This was the best auto purchase experience I have ever had and I have purchased a lot of vehicles. . Daniel my salesperson was extremely professional and courteous at every point of this purchase as well as Rob the sales manager and Matt who did all the paperwork. My first contact was by phone on a listing on Cars Guru. The vehicle was exactly as described, there were no surprises when I saw the 2014 F150 Super Crew XL. and there was never once any attempt to add extra charges on to the agreed out the door price that was negotiated over the phone. In addition they spent 4 hours detailing the truck after the purchase at no additional charge. I had been shopping around for over a month and this was the best deal I found. I love this truck. The staff at AutoMatch USA in Fort Myers, Florida did everything they could to get me into the automobile I was looking for at a price and payments I could afford. Was looking just for a small part for my left side miror (turn signal glass). After a lot of of calls, even to official reselers, i was told that was impossible unless i buy the whole set. Ive been trying to contact the service department for the past two weeks and left a voice mail however I havent heard back from them. Therefore, I called today the first lady who answer the phone was nice than she transfer me me else where and the lady who answer the phone for the second time said hello (did not even said greet or anything) and than she said Im going to transfer you to and transfer me to another voice mail.

I absolutely love my car I got from here but the experience was terrible. I waited so long to finally be able to sign my finance papers with the finance manager after already being approved for everything and after waiting for over an hour I was finally able to sit with him and listen to him talk to me and my boyfriend like we were idiots and belittling us and acting like we were an annoyance to him it was a terrible end to our experience and especially with the follow up call he gave me today with his sarcastic remarks and attitude . Absolutely horrible. After being promised a certain product for the vehicle and I signed the we owe slip they crossed out the product and told me i wasnt going to get it. I truly do love my car but because of them and not only the attitudes but peoples lack of knowledge of really anything I will not being ever going back or recommending anyone to them.

They were great. I had my car just a few days when my engine overheated. They picked my car up from my work. Took it to the dealer in town. Arranged for me to be picked up and taken to the dealership to pick up a loaner car until mine was ready. It took a week for dealer to fix problem then dealer said we noticed your wiper blades need to be changed and they would do it for $65. We told automatchusa about that kinda laughing and automatchusa said they would do it for free for me and they did. I am so happy with my car. I would recommend anyone to go there.

Rhonda was the saleswoman that helped me. She was probably the best salesperson I had. I went to Nissan Naples,car max previous and lost all hope. Rhonda never allowed me to give up and told me how it was at all times. She even went above and beyond for me. I can never thank her enough.Ayad the financing manager . What can I say ?? Your a miracle worker and did what other dealerships could not achieve or do. I am now driving the car Im ecstatic about. (Keep in mind these both worked hard nonstop for 6 hours until I got my car) my credit isnt the best and truly had a Hail Mary. Thank you both Rhonda and Ayad for all your hard work.

I would not recommend this establishment if you are a serious buyer. I called Joseph this morning telling him i was ready to buy right now and needed more information. I have basically had to throw everything at him without him telling me what he needed. I had to ask several times to get numbers and what i needed to do to get this done. Once he finally gave me an out the door price I asked him for a bill of sale to review the break down so i could make my final decision. He said that the finance department was going to get it for him and send it to me. An hour and a half later and several texts from me later he told me Look like i say everything has to go through finance i have done my job to apraise your car from picture you send me now bare with me until I get all the rest of the stuff ...Looks like i will be looking else where to now buy my car, I may even drive the 8 hours to Fort Meyers just to do some burnouts in the parking lot.

Found a vehicle online and contacted through email to setup appointment, they would hold the car for 24 hrs. The morning of the appointment received a call confirming the appointment that afternoon. Showed up at the correct time to be told they sold the vehicle the day before. The old lets just get them in there routine, if you ask me.

The sales person by the name of Susan Grogan is quite possibly the worst sales person Ive ever come across in my life. Im baffled as to how someone in sales can be so lackadaisical when it comes to sales, never seen the likes of it before. I supplied Grogan with pictures of my vehicles that I planned on trading in, she stated she would get back to me ASAP on a number on the vehicles. Ive waited days with no reply and decided to send an email (which one should never have to) again in order to find out whats going on. I should not be surprised to find out there was no communication back. This dealership does not deserve a dime of mine for such sales tactics, should be ashamed of themselves for allowing such practices. A bit of common courtesy would be nice but did not even get that after taking the time to send pictures. This place deserves a score of an F-!! PS: Just found a review from Susan Grogan for this dealership, could this be the very same Susan Grogan that works here? Talk about padding the score, I wonder how many other reviews are from employees. Shameful

The sales representatives (I dealt with Braxton) were very honest, patient and made you feel like family and not someone who is coming in for flatscreen tvs, laptops or a cruise. The facility was flawless with a large range of makes and models. Its rare to find a car dealer with a wide variety of options. Unlike other dealers they work with you to the best of their ability and make sure you leave with the vehicle of your choice and not a vehicle your forced into in regards to your income or their commission.I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to pay the right price for a great quality vehicle. CAUTION!! They do not inspect cars... I bought a truck, it had new oil change sticker, oil clearly wasnt replaced, and I had to replace majority of steering parts that was a major safety issue at over 4k dollars... These problems were ignored they just worry about making profit, they are not concerned about the safety of there customers .
