I sincerely regret taking my business to Ara Karkazian Jewelry. Months after waiting, phone calls that were promised that were never placed, and jewelry that was only worked on after I placed a call to check on the status, came out so poor. I showed utmost patience and walked away unhappy. My necklace is asymmetric- a sure sign that it was rushed. Instead of voicing my unhappiness, I chose to pay and leave as I’m unwilling to be forgotten about for another three weeks. I’m very unimpressed with the customer service, false promises made by front counter staff, and their apparent inability to provide me with a proper invoice of services rendered. 10 of 10 disappointed.

Luckily, Karkazian Jewelers specialize in making custom jewelry! We were able to get a mold made that matched our existing engagement band perfectly, to be intricately designed and created in store.The level of service and attention to detail is above all else. I couldnt imagine going to any other jeweler to make our big day that much more amazing.What a dream come true.

Back in October of 2019 I had spent a year looking at engagement rings with my soon to be fiancee. We had visited almost every jewelry store you can think of in Fresno/Clovis, and even some as far as LA and SF. We couldnt find exactly what we wanted. A friend recommended Ara, and he was a God send! He was insanely helpful, took his time with me designing and adjusting the design until I thought it was perfect. My fiancee loved it and we are getting married November 7th of this year. With so much stress of planning a wedding during Covid, Im glad that working with Ara ensured that my ring selection process went fantastic. My Dad Is also purchasing a ring from Ara today to celebrate my Mom and His 40th year anniversary this weekend. I wouldnt send him anywhere else. We took my diamond bands in to get them resized before our wedding. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and was thankful to find a competent jeweler who does the work on site. My only disappointment is that after reading many online reviews about the friendly staff, my experience at drop off and pick up was very different. Both times the ladies helping me made me feel like I was bothering them rather than bringing them business. Not sure if I’ll return, but if I do, I hope the service is better.

This is the best Jeweler in the Central Valley! Ara will go out of his way to spend time with you. Whether picking out a gift, engagement ring or wedding sets, to customized jewelry, watches and repairs - hes the only one we go to. Great staff!! I had a watch which they replaced the battery a few weeks back. Then, it stopped working again (may have been the watch and not a battery issue). Without a question, they offered me a refund. Instead, I used it as a credit to repair another watch and on top of it, they gave me another new battery for my first watch, all this without charging me a dime. Zohrab and the lady at the counter were beyond Nice and Helpful!!!

Went to get my ring sized. My ring was sized in a fast and efficient manner. My ring looks beautiful and Im finally able to wear it now! Customer service was excellent, Chaleena was so friendly!

They repaired my platinum wedding ring, which had been ben bent. Some places I went to had to send it out. They fixed it in shop and it came back looking amazing.

So dropped off my ring Friday, April 12, 2019, with an intended (meaning I was told it would be available for pickup date of Friday, April 19 ~ one week later)... The ring was getting cleaned with a leaf needing to be sautered on.. black hills gold ... I fully informed how excited I was, as was getting married the next day 4/20/2019.. Most people def say dont ever leave it to such short notice, but no, I relied on this place.... What I wasnt soooo mad at is that I arrive at approx. 1:45 p.m. on Friday, April 19, 2019, and it wasnt ready, but that the girl in the black wig (truly sorry if offended) couldnt be more of one of those faces that DONT GIVE AF... like.. I get you dont care... but wow, legit she wore that I DONT GIVE AF face pretty well and made me feel stupid... I had to drive from Hanford, twice and she couldnt care less.. just thought it was all rude and will def never go back.. by the way, ring was still being worked on when I arrived, and still needs to be finished cause its not even sautered all the way .. Pretty disappointed.. especially for the average joe..
