They were very helpful knowledgeable for my needs went extra distance to help with my insurance for no out of pocket for me I love being able to hear again thanks to Dr Poole the quality of the product n service was far better than what I expected I would recommend them 100% I went to another dr before Dr Poole and left disappointed and no hearing help if you are needing a hearing aid or other hearing needs I would recommend Dr Poole for all your hearing needs

Len Poole has been efficient, kind, and gladly changed the time and type of my hearing needs. I have an unplanned surgery in mid-July that will prevent my trial with Beltone to continue as first planned. I was happy to hear I could have my 30-day trial starting in late August. Beltone is indeed a company I am glad to trust

I had an amazing experience at Beltone Hearing Aid Service today.Len Poole, the Hearing Instrument Specialist, explained everything that I needed and wanted to know. He is truly an expert on Beltone hearing aids, especially the new and miraculous Amaze 9 and the Imagine.There was not a question that I asked that he could not answer. And, he has a most pleasant way of explaining and even drawing pictures of ourears and all their intricate parts. He also described in detail my hearing loss and how it can be corrected.The Service was 5 STAR! Thank you to Beltone and Len Poole

My husband received excellent service from Len Poole. He was very patient and gave excellent instructions on the handling and inserting of the hearing aids. He made it easy to understand the charging of the hearing aids and the charging box. I would highly recommend going to him for your hear needs.
