My experience at sephora this time around was the best. X really took care of my sister and I. We did not leave sephora disappointed. Excellent customer service.

The girls there were very helpful especially sierra she helped me find the right shade of foundation and concealer so when you you see her tell her vivian says hello!!

Gabe is an AMAZING assistant manager at Sephora Fashion Fair. Very knowledgeable about skincare and will give you a great foundation match!

The store associates were so helpful and very informative. I dont go often as it can be an overwhelming store although they were happy to answer any questions I had and asked if I wanted to try anything they could sample it out. I was in search of a certain item and right away they were able to assist me in locating that item. This made the store trip very quick and enjoyable. Its a very clean store as well and everything is organized so well! Incredible service, I will definitely be coming back soon.

Hours are wrong on here, as well as on the Sephora app. Very frustrating, especially right now when going out is not ideal.

Horrible customer service at this location these girls have bad attitudes. I don’t know who trains them or what kind of store allows people like them to represent a store like this but it’s bad wouldn’t recommend this location.

Ive been a sephora customer for a very long time and i dislike this mall very much and normally at sephora there are just judgy and uneducated staff at most sephoras. I normally just shop online and do my own research. I had a previous employee at the river park store mismatch me and convince me to go with the color anyways so ive been using the the wrong color for quite sometime afraid to go with another incorrect color. I finally just went for it and purchased another shade on my own online and had this incorrect color foundation on my hands. I couldnt find the receipt and neither could adrian at sephora today which was my nightmare. I thankfully was helped by ADRIAN MY CASHIER and was able to do my first exchange at sephora thanks to him. Thank you Adrian for helping me and doing the exchange!

They found products that are needed to replace the ones that were no longer available

Fast service. When I didnt find what I was looking for I asked a cashier and she said it was discontinued and she said it might be online and she checked and found it and asked me how many I want and she ordered 3 for me. It was on sale for $7.00 so I got 3. Very helpful cashier.

I really love the Sephora outside of Fashion Fair Mall. Here is the reason for my review: I have thinner lips, particularly a thinner upper lip. Ive never had an issue or insecurity with my appearance. An older worker approached me trying to sell me a lip plumping gloss. Which is fine, but she noticeably looked at and pointed out my thinner upper lip and told me a story about a friend of hers with a thin upper lip who used this gloss and over time it permanently made her lip bigger...As if i needed a plumping gloss to fix my thin lips. I strongly disagree with her assumption that I want fuller lips.Now, I am not one to get offended or upset about things like this. However, I am worried that she may be approaching younger girls or women who arent as secure with their appearance and trying to sell them a product by positioning it as if they have something on their face that they need to fix. That is what makes me upset about my last experience at Sephora. I hope some one in management nips this problem in the butt before it really hurts someone.I give this place a 4 star because I really enjoy coming here. Usually, people working here are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

The ARTIST was very rude and mean......I asked her if she could show me how to apply the eyelashes and then she said that she was the only ARTIST in the whole store and that she was very busy when she was doing nothing. And I then I asked if u could make an appointment and then she told me NO and that I should come back later. I highly dont recommend this makeup store ....I cant believe she couldnt even teach me how to put on the damn eyelashes so rude

Sephora Inside Fashion Fair by JC pennyOne of the girls there totally disservice me. She purposely matched me w a darker color I think bc she didnt have a lighter(my shade) in stock. She tested me on the neck and said “ok this is it” “but let me wipe it off so you dont look crazy”. Y did she have to wipe it off if it was the perfect match. It if was a good match it would have just blended and she wouldt have to wipe it off cas it looks “crazy”.Anyways very annoyed that they can even match you w the right shade and just send you off with something that doesnt work for you. You only have one job do your job right!

One of the best Sephora I’ve went to! Right when you walk-in they greet you and ask if you need help finding a product. They are super friendly, and helps you with anything you need! The one in JCPennys is amazing as well! The Sephora in river park all the workers are really rude!

Went to pick up a Foreo Luna 2 for my wife and was treated as if I didnt exist. I lined up and waited my turn. When it was my turn the cashier looked at me and left. She acted like I didnt exist. It was until one of the guys said shell help you soon. She claimed she didnt see me but its false. Im upset. Also the product I purchased has the box damaged and looks like simeone had already used it. Never again will I go to that location. The staff in the Jcpenny is much more friendly.

Arturo is very kind. My experience in this place so far has been very good. I always use help in Spanish for years I was going and the truth was that they hardly paid attention to me and I left there nothing animated I had questions and I did not feel that they paid attention to me but little I started to go again and in truth ARTURO is a person who is very kind attending and answering all the questions I have about makeup. And now every time I come back for something new or if I have doubts about something in this store, I feel confident that they will suggest something that would really stay with me.
