BEWARE! If you want to be ripped off, definitely go this route. Been a great paying customer for over a year. Was totally ok with the subtle price increases through out the months being at the Frisco location off legacy not until it completely DOUBLED in price for a small unit. The price was more for a much larger unit than my apartment community. Never got their notifications only that my card was charged for the increase. Went in the same day that charge it was on my card and they don’t offer prorated amount or which to make some accommodations as if they were wanting me to move so they can price gouge that next person. They didn’t have my information correctly in their system to even notify me. If you can go to another company. I will never do busy with crooks that take advantage of hard working Americans. The front desk lady mentioned it was corporate who has done this unfortunately there is nothing she can do.

Wow! The manager on 8/7 at noon did a great job helping me. I had a few challenges, she was patient and she helped me have an easier move. The facility is clean, has good A/C and my storage area was clean as well. I would highly advise using this facility to store your items.

The manager Kelly is very professional and helpful!!! She totally understands the challenges of having to utilize storage units. I was 90% done with removing the stuff from my unit and 9 pm hit which disables the elevators from going up to the inside units. She stepped up and went above and beyond and assisted us by enabling the elevators so we could move the last two carts of stuff!!! Outstanding customer focus !!!! Kelly is a rockstar !!!!!
