My worst experience in a medical setting. At present, Lee county is a hotbed for the Covid /Delta variant. In this establishment there are no mask requirements or even recommendations. All personnel is mask free and nobody questions you about symptoms, or recent exposure.No temperature is taken and not even the minimal precautions are observed for the safety and well being of immunocompromised patients. I was shocked and stunned by the lack of professionalism and attitude of the staff. I just cancelled my appointment and walked out. I and other family members as well as friends will never again visit this place. It was nightmare situation.

I have been going here for about 8-10 years and I always have a good experience. They took the time to have me try several different contact lenses and get me into a very comfortable brand.

My son and I have been treated here for the past few years and we have enjoyed the wonderful experience of the professional staff. Doctors are very patient and staff members are courteous. They do an outstanding job and I highly recommend them

This Medicaid vision provider refuses to sell frames/lenses covered under Medicaid unless THEY perform the eye exam. As stated by the salesperson, this is their office procedure. I already had a valid prescription from another provider, so this sounds like Insurance fraud to me. I suggest customers go to Optical Outlet on the corner of Cleveland and Colonial Blvd. They were extremely helpful, and they had no problem filling this prescription for me.

I had some trouble with the first pair of glasses I got here I let them know about the issue and my second exam appointment here was absolutely amazing. The doctor explained everything to me and I really understood what each part of the exam was for. The staff is very friendly and is definitely a place I would recommend to all my family and friends.

Although I have yet to receive my glasses, I cannot respond to the outcome of my vision test. I would like however to commend this clinic on its overall treatment of me on this my very first visit. From the very beginning, through, and to the end of my examination I was treated with total respect and friendliness. The doctor also informed me that upon receipt of my glasses if I should have any questions or concerns with the product, that I should not hesitate to return for any corrective action necessary. I would also like to point out that this appointment was arranged for me through the Veterans Administration, and as such I am very pleased that this facility seeks to provide service to our veterans.

I hadnt been to the eye doctor in over 10 years. They made me feel super comfortable, and at ease. I knew I was in the company of people who cared about my eyes and my comfort.Totally professional, the best experience Ive had at the eye doctor since I was a little Buckaroo.

Dr. Le Sage has been my eye doctor for over 25 years. He has always offered the highest level of thorough professional eye examinations and patient care. Bonnie is extremely efficient and very friendly. The technicians have always been professional and made me feel at ease. Ive never had to wait long for an appointment. If someone at the bad desk had a bad day, then tell the boss! :)

The ease of the appointment was the only plus to this experience. I was told I absolutely HAD to have my eyes dilated, no option for an exam without it. They refuse to accept any outside prescriptions, I had to have the exam done twice and 3 weeks after the second exam, still no glasses. If this provider is one listed for your eye insurance I strongly suggest considering other alternatives.

Receptionists have rude demeanor and talked about what my insurance doesnt cover beforehand in waiting area. Also one commented about me being so young with a teen daughter. They really need to learn manners and privacy regarding patience information.

Dr. Bob and staff are amazing! Ive been a customer there forever and wouldnt dream of going any where else. I have recommended he and his staff to all my family and friends; everyone agrees theyre top notch!

Consistently Dr. Bob and the team provide outstanding service and thorough care. When a crisis with an infection hit over a weekend, they provided caring service when others would have made a referral or waited until the next week. I recommend them without reservation!

Ease of appointment timing, pleasant and knowledgeable staff. One time I sent my father in, (not a patient) at 8:00 on a Monday morning since he was seeing moving flashes of light. He was examined immediately and given an appointment with an eye cancer specialist for that same morning. Treatment was coordinated here in Fort Myers, with NYC Sloan Kettering, since he was a snowbird at the time. My father will always feel grateful and blessed that Dr. LeSage/Dr. Underhills office took good care of him. He is cancer free and his eye was saved.

They took great care and their glasses are quality.
