This is, by far, one of the cleanest grocery stores I have ever been in. Between everything being placed correctly on the shelves to the fact the floor seemed to shine, this made the shopping experience easy.The customer service was also exceptional. The cashier and bagger were quick and efficient and were friendly. There was also employees everywhere, so if we had a question, someone was guaranteed to have an answer. And, all the aisles were clearly marked; this made it easier to find everything we needed in the simplest and quickest manner possible.Overall, I would highly recommend this grocery store! Five stars, easy!

I love Publix. They are the best in customer service and they take care of their employees but I have one complaint. Over the last couple weeks I have had to throw away several dinners and same for my mom and aunt. There is something really wrong with the yellow onions lately. They have an unusual taste that over powers the whole meal. It’s not an overpowering onion flavor either. Just an unusual taste. Idk what it is but it’s awful. Did you guys start getting them from somewhere else? I’ve never tasted anything like it.

Outstanding venue with great parking. Inside, the store is a spacious two-level design, wide aisles, well-stocked shelves, plenty of variety in product choice, and those buy 1, get 1 deals are a delight. Clean in every corner, including the restrooms, and staff is pleasant & helpful. Management are professional but still very friendly.

Went for sushi on a Saturday and they only had 3 rolls made. Ive never seen so small of a selection. Very disappointing. Seafood section had 0 fish or seafood out. Just a pile of ice. I dont know what was going on.

I find it discouraging when you find fault with a product that it seems to be ignored by customer service.Over the past month, I have purchased 6 of this flavor of Chobani Flip yogurt, the Mint Chip. Of the 6, 5 did not have mint flavoring included in the yogurt, so what was had was plain flavorless Greek yogurt. I complained to the store the first time and was told to bring in the pull-off foil so I could get a refund, which I did not do, but 2 weeks later when I purchased 3 more and all 3 did not have flavor, I not only contacted Chobani to complain, but also took the pull-foil into the customer service desk to complain and get a refund.I did get a refund for the 3, but then asked why she was throwing the foils away, were they not going to pull the product? She told me that it was in the system for the return, but they wouldnt be pulling the remainder of that lot, they would sell what they had and take returns if people complained.Have stored become so used to bad products being received that they dont see it as necessary to prevent bad product from being sold? Is their bottom line so precarious that they would rather take the risk in selling something that is sub-par, in the hope that people will just throw it out and not return it.It is no wonder people dont trust anymore, when the products that we are buying arent what they are supposed to be and the retailers do nothing about it.

Good selection and very conscious of cleanliness, all carts are wiped down prior to customer use. Never a long line at checkout. Good pharmacy prices, with drive-through pickup for pharm purchases.

The best supermarket in the world

I spent 15 to 20 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me to order food. When I finally had someone, one female, I ordered 1/2 pound of asparagus which was not cooked. And a pound of feta pasta, which was given to me as a half of pound. I would not recommend this store at all as the employees seem preoccupied with their personal lives than customers. The male employees had to go and inform the female employees that they had a customer! Wow!

I was in Publix yesterday over 1/2 of the customers were not wearing masks. I worry about the employees. I know one cashier has been missing for weeks I worry they are getting the virus. Please insist on mask wearing for everyone in your store. I appreciate you serving your customers but please keep your staff safe.

Every Publix I have been to is adequate and has friendly service. Everything was good at this location, until we went to the deli counter for some Boars head. The girl assisting us displayed she would rather be else where than working there.Such attitude. First time this has occurred.

The staff here make this place special. Ive been a regular customer since moving to the neighborhood seven years ago. I appreciate that most of the employees are still there. Some have moved up in the store, to be assistant managers or managers, but no matter how busy they are they will still stop to say hi and ask if Im finding everything okay. Ive always been able to find what I needed for a recipe, and if its a really uncommon ingredient Ive always had success placing a special order with the customer service counter. This location has also been newly remodeled, so doing your shopping here lets you find items easily in a very clean and spacious floor plan.

Well start with this, the store is clean and well organized. However, I am consistently (review based on 10+ recent visits ) disappointed in the service, or lack of, and not provided a pleasurable shopping experience as promised by the Publix brand.There seems to be a complete lack of care and accountability at this store, particularly in the deli. Cashiers are slow compared to other stores and dont seem to care.3 of my last 4 online sub orders were not ready on time, the most recent one was not made to order. Why have online ordering if they cant be fulfilled? After having numerous poor experiences with online deli orders, I decided to try placing an order by phone 2 hours ahead of pick up time, with confirmation of my order by the lady at the deli. When I got to the store, there was no sub to be found, and the Deli manager proceeded to tell me I called the wrong store. I showed her on my phone the exact phone number of this store I called and how long the call was. Deli manager then told me that the girl that took my order must have lost it and was on break now. NO apology or offer to make it right. There is a complete lack of accountability and customer service in the Deli at this store, proven time and time again. Typical hourly employee not my problem attitude. I will not be shopping at this store anymore.

Thumbs down to the manager . Your deli employees are over worked, they look miserable, they are always busy doing some kind of side work in the back never ready to help a customer because they are to busy doing other tasks . The service here is never with a smile, it’s like the employees are slaves . Hire more people pay them well and maybe they’ll stop looking like they hate their job .

Have always enjoyed shopping at this location, very clean and staff is very friendly. recently visited the deli, have a great experience almost every time i visit. the spanish woman nathalie in the deli needs to work on her customer service. theres no reason to have numbers to pull if youre not going to call them in the correct order. other than that, visits are always lovely.

Stopped at this Publix this evening, I was assisted by Rich at the Deli counter. He asked me what help I needed and I gave him my first order. He sliced my first order, shows me the slice from the far end of the counter when I was at the other end. Told him I couldn’t see it from where I was standing, I walked over and said it was okay. Asked for my second order shortly after. He asked in a bothered tone if I needed anymore meat sliced, told him I wasn’t sure. He showed me the slice and asked him if he could slice the meat thinner, it didn’t seem like he made any adjustments to the machine to slice it thinner. He kept slicing the meat then showed me the slice and asked if it was okay. At that point he seemed bothered to help me, looking at his co-workers and laughing. He gave me more than what I originally asked for. I was disappointed in the lack of customer service and engagement that I checked out of that Publix and continue my Deli order at the SkyWalk Publix down the road. Not coming here again.

I went to this Publix at 8:30 pm for 2 BLT sandwiches. That was a mistake. Lucas made them for me and he seemed very pissed to be making sandwiches at that time. He was slamming things down and dropping things. No smiles or anything from this kid. Do they stop making sandwiches at a certain time? My cashier was all smiles and very polite.
