Absolutely beautiful selection of dresses.. I love that it is by appointment too. So it was only myself, few friends and Heather in the store. This made me feel me like we had time to selected each dress, ask questions and of course have fun.. Truly had an amazing experience, definitely recommend to everyone to go visit.. I knew once I was engaged I was going to find my dress at Pure Bridal. I went knowing the designer I wanted and had my mind set on a dress that I thought was the one. Long story short I did not like how that dress looked on me, but they suggested another dress from the designer I liked because they could tell it would work better with my body. I put on the dress and cried when I saw myself. It was the dress I ended up going with still obsessed with my dress. I wish it was socially acceptable to wear your wedding dress after your wedding. The experience was amazing, they were there for the bride and helped so much with tailors and even after with preserving my dress. I would recommend them to all brides, the dresses they have are all gorgeous! :)

Pure Bridal was the third store I visited to try on wedding dresses when the first two were complete fails. My experience at Pure was everything I had hoped for and more! Heather was absolutely amazing and made it an absolute perfect appointment. She had beautiful dresses already picked out based on the styles I was looking for. She made me feel so special and beautiful! I found my dress and ordered that day! A few months later after looking or veils and not finding anything I texted Heather to see if I could come back in. Had the best first time wedding dress experience at Pure Bridal Boutique! Heather was extremely helpful, nice, and knowledgeable. I had my brother, mom, dad, at the visit and we can definitely be a bit much but Heather handled us well and made this experience special and fun for us all!! I was super excited to dress shop at this boutique because of the reviews. However, my experience was disappointing. The dresses were beautiful but the service was not attentive at all. The dress consultant, I believe the owner, was on her phone or her Apple Watch the majority of the time. Sometimes she wouldn’t even look up from it when I asked a question or came out of the dressing room with a dress on. She barely cared to clamp the dresses on me or show me how the dress would look. It honestly felt like she did not care I was there shopping. It was extremely disappointing and not how I wanted my dress shopping experience to start. I hope this does not happen to future brides.

As soon as I walked into Pure bridal, I thought wow. The boutique is gorgeous and the dresses are unique, trendy and of great quality! Heather was attentive and I loved the one on one interaction you get. Although I didnt end up getting my gown here, it was a fabulous experience! Pure Bridal is an amazing boutique with attentive and patient owners, and the most phenomenal seamstress ever. After having a terrible first experience at another local boutique, I was a bit nervous to try again anywhere else and wasnt expecting to find anything locally. I heard about Pure, which had just opened a few months prior, and decided to give it a try. Im so happy I did. The boutique itself is airy and open, and a really pretty place to shop for the most important dress youll wear! Heather showed me dresses that were in my budget and was not pushy whatsoever, and she gave truthful opinions about what looked good on me. When it came time for fittings, Christine and Marque helped me bring my vision to life and customized a veil that was perfect for me. Love all these amazing women and highly recommend Pure!

I came to Pure Bridal in a panic!! It was less than a month tp my weddding and the dress I had bought from another store (wont mention there name) was having some troubles in alterations. I was told my dress could not be made to fit. Heather at Pure was so sweet and understanding!!!! She made time for me to come in first thing on the morning!! I found a beautiful dress that I loved and put down payment on it. They have a fantastic selection of amazing desiners!! So finding a dress wasnt hard!! To make a long story short later that day the owner of the dress store that I bought my first dress from found away to make my original dress work. THANK GOD Heather Is a wounderful person and truly just wanted to see a happy bride and gave me a full refund!!!
