The manager is so very rude. Had me waiting outside the store for over an hour and wouldnt even acknowledge me standing here waiting to be helped. Instead kept passing by asking me to move. The other associates finally helped after waiting an hour but in the middle of helping me started helping someone else. She even acknowledge other ppl while they were waiting. While helping me she kept huffing and puffing as if I were an inconvenience. Been coming here ever year and now she wont sell me extra boxes. Having me waste my insurance money. Wow worst customer service ever!

On vacation at Crystal Beach and my glasses broke. The ladies were able to honor my warranty from my hometown. They hooked me right up with a floor stock frame and back on the beach I went. Thanks so much ladies ❤️!

Went to both the eye doc and the glasses place. Both places very friendly. Have some good laughs with ladys at the eye glasses side. Doc was very friendly and upbeat. Will go back if I need me help. Great job yall.

I had my eyes checked at Walmart, but the vision center would not take my insurance. Leaving me to have to find another place to fill my prescription.

Purchased glasses and contacts from this location. Optician was very professional and was able to educate me on different types of lenses and a variety of prices that fit in my budget, which she asked. Very pleased! Will be recommending to my family and friends.

Absolutely great group of people. Optometrist was cool, courteous, & quick. No appointment needed by the way, because I was a walk-in. Overall the staff was professional, honest, & need to be recognized for their services. Recommend anyone to go there.

I just went here to buy a pair of replacement prescription sunglasses. I was surprised by the pricing first of all. They were not any less expensive than Visionworks, where I had purchased my last pair and the selection was much more limited. I am on a budget since I have no insurance, so I asked what the price difference was between polarized and non-polarized. At first the clerk would not tell me, she just said that they were sold as a package deal. I said that surely they sold them with just the tint without polarization? She said tint alone was $40 dollars. I then asked Well, how much is it for both? She answered, $100. So, I did the simple math on my own. I found a pair I really liked, pulled up a PDF file from my Optometrist, which she said she could not accept, because it was not a paper copy. Excuse, me but what the heck? She did not even ask for me to e-mail it to her, so she could print it, and we could proceed. I figured if they were that stupid, or that willing to let a minimum $200 transaction walk out the door, then they didnt deserve my business. Its too bad, because I really like the glasses! I forgot to mention their complete lack of enthusiam in their jobs. Dont bother going there. Find a two for one deal somewhere else, especially if you dont have insurance. Last time, I went to VisionWorks, they actually worked with me on the prices since I was paying cash.

Doctor measured my PD wrong. I returned & asked about the mistake (he measured again and got a very different measurement) but doctor insisted it was my fault for ordering glasses online, where no one could double check his measurement.. silly me, thinking an eye doctor should measure properly and fill out a prescription with the correct information.. or at least apologize when you screw up

Walmarts optical store and the doctors office next door are not affiliated. The doctors office is fine. The optical store is terrible. The opticians lie to customers in order to get them to spend more money. Im an optician (they dont know that) and Ive called them out on three separate occasions for lying to me. When I called them out on it they just shrugged. Obviously the management forces their staff to get as much money out of each customer as possible. Maybe they get bonuses based on sales, who knows. Dont let them upsell you (for example plastic lenses are fine for thin prescriptions if you are not in sports). Bottom line - this is a business run by greed.

Dr. Ngyen is very professional and courteous. Thorough exam at a fair price.

The place is very good, the doctor next door is very friendly and the optics are very good and they are also friendly and know how to explain to you very well what you are buying, totally recommended. And best of all, they speak Spanish.
