This deserves no stars really.. I went to go get a vehicle because my other one needed to be traded in. Before I got to the application process I said I had a vehicle to trade in. The next day I completed the application in a two day process. During the application process I was never asked the title of the vehicle. I left my vehicle there and was told a day or two to come and get it? I dont get it. My person clearly wanted to get my application process done and over with. They kept telling me I need to come pick up my old vehicle and I was confused. I called the director to see what was going on and referred me to a place where I can get it scrapped. I told him straight up that he just wanted to get the application done and revert back to the junk yard. I also said I would be willing to give them the keys to the old vehicle so they can look at it. Worst customer service Ive ever had here. I worked with destined before and wished I worked with her now. She is a great person and will get the job done and knows what shes doing

I purchased a vehicle from them & was pretty satisfied until the very end. I wanted to pay it off (roughly $1,600) but my bank only allows up to a certain dollar amount per transaction. So I decided to send a personal check for the amount that was showing on my account online. It took a few days for the check to get there. When I checked my account online after those couple days, it showed that I had a balance if approximately $5. I called them about it and they said that they dont write off $5. Are you kidding me? After Ive paid you THOUSANDS if dollars over the last couple years, you cant even write off $5?

My experience was very distasteful and quite pathetic! It was in 2005. Yeah I know that was a long time ago but I’m still dealing with the issue today. I went I for a car, found one I could afford went through everything to get financed and that all went smooth. My problem began after I took the car home! The very next morning there was a oil puddle under the car. My boyfriend Could not tell where it was coming from so we decided we better call them and take it in. So we made the appointment took it in everyone was very nice. I went back that night to pick it up they said they fixed it and we were on our way. Now about a week later I noticed there was another puddle of oil under the car. We called VanBoxtel still again they got us in in a day or two and this time they had to order some parts so the parts came they fixed it they said I was all set. So now we’re at about almost 4 weeks after I bought the car there was again a bigger puddle of oil under my car once again I called them took it in they got me in in a couple days at this time it was barely running. Now they called me to tell me my card needed a new motor and that it was gonna cost meI forget how much but it was a lot and I couldn’t afford that well now I’m past my 30 days and no more warranty because I did not buy the extended warranty I could not afford it and I need a new motor and my car is sitting in the shop and I can’t even be moved so now if I even want to get it home I have to call a wrecker truck and have a towed. Well needless to say I don’t have the money for tow truck and I was very upset that it wasn’t fixed the first couple of times I took it in so in my frustration I told him to keep it which was A mistake on my part. They did whatever they did with my car and then I still owed them thousands of Dollars. I could never really work a full-time job because of a genetic heart condition that really took a toll of five years ago when I was not able to work at all I had open heart surgery in 2019 and finally went back to work after not working for five years in July 2020. Now amidst all the turmoil . They are garnishing my check for not only the $3000 that I owed them but also for $4900 in interest for a total of $7900 for a car that I had for 30 days. Needless to say I have obtained a bankruptcy attorney to file bankruptcy. Unfortunately this is my only option. I have no problem or issues repaying people that I know I owe but this was the biggest Rip off that I have ever been confronted with in my life

The 5 star review I am giving is to my finance account representative Donna Z, first and formost. She has been very helpful and quick to respond over the last year. Any time I needed to speak with her she was always very friendly.I also dealt with Alonzo when buying my Camry, and Riley just recently when I paid my loan off, both very knowledgeable and Riley was especially helpful when they did not have a vehicle I was interested in, in auto credit.Though auto credit tends to have high interest rates, so a bad rep, I am grateful to them because I was able to raise up my credit enough to get something I want with a loan that was right for me.Thanks guys!

I have been in contact with Destinee for the last few months trying to get into a new vehicle. She was extremely helpful with the application process and finding what was in my budget. What a year 2020 was! First the pandemic and shut down of many local businesses such as the one I was employed with. Then few months later after only collecting unemployment my car was repossessed since I was unable to keep up with payments. Depression and stress hit hard during this time as yes, I was working again but not at the hours I had been before the shut down. Almost a year to this date is when I finally could try to get another vehicle as I can show proof of income. One dealer auto credit in Green Bay approved me but only at $4,000 which they had no vehicles at this price range! Then how do you approve someone yet no available vehicles? SMH .. I then spoke to a very understanding sales woman by the name of Destanee (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) at Broadway auto credit of my situation. She was very nice and very professional on how she handled the process to get me approved and now im happily driving again. Many thanks to her and the rest of the staff at Broadway Auto Credit!

I’ve been a loyal customer for the past 2.5 years. I’m happy to stick with Broadway Auto Credit when trading out for a newer car. Alonzo is the best salesman there, so remember to ask for him!! Absolutely no pressure when picking out a vehicle. If you go without a certain car in mind like I did both times, Alonzo gives great recommendations. This is the one of the only places that I’ve tried in town that doesn’t require I co-signer if your credit isn’t the best. Make on time payments and communicate with the billing staff if anything comes up and you’ll have zero issues. The cars are well cared for so if you maintain as recommended, all is good!

I believed I was making the right decision unfortunately, Ive realized that wasnt the case. From Broadway Auto Credit to Broadway Auto Repair poor service. If I had a chance to do it all over again, I would never stopped here. My advice people never let your score drop with better credit you get better service, better vehicle and rates.

NEVER, EVER have I been so disgusted in my life..... bought a vehicle here last January (2019) within a year we have replaced the motor and now the transmission. Its 2 hours round trip for us. They told us it was ready 3 days ago. Got there and its not ready... no phone call, nothing. We even called to check before we went and not one person was smart enough to tell us it wasnt ready. Complete waste of our time. I called and all they could tell me was, Its not my department no offer to make it right, just passing the buck.... so unprofessional and absolutely the WORST customer service Ive ever experienced.....

My new van got repossessed my ex took my old van and I was car less! I was paying 390 a week renting a car. And I had been renting for almost 2 months. They gave me a chance to rebuild my credit and they put me in a classy sharp car! I was truly in a bind and thank you for offering this fine service. I highly recommend.

I wish we could give this dealership zero stars. My husband submitted an application over a week ago and nobody competent could find a moment in their day to even reply to the application. Even if they were going to refuse credit I would think id they ran a proper business that they could manage a call or text, something letting me know. Dont waste your time with these people. Take your excuses elsewhere. If you were so happy to help it wouldnt have taken this long to get a reply. Ive read and reread all reviews and it seems you dont really want to help anyone even if you decide to issue credit to people you just like to comment online about negative reviews trying to make yourself look good.

**After a couple months all we had was issues. Couldnt register the car because broadway dropped the bomb on THEIR job. Ann wont return phone calls. Management avoids you and has the finance department deal with it (Donna is awesome)Had to replace the alternater and the battery and still had to get it towed home from Milwaukee. Couldnt insure it because of registration. Huge HUGE disappointment of a mess. Ann told me good luck and try getting a loan. No one is going to give me a $10,000.00 loan for a car that blue books at $4,000.I talked to multiple car lots after this upsetting financial mess and all agreed that Broadway screwed us. The tow company they use to pick up the car, is not much better!!Alonzo 5 stars. Donna 5 stars. Broadway negative stars.
