Car dealerships, and service shops hate dealing with the warranty they offer you. Gold standard, they never wanna help you with repairs and it doesnt matter what warranty you go through them. Straight trash. A nice car isnt always the best car.

Just purchased a 2016 Mustang GT350 from Auto Haus on Velp. It was a great experience from start to finish. Alec and Bradley and the entire crew were great. Because of my work schedule the purchase stretched out 3 days. Bradley and Alec had no worries about that and sat on the car for us. We couldnt be happier with the process and the car! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!

My boyfriend bought his car at this dealership. When he bought the car he was told by the finance guy that if he buy the 10k plus warranty Everything was going to be covered. So he did. So after a year the car needed some service and the warranty company denied the claim. We went to the dealership twice to get help from them since the customer service number in the paperwork wasnt in service(from the warranty company). They told us that they were going to give us a call back. They never did, I called after a week they said they were going to call back, and again never called back. First they lied about the warranty and then failed to give a proper customer service. Stay away from this dealership. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Bought my nephew a bmw from them and everything went great!! He absolutely loves the car and everyone was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back and would recommend them to anyone.

For your own sanity avoid this hell hole at all costs. When you think of sleezy car salesmen, think of autohouse. My parents bought a 2015 Hyundai with the warranty. Then the transmission went out. After fighting with them, they put in a USED transmission that went out 3 months after they put it in. At that point they would no longer help us, refund our money, or respect the warranty. We lost thousands of dollars having to trade it in at a different dealership for significantly less money. This place is a dam screw!

In the interest of full disclosure, I did not buy a car from here, but their approach made me feel like I would lean toward giving them my business when the time is right. We just talked about cars. No discussion of payments, trade-ins, or any of the other car lot clichés. No pressure of any kind. They were just there to help. I loved it.

Poor service. Had a purchase order written up by Tyler Zoromski, was on my way to give this info to my local credit union to cut the check and get a call 30 minutes later saying they sold the vehicle. This is horrible service. Left a message for the owner with no call back.I’m all for supporting local businesses, however this business is unprofessional will not recommend and or support. Def don’t deserve to be in business with this type of service.

Started out OK ? Then went downhill fast after I had made the purchase of a 2017 Ford Edge. They only come up with the one key. Clayton ran me around for about a month even saying he made a appointment with Broadway Ford. I show up and nothing arranged Broadway calls and they wont answer the phone. So I need to get a second key on my own. There were also issues with my lift gate kept showing lift-gate ajar error. I ended up having to take it apart had broken glass on the inside (LOTS OF IT) . I also ordered some hardware for it because the screws and nuts were stripped. If you do shop there make sure they have 2 keys BEFORE you sign the deal.They reached out to me and I did get my second key thank you for making things right.

What you would expect from a small mom and pop dealership. I purchased a 2015 Jeep Patriot only 3 days ago and within hours, the seatbelt alarm began to chime and did not turn off the entire time the vehicle was moving and someone was buckled in the passenger seat. The check engine light came on as well and stayed on. I returned to the dealership and they found the gas cap was loose. That fixed the check engine light. When I asked about the seat belt, I was told to go to an auto repair store down the road they obviously worked with. I went there and was told that the $2200 warranty didn’t include them fixing it. I was basically told to deal with it. Then today driving it in the rain for the first time, water began to pour from the interior light and onto the radio. Eventually this will cause it to short. This place is the classic auto dealership that only is interested in making a buck. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Come with smiles and rig the vehicle to make it out of the lot

Bradley (owner) and his staff were beyond helpful with finding us the right car for our family! They were able to show us multiple vehicles to make sure we had the correct fit we needed for our family of 7. The staff never put the typical car salesman pressure on us to buy and truly wanted us to drive away happy. At first, the loan we were approved for came back at a payment over what we had hoped, but patients came at a nice reward as Bradley called one of the loan officers and talked them into a deal for us. BMW with 59000 miles a year ago. So far I’ve had to repair the water pump and transmission. Feeling taken advantage of. I also find less expensive cars that are exactly the same make model everywhere.

Definitely worth a look. They have a large selection of very nice cars. Staff is courteous, respectful and accommodating. Price was fair. I had an issue with the vehicle after purchase, and even thou it wasnt covered under a warranty, they resolved it to my satisfaction within a timely manner.

My wife and I have purchased four vehicles from Auto Haus in the last nine years. Bradley is an awesome guy and his team is great. They always come through with a great vehicle for a reasonable price and if there are any issues they will bend over backwards to make things right. Extremely positive atmosphere to be around and is fun to just stop by and say hi. Can’t wait to see a 2020 Ford Bronco on the lot ;)

Will definitely do business here again !! Made a very fair deal a few weeks ago over phone with Jeana on an Escalade . I drove a few hours from out of state to pick up a vehicle I had never seen or driven. I could not be more pleased with the vehicle & its condition. Jeana and Brad ( the owner ) were great to deal with & I was in and out in half the time it takes to buy a cell phone and was back home by supper time . Brad, Phil and Scott were extremely helpful in assisting my son in his first car purchase. They walked him through all the steps and treated him as adult. They also made sure my son was covered on all ends of his purchase. From extended warranty, gap insurance, and they walked through the car fax with him. They did not take advantage of him and sell him something he didnt need! Once my son made his decision he got me involved and Brad, Scott and Phil walk me though each step as well. Horrible service! We wanted to test out a specific car it was our FIRST choice & we really wanted THAT car, but they only let us test drive our SECOND choices, and then when we were about to test drive our FIRST choice LAST(after our second choices) an employee decided to drive off with the car KNOWING we were suppose to test drive that car. Then they were suppose to call the next day in the morning about the credit, never called we had to call them! Also kind of feel like they were profiling like we couldn’t afford the car or something, please we wouldn’t be test driving it if we couldn’t afford it, we will be going else where!

I walked onto the lot with an idea of what I wanted, but being new to Wisconsin from California (i.e. not having driven in winter weather), was a bit unsure as to what I actually needed. Justin really listened to what was looking for in a vehicle and took the time to pick out a few that he thought would suit me best. He was very helpful, informative, patiently answered all of my questions, and made great recommendations. He was able to point me in a better direction than I was going and I ended up with the perfect vehicle for me. I could not be happier! If I could give 0 stars I would. This dealer has to be the worst ever. I purchased a car there with several different problems that I found within the first week of purchasing it. They act friendly and all so you purchase a car and never follow up on you afterwards. No wonder that lady whatever her name is was so hard on selling me an insurance because that car had a lot of problems. A month after and I’m still finding problems with that car. Overall, this dealer is not trustworthy and I would never buy any car from this shady dealer again.

We showed up on Saturday after seeing a truck we really liked on-line but could not find any parking (customer parking). Not easy to look at any vehicles at all. We came ready to spend some money but left due to lack of parking.

The worst service ever!!! If the guy didnt want to sell me the 2015 escalade with Coco interior he should have said so. He should not even be working there if he dont do what he says hes going to do, left me wanting out side and when I look in he was on the phone doing what, would you rather make a sale or sit on your ass!
