My visit today at Florida Medical was very productive....The audiologist is the most intelligent and knowledgeable I have had yet.....Great service....by the way, the new receptionist is very good as well.......

Brent was polite and welcomed me in to discuss my hearing aids. He was thorough and patient, I felt very comfortable asking him questions. These are my 1st hearing aids and I’m glad that I have support anytime I need. We greed on 4 month visits to clean, check up on issues if any etc. I’m happy with Florida Medical Center . They are always a positive experience.

$5200.00 and three years later, the right aid did not work at all. The office tried to resolve the problem. didnt work. Was told need to send it out, cost $300.00.Ill find others at half the cost.Very disappointed. Widex isnt worth half that. Only saleman.What a fool I was.

Do not call them if you have a problem with your hearing aids. They just hang up the phone after a very short message. This is a joke!!
