I had a very happy experience at Honda of Fort Myers last Monday. My Service Advisor extraordinaire is Sonja Noel and she couldn’t have been sweeter or more friendly. I enjoyed my experience and even got a complimentary car wash. Sonja even helped me find a local coffee shop to go to when I was heading in my way. I appreciated her attention and professionalism too.
I visited your establishment about 2 weeks ago, I was hoping to receive a survey, but I didnt so guess this would be the next best thing. Ryan was excellent! I brought my Honda Accord in for a checkup to make sure it was up-to-date on oil changes and the hoses werent cracked from the blazing Florida heat. Ryan explained everything in great detail as to what the car needed and why. He was knowledgeable, and friendly. Even paying a little more for the services are worth peace of mind. I wont trust my car to anyone else.

Had a great experience at Honda today. Ryan kept me informed about the progress throughout my repair (even though it took longer than expected). He had a car take me home and another to pick me up and bring me back when the car was ready. It took a long time to get tyhe part but when it came in, he got me right in to have it installed. Great service!
I arrived at 7:02 am for my appointment. Ryan took the car and “bullet pointed” all of my concerns within about 6 minutes of my arrival. I was invited into their eatery and was able to grab a cup of coffee and finish my computer work at a counter top. We were offered food options however I was on a role on the computer…Quiet, Cool AC on a 87 degree morning. I am settled in. After 18 minutes he came back with the bullet list and had a very reasonable solution list and cost, He discussed every point and promised to have me out soon. One hour ten minutes into the entire visit I received a text that my car was ready. As I was looking up Ryan walked in and said my CR-V was complete, clean and ready to role. They had to have multiple techs working on my car at the same time. That’s the only way this could have happened. This ladies and gentlemen is six star service. Kudos Ryan and Honda of Fort Myers. I love my Honda CR-V … nothing can compete.

I went in for an oil change, was helped by a gentleman named Erik in the service department. He was very kind, funny, and professional all at once. I would highly recommend anyone who goes to Honda for their oil change to go to Erik. If he gets the chance to see this, Erik thank you again brother. Our advisor, Ryan, went above and beyond to help us with our Honda Element repair. So often you think car dealerships will take advantage of you or recommend repairs that aren’t necessary. Certainly not the case with our recent experience. So much the opposite! Our advisor was an advocate and provided outstanding care and service - so much so that we are now lifelong customers, leaving our previously trusted mechanic.
Always polite and helpful. Expected wait time for service is long, but not longer than most dealerships . Thank you for a great experience. Also, they now have a restaurant. This is a bit funny and possibly lost on management that the wait is long you will have need of one. But it is clean and they made a good coffee there for not too much $. Recommend this dealership and service site.

What a class act this team is. From Susan answering my questions to Rafael A. getting all the ducks in a row so that when I came in, we could just motor through the buying process. Final paperwork was also quick and painless as much as that part could be. He took time to explain and the signing pad was so unique.Definitely will return as this experience took a very challenging two months of looking for a car, easy.
This was my first service appointment at Honda of North Fort Myers. As with my Honda Dealer in NY you arrive at service and pull your car right in the building where you are greeted by a service associate who takes some info and immediately takes your car in for service. You are then directed to the waiting area where there is a catering service where you can purchase food if you like, free coffee, and a room where there is a movie playing, if you would like to watch a movie. It did not take more than a half an hour for Sondra to come out with the vehicle inspection report and show us what Honda recommended for services. Because it was going to take about two hours they provided us with a shuttle service back to our home. I am totally impressed with the staff, timely response to appointment time, and overall experience.

Bottomline up front: don’t sign anything you don’t agree with, and everything is negotiable.I haven’t gone to buy a new car since 2011, at that time I was with my step dad who was a seasoned buyer. I was bit nervous but definitely did lot of research prior on the car so I knew what bottom line price I am looking at. Plus being in the sales industry I get the pitch etc, as ‘salesman’ have to do their job go through the motions before bring up the sales manager for the price ‘discount’.So the good: Salesman Mark and his manager was reasonable and fair. And yes, you have to play tough to the get price you want. They did me well on my trade in which had transmission issue, the value was very fair consider they didn’t even do a test drive on it.The bad: you can’t bring outside financing (i.e. credit unions, etc) unless you go their Honda lending service, which was pretty annoying and it’s not their biggest disclaimer on their website (I am pretty sure it’s on some small print)The ugly: negotiating price with the sales manager was the easy part, the hard part was the financing. That’s when all the extra sales add on (paint protection, extended warranty, etc). So two things I was not really happy about, the sales manager promised that they would match the rate with the Honda financing, which they didn’t (Lender adjusted the price little to make the difference). Also, even though I agreed to the extended warranty with 0 deductible, I had to double check on the signing screen and make sure he corrects to that way (If I didn’t pay attention, it would’ve cost me $250 per occurrence).I love the car; I think it’ll be a good car for years to come and I am glad this dealership is here to give the community more options.
My experience at Honda of Fort Myers was very positive. They had a large selection of vehicles and I was able to use their website to find my vehicle before I arrived. The buying process was smooth and quick. The only negative was the cleanliness of the interior of the vehicle when I received it, which was very poor. I spent the rest of the day cleaning my new car.…Overall, it was a good experience.
By far the biggest ripoff place in fort myers. Four weeks to get a simple side view mirror. Originally priced at $348. After multiple lies about when it would come in they said they would give big discount. What did they charge? $348. They said the real cost after four weeks was $900. So we got a discount. They are highways robbers without guns!! I asked two other repair shops that said everything all in should have been no more than $250. They lie, cheat and steal at Honda of Fort Myers. Never use their service or buy/lease a car from them
We recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Our sales team Ben and Besso were very helpful. JR, the sales manager did not waste time giving us a fair price. Our finance manager, Ryan was very helpful and efficient. Overall the experience was excellent.
Originally went in to have a safety recall fixed at 9:15am. Added on an oil change and one break light to be fixed to have it all done in one place. Was told it would only take a couple of hours and I would be able to make my 12 oclock appt elsewhere. Was not able to pick my car up until 2pm, was charged $68 for a break light change and $50 for an oil change AFTER a $20 coupon was applied. Will never be going back to have any servicing done here as it is WAY over priced and takes an excessively long time to have anything completed. Not happy at all.
Fast friendly & painless! The facilities were world class … stopped during a road trip in the area! Karl from the service dept was so nice and attentive!! I do not regret switching from Toyota to Honda’s. What a difference!! A+++
Friendly knowledgeable service advisor. Work was performed in timeframe price quoted. Honda is the only manufacturer I know of that recommends a complete brake fluid flush at 36 months .... still question that maintenance need.

Wow, I have been to many car dealerships, but this one excels! Ben was our sales person and he took all the time needed to answer questions and do his best for us. No one was pushy and every one was concise and understood exactly what needed to be done after purchasing our car. I can only speak in superlatives for every involved. Buying a car has never been easier.

Honda of Fort Myers has great customer services and willing to work with you. Sales associates and manager were able to break down the information in a way that you are able to understand. My experience was great and would come back again for another vehicle. Ask for Sales associates Marcial, Omar or Alberto helped me out a lot. I got the car payments and car price I wanted. Drove in with a 2014 Honda CRV and drove off in a new 2021 Honda CRV!
The dealership did well to quickly find the exact car that I wanted. I’m grateful for that. I was taken aback, however, by the question asked by the salesman when we took the cost sheet and told him we would discuss it and get back with him. He then asked, What is there to discuss?” Well, dear man, when you write a check for $50,000 to purchase anything at all, a great deal of thought and discussion should go into the decision. Car salesmen…you’ve gotta love um’!!!

I took my Honda passport in for service for the first time while I waited to check in I was greeted my numerous employees asking me if I knew where I was going do I needed to see and how else could they help me everyone was very polite and friendly and took me to the service advisor Anthony Lorenz Anthony took my information explain to me what they were going to do to the car and showed me where the waiting room snack bar and bathrooms were these rooms are very clean and comfortable when my car was ready Anthony came to the waiting room find me explaining the car was ready to go we did the paperwork and explained the inspection report gave me the keys and walk me to my vehicle I was extremely satisfied with the entire process

I brought my Pilot in for a routine oil change a tire rotation. Michael, the advisor, was very courteous and professional. He explained the optional services that could be performed and did not pressure me to choose those. I did choose the front end alignment because I had bumped a curb a little harder than I would have liked a few weeks back and wanted to make sure everything was good to go. They got me in and out very quickly.
I went into Honda with my mom to help her with purchasing a car. Emilio made it so easy for her to understand the process and get approved! I am going back in to purchase a car for myself next month hope process is just as smooth. Very pleased

Just did my oil change there. I was offered tire rotation and filter change. I said yes to everything. Then, I was called and showed me the underneath, part of my car was scraped and the plastic thats holding it has no screw. Since I drove my car there fine, and nothing was dragging I said maybe Ill have that fix some other time. I have to pick up my kids. When the service was done, and I was driving home suddenly my car started to make noises and the part was dragging and it made loud noises. I have to drive slowly and hoping to make it home. Normally, you get your car service done and it should be alright. I drove my car scared and they made it worse. Also, the light for I think the tire pressure lit on.

Great job selling the car. Couldn’t figure out why they offered me so little on a trade 1 year later. Then I traded it elsewhere at 16 months and was informed there was metal in the oil and the car has to be sold at wholesale Auction. Ironically, they are the only ones who changed the oil over the 16 months I owned the car under there maintenance plan.

I brought in my Honda Pilot to Honda Ft Myers for ticking sound coming out of the speakers covered under the warranty. They did a multi point inspection and recommended $790 of additional service needed. The car only has 21,000 miles so I said no and picked the car up. My daughter in law was a Honda Service advisor and when I told her about the list of things they suggested she said something wasn’t right with their recommendations. Glad I didn’t waste the money but I will never do business with this dealership again. How can I give them less than one star?
Nice n clean place, went for discounted oul change, took one hour for simple oil change, in n out is from 2 location, staff is very courteous, refreshment counter was closed because of covid i guess, but vending machines available, its a whole new showroom n repair center, over all i recommend th it s place
Nice repair shop, great service rep to assist service writeup. I would also to briefly talk with the tech that did the work but that seems to not be in their setup. High quality service priced on the very high end of the pricing spectrum.

Went in to the service area without an appointment to check on my low tire pressure, they took the time to take it back and thoroughly check each tire . I was in and out in 20 minutes. Under warranty so no charge. It was quick and painless to get the repair done. It was a pleasant experience. I wish I could give them zero stars. My wife was charged 178 for and inspection which resulted in a $1,800 service quote and an offer to trade her vehicle for a new one. The inspection results given failed to mention the repair cost for the repair we initially came in for. When I picked up the car there was a knock in the engine and the radiator was leaking, both were non existent when we dropped it off.Very disappointing.

Mr James Bennett deserves 5 stars for sure, it was a great pleasure to deal with him.But Paris is a brilliant for the Dealership, not for me because I overpaid a lot for unnecessary gap insurance and so on which I need to cancel soon. Trade-in price for my old car was not so fair as well.But overall I love the car I’d purchase and this dealership is one of my favorites now. But next time I’ll try to maximize my profit.
Mike Maso was so patient with my daughter and myself. We test drove quite a few and we weighed the options even though we were hours past closing time. Ryan the financial guy worked with me so that I felt comfortable with the payment. He even gave me his personal cell phone if I had an issues and he could help. Mike stayed even later to help me connect my phone to the car. I will come back when I need another vehicle.
This week I had my first appointment with Honda of Fort Myers for some car maintenance and a recall repair. I didn’t really know what to expect - as I haven’t really been one to take my car to a dealership for maintenance. But to my surprise I was truly treated like a queen. Seriously, their attention to detail and customer service was top notch. I was talked to in a friendly respectful way and was kept informed of the process the whole way through. Erik was my customer representative and he was GREAT! The facility’s waiting areas were clean and comfortable and they even have a little café. I usually dread taking my car in for maintenance or repairs but now I won’t. I love Honda of Fort Myers!

This place does not offer loaner vehicles for cars that are still under warranty. They told me to call Coconut Point Honda. Wow. What a place. Do not use!!! My new car is still sitting in my garage dead with electric issues and they wont send out a mechanic to manually release the parking brake as it is electronic. Therefore nobody will tow it without dragging it. The service manage told me to just let them drag it. Not happening. He must not have a new car. Please find another reputable Honda dealership. Or deal with bad service from the service manager.

They were fighting me. I was very disappointed and disgusted by how they acted. No respect for their customers when they screw up.
It’s not very often that you get A1 service when buying a car, especially when you’re in my case a more difficult deal. Alex Toledo was AMAZING there are no words to even describe how happy I am with his professionalism. From start to finish Alex kept us updated about what was going on there wasn’t a moment during our deal that I was left wondering what was going on. Even when we moved into finance we got amazing service from Ryan Gambill who again was very honest with us and very attentive. I’ll definitely buy all my future vehicles from here. Wish I could give more than 5 stars, thank again!
Actually impressed. Everyone was friendly and helpful to start. Especially Erik Hillestad.They got my car in fast and had my condenser for my A/C replaced within a few hours. And still under warranty was an added bonus. Was one of the easiest and fastest repair I’ve had in a long while.
My service person kept me up on what was going on. The waiting areas are very nice. I just moved to Florida and I will be coming to Honda for all services that I need for my car. Plus you are relatively close to where I live.
I had a great experience today July 30, 2021, and that’s in great part to Kyle Rivera. He offered great customer service and explained things in detail, and was very friendly, I walked out feeling great. I also want to take a moment to thank the other gentleman who replaced both my key fob’s batteries. He was very kind as well.
Just recently bought a Honda Element, and wanted it checked out by the PROS. When I called the new Honda of Ft Myers, Karen answered all my questions, gave me some pricing options, and advised they offer complimentary LYFT rides to take me to work on MY time 😊 How great is THAT? Upon arrival, TWO service advisors greeted me with smiles: both Karen and Sonja. Throughout the day, my primary advisor, Sonja, kept me updated on their findings, offering the recommendations of the technician, in the order of importance, and worked with me in prioritizing based on my budget. I have some work to do, but no scare tactics or shame were used to force me into anything. I feel very confident in my choice with the Element, and look forward to working with Karen and Sonja again soon.
Buyer beware! This dealership is anything but honest and they will slip all kinds of unspoken warranties and service contracts into your agreement without your clear knowledge and consent. I am one of MANY unsatisfied people who have had this happen. They manipulated the sales price of the vehicle without my knowledge or consent. Look at the negative reviews on here and also on the BBB. Thankfully, my loan for the vehicle i purchased then returned to them was with a reputable bank who assisted me and let me know I had an option to return the vehicle through unwinding the contract, considering the final amount I would of paid was two times more than what it was worth with all the crooked manipulated additions into the price. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE FIND SOMEWHERE MORE HONEST.
