I came in on a Saturday relatively busy with my about 3 year old son the staff that helped us were incredibly friendly and helped him look through coins very patiently and with excitement. I was expecting to met with annoyance with bringing a toddler into such a store but that was the last thing I felt. They even invited us back for his birthday in two weeks for a free grab bag. Very friendly and very welcoming

I have bought ALL of my silver and gold here...and now Im done. Employee to me: I need you to put a mask on while looking at the purses...no one within 6 ft of me, Im not sick and asymptomatic spread has been proven false. Apparently purses can contract covid through asymptomatic spread, which doesnt exist.Ill gladly take my $4k elsewhere. Their loss not mine.Just following orders is no excuse, history proves that.

Manuel was very helpful showing me the jewelry I was interested in looking at and explaining the cuts of the gemstones and quality of the item. I was there to have a ring repaired which he took to the jeweler to have him give me an estimate for repair. He even added details on the slip to the jeweler with out me even asking him to. The Fresno coin gallery has always been a bucket list item to me as I have always bought bullion but I never actually bought it there despite it having bullion in stock! However, upon entering the store I was met by my good friend Mark who was happy to show me the most choice silver I could get my hands on for my ever growing investment. I can only say that Fresno Coin gallery has the best pricing over spot around that you can buy on the market whether its bars or rounds!As a side note, for bullion, cash is the standard. They dont take card on bullion but, cash is always better anyway! See you all again soon! Ill be back for more!

Despite showing up just before closing, they gladly stopped pulling inventory so we could look around. Arianna made us feel like we were welcome to stay as long as we liked as she helped educate us and instill some curiosity in our kids.We left roughly 10 minutes after closing (sorry!) with three very happy kids carrying new coin books and a handful of old coins. It looks like the whole family has a new hobby! I expect we’ll be back after our next payday. And the next. And the next... Searching for old treasures with the kids is a nice break from the TVs, phones, and video games.I wish I could leave a better review for the kind people at Fresno Coin.
