Locked out of my unit even though Im fully paid up to date Im supposed to have 24 hr access yet it wont let me in tried calling the manager but he wont pick up.

YOUR BUSINESS INCORRECTLY ATTACHED MY CAR TO A UHAUL CAR HITCH TRAILER. WE WERE JUST TOLD BY THE UHAUL STORE IN NY THAT THE CHAINS WERE NOT PUT ON AND THE STRAPS WERE NOT ATTACHED CORRECTLY MEANING THE CAR COULD HAVE FLOWN OFF AT ANYTIME. THIS WAS A TRIP CROSS COUNTRY!!!!!!!! I HOPE YOUR BUSINESS FALLS APART. NEVER WILL I TRUST UHAUL AGAIN. AND WE WILL ALSO BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

Horrible experience. Needed a trailer hitch installed and was routed to national call center to schedule install and had to wait on hold about 30 minutes. Scheduled for just over a week from my call and showed up for my appointment time and they did not even have hitch in stock. I was first told by receptionist it was someone elses responsibility to call me and let me know they could not install that day. I was then told by the person supposedly in charge that it takes at least 3 to 5 weeks to get the hitch in. He also told me he was probably getting ready to call me to let me know, but it was already my scheduled appointment tiime by then. I then was hoping for some type of understanding after driving an hour for this appointment, but was literally told it is what it is and the gentlemen turned his back and walked away from me while I was still speaking with him. Absolutely terrible experience and pathetic customer service.

My husband and I got our U-Haul from the Cleveland Ave location yesterday and came today to this location for some assistance in attaching our Chevy Impala to the tow dolly. It seemed impossible but Donovan G. helped us TREMENDOUSLY in this hot hot FL sun!! He whipped out all types of methods to attached our vehicle without damage due to it being too low for the dolly which is odd because our vehicle is higher than most impalas. I am so grateful for Donovan because of him we were able to finally hit the road. Our 5 star is for him specifically! So grateful :)

My initial visit definitely started off on the wrong foot. That is until Raneisha helped me out to bridge the issue between online and in person pickup. The initial guy was zero help whatsoever. Nada. Nothing doing. Raneisha went above and beyond to help me. Way above and beyond to get me into a truck. She got me into a truck in a few minutes and truly made renting a truck easy. She was absolutely night and day to the original guy I had. I have the truck now and I haven’t even got in it yet. I was so impressed by Raneishas professionalism and customer service that I want to send this review out before I left. Hopefully the powers that be at Uhaul see this. If it wasn’t for Raneisha then this review would be drastically different.Edit. After we returned the truck they still screwed us on the bill. So they got us in a truck, we used it for 6 hours and was charged for two days. Anyone that has rented a Uhaul knows exactly what I’m talking about.

Big place. It was flooded due to the rain and a little hard to navigate to the drop off spot because people dont follow directions and I had a 26 truck. Other than that there was a lot of trucks on site! Awesome for the future! The inside of the store was neat and looked will stocked for packing needs! I had no issues finding the drop box for the 24hr drop off service. Will definitely use of I have to in the future.

This U-Haul location is amazing. The two ladies at the front desk who helped me check in were extremely pleasant and helpful, and the gentleman who helped me return the vehicle was also thorough and efficient. This location was the quickest I’ve been in and out of a U-Haul in years, would definitely recommend and use the location for future uhaul reservations.

Very dissatisfied with this U-Haul location, I wish I could make this a -5 star review. Staff is extremely rude, unhelpful and seem to be in a very bad mood..every single one of them. I do not recommend this place for anybody there’s one about 1.3 miles further *** consumer beware***

I’ve rented from this location multiple times and I’ve always had to wait 30 minutes upon arrival because they are under staffed. Even with online check-in you’re at the mercy of the person at the desk to assign the equipment. That person is also handling all phone calls, reserved check-ins and walk-ins. Every time I rent from this location I kick myself in the butt.Equipment condition and pricing are good but the rest of the experience is frustrating.

What a nice group of workers. Their is a few workers that are our young generation. If our future is made up of young people like the ones that work there well be just fine. When I rented the truck I told them I didnt want a dolly that I had my own. When I got home I did my whole move with that dolly in my truck untouched with the green tab in tact when I got to the equipment return the tab was magically broken so they charged me for equipment I didnt even use! Never will I come back to this location.

Raneshia and another nice lady were very accomodating.

It took FOREVER for them to get us registered into their system. Had about 3-4 people working on it. Betw my dad, my sister and myself they must have asked to copy our drivers licenses 10 x each during the 1st 1/2 of the event. Finally, they told us to go have lunch and come back. Things werent much better, another 10-15 more copies of our drivers licences. All-in-all, we we probably there from about 11 am until 3:45-4:00. It basically took an entire packing day away. The mgr did finally give us a very small token gesture discount for the inconvenience sake. We then did the walk-around the truck everything seemed fine. It was starting to become dusk.In the morning, upon closer inspection of the tires on the care trailer there was a coffee cup sized complete absence of rubber missing from 1 wheels. 2 wheels were better in that they at least had some minimal at best thread.

They have all sorts of trucks and moving products and the people were nice. However, when we got the truck Saturday afternoon for a Sunday move for our ministry, they didnt say anything about the specific way they wanted it returned. they said nothing about taking pictures or the added costs they ended up charging us. We parked the truck and started loading it Sunday morning. As weight went into the truck, a front tire went flat. it had enough air for an empty truck, but not a loaded truck. this set us back 1-1/2 hours which inturn made us 1-1/2 hour late returning the truck. They did nothing when we explained the issue except to charge us for two days rental.I will search for a different truck rental when we move into our new location, even if it costs more.

Great customer service, I had a but of a discrepancy with my pick up location, after one call to the customer service number my issue was resolved and the entire experience after was easy and friendly. If I should ever need moving trucks again. I will definitely come here. The store was very clean and I appreciate the friendly and helpful staff. Moving is a pain all on its own, it was nice to not have to deal with complications from this place. Definitely recommend.

They do the paperwork very quickly so in less than 10 min youre ready very friendly staff.

A few weeks ago my family gathered donations from friends and co-workers to take to The Keys. We were going to head down with tools to assist in yard clean up and donate the goods to those in need. However, we received more donations than we planned, prompting our immediate need for a U-Haul. As we did not plan on needing a U-Haul, you could imagine our surprise when we realized it was going to cost us about $600 to drive one that far from our home. So, I went to this location and explained what we were doing to see if there was anyway they could assist us. The owner, Jerry, did not hesitate in offering assistance to ensure we we not only made the trip but had plenty of room for everything we needed to help as many people as possible. He was beyond gracious in listening and understanding what we were trying to do, and he quickly agreed to help us. It is because of him and his kind heart that we were able to deliver all the donations and bring all of our clean-up supplies. During our trip we were able to assist three women with yard clean-up, deliver thousands of pounds of food, clothes, and supplies to hundreds of people, and assist in the organization and distribution of goods to many who were left with nothing. Our hearts were touched by so many people including Jerry and his facility. I would highly recommend working with this business for any of your storage or traveling needs. A business that gives back to the community and the people in it deserves to prosper.

Good place yo rent when you think about moving. Cars and trucks are not that expensive everyone can afford it. Bad thing if you speak only Spanish or other language your are done cause they only speak English at this location.

Having been to several uhaul stations I have to say that this location has a terrific and fast setup to get you in and out. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I recommend this location.

Typical U-Haul location, with possibly one exception...Extremely busy.Because of how busy they are and there convenient location, storage is sometimes at capacity, and the powers-that-be know this, and they charged accordingly.Way too expensive per square foot. I highly recommend the place across the street, literally, or a mile or two away, saving you important dollar sign dollar sign dollar sign.Whereas, it has been my experience, that U-Haul Corporation could screw up a One-Float Parade, the people at this location are top notch!!It is the Corporation that doesnt really give a rats ... Our move took longer than expected, and the AMAZING woman at this location was kind enough to give us an extra day at no charge. We were thrilled and we will definitely use U-Haul again in the future!

My dad and I went to this location one week before we needed a trailer to make the reservation. When we went to pick it up, they simply said that they were sorry but didn’t have the trailer there. We had to drive all the way to the other side of town to pick up the trailer. It was more than 30 minutes drive. Even though they gave us a discount, it was very unprofessional because the reservation was made one week before.

The trailer that was originally booked could not be found. The reservation then had to switched to alternate trailer. That one was filthy with leftover blankets and straps, sand and dirt all over. When I asked the associate to have it cleaned he told me to tell someone else in the office. I did, she said ok we will give you another trailer then. (We had already spent 30 mins looking for the first one and hooking up the second one). When we went back out the only associate was busy with two other customers. So we left 30 mins later with the wrong trailer that was in horrible condition. First time trying this location, and it will be my last. Horribly understaffed and very unorganized. It’s not my job to find your employees to tell them to do their job.

Very helpful staff, large facility with nearly every size of moving vehicle readily available and boxes, locks, packing tape, on site or portable storage, it had everything I needed to move quickly, easily, and in one place.

Rented a storage unit, so far its been 1 month, no issues, it not a climate controlled unit. For those who may wonder the different temperature ranges can be from 79-110 Fahrenheit degrees during July-August time. Tested with private thermostat that shows details on current, high, and low temperatures, can be obtain in any hardware store. Their climate control units I believe are set at around 78-80 degrees, and unless very delicate items, I would not pay the difference.

First let me start off by saying this hasnt been my first time dealing with this location. It started with them getting on to me where I parked, which is no big deal, just say it nicely and put signs up. Secondly there was a black man wanting to rent a van to move a mattress and all he had was a debit card ( thats all I had as well ) and the customer rep treated him so rudely asking for 3 references and giving him a hard time about it when I wasnt asked for any.. I cant help myself to think that they were judging him by his color. The employee are rude and not helpful - especially when wanting to return. Needless to say this is my last time coming to this location - Ill continue to use the one off of 41 by the airport.

We had a night rental because we work nights and need to stay on schedule. The key was supposed to be in a locked key box but was not left for us so we couldnt take the truck. This owner was unwilling to work with us. Horrible customer service. I would recommend going to a different provider.

Don’t go here! I returned the vehicle with the same amount of gas and the still charged me $25. I drove the truck only 5 miles. Now I’m fighting with them because they charged the $25 twice and never removed a charge for a dolly I never got. The return area of for the trucks doesn’t sit on a leveled surface so be sure to put more gas in it than when you got it otherwise they’ll say you didn’t fill it! Worse uhaul experience ever!

Awful customer service. When I went in to tell the guy while I was moving I found bedbugs in the truck. The guy at the desk shot it down right away. I wasnt even looking for money back or anything just wanted to let them know about it, he was extremely rude. Do not go here you will regret it unless you want bedbugs on all your stuff and your children stuff. Now I have to pay somebody to come in and clean and spray my house to make sure it doesnt escalate.

The guy in charge of processing my return wasnt wearing a mask and was rude to me when I reminded him he was putting my safety at risk

These guys go the extra mile to make sure youre taken care of. Only downside is they can get backed up quickly. Other than that they are great.

Very poor terminal .Charged me for 2 days rental when clearly if they looked on cameras I had returned the trailer.Called main office, they said management at that location would be in touch with me too address the charge .No return call nada.Would use another terminal.Day 4 still no call back from my rental.They charge you for days you didnt contact to.

DAREN, AMANDA and JR where very helpful they got me in an out they made sure everything was in my truck they are cool people funny and make you feel at home I almost forgot I was moving by how much time I enjoy my self while being there good work UHAUL !!!!

The rudest customer service I have ever experienced. They did not have our truck and did not call to inform us until we arrived. Once the truck situation was resolved, whoever I spoke too has no business working in customer service and speaking to someone the way he spoke to me. I will never recommend them.

I was insulted by an employee that was mad because he couldnt charge me for damage done by another employee at another location and when I offered to clean the truck out I was told I cant because itll put dirt on the ground.

So I rent a van from Uhaul maybe 2x a month. I have never had one penny pinch me like this one did.So they dont have a van today, but they got a pickup and I can trade it for a van next day. I took the pickup supposedly full of gas and drove it 14 miles. I stopped across the street to top it off. It took 3.5 gals. GOSH thats bad fuel mileage OR it wasnt full.I pointed that out and got a nice shoulder shrug for my money. Then I took the van. Good deal, it had a fuel mileage meter on it. I calculated my milage and found I needed 4.4 gals. I put in 5.Not good enough says Ray. He wants 3 gals more.I took it back to the gas station it would only hold 3/4 of a gallon more. When I got back though, they charged me the 2 extra miles that had clicked off going around to get the gas it didnt need. That was $1.18.I didnt mind a whole lot though, it was worth the entertainment watching Ray trying to get the max amount of pennies on the rental. Just be aware before going here.

I have used this U-haul location several times throughout the past few years and have even used the storage facility and have never had one problem, Ray and his Wife are two of the kindest people I have had the pleasure to work with.

I use to rent from U-Haul alot and used them to move friends of mine around and it seemed everytime their vehicles broke down and it took hours or until the next day to get help and I had to pay for lodging. Last time I used U-Haul I had the transmission fall out of the truck I rented half way through the trip and had to stand in 17degree weather to wait for help. After that I went with Penske and will NEVER rent another U-Haul it to the junk yard again.

I had rented a truck from them, during which I tried to get thru to the brick-and-mortar location in Fort Myers. I called several times with an urgent call. I was always promised somebody would call me back I was very upset when each day they did not return a single call!! nor dis they apologize or even care.

They are very friendly and provide access to A/C bathroom 24/7 for customers...ive rented trucks,vans and pickups from this location.I have a storage unit there also....like ANY STORAGE FACILITY U MUST PAY ON TIME OR LOCKOUT THAT EVE OF DUE DATE.

Do not use this location for U-Haul. I have used U-Haul a number of times over the years and have never had an issue until I did business at this location. They tried to nickle and dime my wife and I at every turn. They made fraudulent charges that we had to go through a dispute with corporate to remove, then once they told us they had dropped the charges they applied them to our bank account anyway. They were extremely rude and aggressive throughout the entire process. These people will try to take your money at every turn and then insult you if you question them.
