Hello, last year my sister had a negative experience there when she attempted to sell her used designer bags? I believe that my sister was turned away due to her skin tone. I can tell you I have spent many a hot afternoon sitting outside designer stores, while she shopped in Gucci stores and Michael Kors stores etc. She is as honest as the day is long. Now so you wont assume the worse, my sister retired as an educator in excellent standing in the community. When she returned from there, She had that, I was told I cant sit at the lunch counter look, minority people know what this means. I wonder have other people of color felt dismissed when they went in to have designer handbags assessed for resale? I have thought about it a lot. I just want to know.

Store is beautiful but they are not as knowledgeable as they should be, sneding people to Fresno Coin gallery when they dont know about an item. They also have a number of fakes in the store which they claim are real. Very pretty store though

I have a good eye for details and I understand what I usually shop but his place throws me off, I found them good on exterior but as I walked inside, my disappoint ment starts growing as staff was little less knowledgeable and most of the responses were vague and on seeing the products with little detail, I found it little iffy about the authenticity, make sure you research before what you buy
