Tonight is the second night on the bed and so far it’s been great. Adjustment to a new bed takes time but it’s all looking good thus far. I love supporting small businesses. Especially when they are run by competent and friendly people. Karen and Mike are a wonderful duo. 💪 Karen was incredibly friendly on the phone when setting up my initial appointment. From there I met Mike in person who was sooo patient answering all of my questions ( I had a lot of questions about differences in mattresses, prices etc) he patiently answered every question and seemed actually happy to do so. He gave me space as well to try out all the beds and I never felt rushed for a sale. Ever. I personally am not fond of that rushed, trying to sell you on the most expensive item that is so common with salesman and I never got that feeling with Mike. 👍He was very helpful delivering the mattress and brought it right into my home. I would actually give higher than 5 stars for the level of service.Plus, after my first night of sleep I love my new bed ✔️

Mike met us at the store, showed us the options and had all 4 mattresses and mattress covers delivered in under 4 hours! Karen was excellent at organizing everything and we are now enjoying our fantastic new mattresses tonight in our new home. It was raining out, so instead of an open-air pickup truck, Mike rented a closed cover U-haul and delivered an hour earlier than he said he would. Mike and Karen are great, please support such an amazing business!

After a big mistake by one of the big chains Michael and his wife stepped in to give great customer service. We placed an order that morning and by that afternoon he made the delivery, set everything up made made sure we were perfectly happy before he left. His son helped with the delivery so it’s truly a family owned family and family run business. I highly recommend this place.

When I had arrived there I was met by Roland (who was the salesperson), who was prompt for appointment, professional,and very congenial to talk with. He showed me the mattresses for my particular areas of my sleep pattern and DID NOT pressure me to buy. After trying out several mattresses, I did try my DREAM MATTRESS and bought it. Only a day later and my mattress was delivered by him. WOW!! HE also set up new mattress and helped me to move older mattress. Where do you find people today that have compassion like I had. It’s true they market half off or more for mattresses, I went to other big company mattress stores like city mattress and mattress firm after coming here to see if it was actually (as they said) half off. It was, bought from here and was happy because I wasn’t ripped off from the big company chains! Highly recommend this.

Woke up this morning and that was it. Needed a new mattress. I was not sleeping on our old one no more. It was so easy to get an appointment. We told him about the back problems. He asked us what we did not like about our old. Then he showed us what he had available. Told us the difference. Was not pushy at all. Let us lay on all the beds about 15 times. Big investment wanted it to be right. The best part he did not try to push the most expensive on us. Even though I ended up choosing that one. You dont find good and honest salesman. He talked so highly of the owner and mattress by appointment franchise. We liked and trusted him that we asked for business cards to give to our friends. He even delivered our mattress today for us.The mattress is perfect no rips no tears it even has a manufactory warranty.
