They make a mess and don’t clean up and when your equipment breaks down, no one cares to even check it in the first place. The equipment caught on fire and almost burned our house down.(NOT SAFE)

Was told when we bought this crazy expensive system that if we paid for a service plan that is also super expensive that it would cover all services and repairs.. but now that somethings wrong im told they only cover have of the system because the didnt install the whole system which is what the sale guy sold us... so not sure whats happening with this company but dont waste your money on a service plan that wont really cover anything.. also make sure you ask your sales guy when he says whole system that he really means its just water treatment not a system! Got ripped off for paying like 6000 dollars

The Mast Family Culligan team provided a quick follow-up to our inquiry about a home treatment system. Christman (Water Treatment Specialist) spent about 45 minutes with us at our home and did a through job evaluating our water and providing several options. Absolutley not a high pressure sales pitch, moreover, Christian was very professional and patient. Following the install Christian gave us a through orientation and retested our water. Very happy with the results and can strongly recommend Mast Family Culligan.

Mast comes and takes care of our softener, we never worry about running out of soft water. Since we are older, hauling salt would be a real issue. Thanks for the great service.

We bought our first home this week and wanted to make sure our water system was set up properly from the start. Bill Moffett responded to my online inquiry within an hour and was able to come out the next day. He walked me through my entire well/water softener/reverse osmosis system, informed me of the status of my current system, and discussed maintenance. He never came across as pushy and appears to truly want to provide a valuable service to his customers. Undoubtedly, I would choose Culligan again for any of my water system needs, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need.

Timely delivery and excellent customer service.

The rep who came out Bill was very professional and pleasant. He had to come out several times and it was well over a hour each way. Because of his professionalism and knowledge and the ability to explain the system is the main reason we decided to get it. The system has been great. We have been at our home for 20 years and this is the first system we have had and the only one we feel we will ever need. We had a high level of calcium which kept me busy cleaning the screens in the sinks as well as the shower head and the screens in the washing machine. Also it saves money when it comes to how much soap and detergent we have to use. I was so used to the hard water for 20 years I had no idea how much softer our clothing would be or my hair. So far the system has been amazing. And the rep came out after it was installed to make sure things looked the way they were supposed to. The guy who did the installation was here on time and had it done in a timely manner. So far Mast Family Culligan gets 5 stars from us.

We have had Mast Family Culligan residential deliver service for our drinking distilled water for as long as I can remember. Every office employee and delivery person has been exceptionally nice! The one time I had a problem with the New delivery person leaving my bottles way out in the driveway, he came to the door the next delivery date and apologized which wasnt necessary and I have never had any issues other than that. The water and jugs are clean, I never forget to fill my jugs or run out, during Hurricane season, they will deliver extra if requested. I would highly recommend their bottled water delivery service for convenience, you pay a little more than in the store but its guaranteed delivery once a month and well worth it!

The main reason we have stayed with Mast Family Culligan is our service tech.His name is Jay Figueroa.My mother and I live on a large piece of property in separate homes and we both have Culligan water systems and Jay is our service tech.My mother is retired so she sees Jay most of the time when he comes to service our systems.He is always polite and professional when he deals with my Mom.That in itself means alot to me.The other thing that I like that Jay does is he always send me an email of the service he performed on that visit.He is one the best service techs we have had from Mast Family Culligan.

So my wife and I just recently purchased a home in the Cape. I received a mailer offering a free water test as well as equipment check. So I called and spoke to gentleman by the name of Bill Moffett and from the initial phone call to the day he came out and explained all the good and bad I knew I was in good hands. National/online chat refers you to local, local answers the call, puts you on hold for an extended period of time to speak with sales and then sales rep is just going to ask you for contact info so someone can call you back. Ill try again when Im not so frustrated with the situation. My time is important to me, just like everyone else. Holding for over 5 minutes just to give someone my phone # is ridiculous.

I am fed up with the lies and dishonesty from this company. Bought a brand new home that had a very low quality water softener last year. Culligan installed a new system and added a water filter over my fridge. When I called to set up an appointment to have my annual fridge filter replacement done, I was told that I was going to have to fork over $200+. When I signed up for their platinum service plan, it was free for the 1st year and then would only cost around $30 a month (which I anticipated and was prepared for). They just told me the plan is now close to $80 a MONTH! Now, keep in mind, the service I’ve been getting this past year is basically a guy showing up every two months to dump salt in the tank and leave.When I first signed up for this whole mess, I was given the run around on prices for the system and found out months later that I definitely overpaid on average equipment. Culligan, don’t ever expect my business again.

Your Web site is terrible. I just tried to make a payment and it told me I was not set up. WRONG It is set up and every month I have to speak to someone and no one wants to fix the problem they just want to take my payment over the phone. CANT NOW YOUR CLOSED!!!!!

So far I have nothing but friendly and professional interactions. Even when I called with what I thought would’ve been a dumb question they were nothing but helpful!

I have two accounts, one business for 12 years and one personal for 2-3 years. For my personal residence there been more than accommodating, we put a sign on the door to open the garage and take the empties and replace them, even if we forget our driver make sure we have some water.Recently we discovered our 12-year-old, rented, cooler was riddled with mildew and mold. It’s likely this happened because back when it was installed 12-years ago, they didn’t provide cleaning and sanitizing information. However, Culligan schedule us for a replacement cooler and provided cleaning information for the future.They gave me a date two weeks out but when I explained that was our only hot water they bumped us up a week. Sadly, the first cooler they brought had not hot water at all. So, we had to make sure, despite the stay home advisory’s for Florida, that someone would be at the office. So, we scheduled a second apt. When he left the water was pouring out of the cooler. So, we were required to be there again on Tuesday.Ultimately, we resolved the issue, but not without more effort than was required.

It is of the most important for me and my family to drink purified water. Water is overlooked as being a source of health. Water contaminants such as heavy metals as well as fluoride and pharmaceutical drugs have been found in many city water supplies and have been shown to cause pathologies and cancer. I highly recommend using this company for the health of yourself and your family.

Sales rep never explained me about the under sink filter options available. Kind of figured out I could have got a much cheaper option by searching online. I say kind of because information is never clear from them. I called him because I was still referring them to a friend in Cape Coral that needs filtered water. The sales rep Marcos called me again to get information about how to reach out to my friend. When I confronted him about the options never offered and also told him my sink water was stinky, not looking like filtered or purified by reversus osmosis, he said he was coming to test it again. He never came and never called again. Very unhappy because I dont really have time to be at home waiting and Ive waited for nothing. If I want them to come and check it out, I will have to wait again and I will never know if they are doing the right thing because water tasty sour and cant really be used. But, I am still tied to a financing contract of around $1500.
