I worked with travis 6 months ago when I bought my f150. He was very knowledgable and the price was very fair. Travis did a great job and was able to answer any questions I had. Im from Manitowoc, but I would definitely do business at dorsch west again.

If I could put no stars I would. I recently bought my car (2013 Chrysler 300) from here 2 months ago... they told me everything was good and there was no problems with it. They and the paper I received said they changed my brakes and 2 rotors and they changed my battery, and a few other things. My salesman was joe Newton. Not even 2 months go by and my horn doesn’t work.. barely did when I bought but I went In their numerous times telling them and all they did was beep it and it worked of course.. but I drive it 5 min down the road and it wouldn’t work again! I had to change all 4 of my brakes... (which they claimed to have changed) because they were worn down. I also had to change 2 rotors! Next, my alternator went and I was in another state on vacation so I couldn’t just bring my car into them! Not even a week later after that mess I found out my rim was cracked because my tire kept going flat but I couldn’t figure out why, which looked to be soldered! I got so sick of all of this that I went in there and I told them all the problems I was having and I told him that I haven’t even had it for two months yet and all they could tell me was that they didn’t know what to do that my brakes and rotor was wear and tear and that because I didn’t bring my alternator into their place that they couldn’t do anything for me nor a compensation even (which I was in another state) When I mentioned my cracked rim he completely ignored me. He then continued to tell me that the salesman that had sold me the car was fired. Out of all of this the only thing he could do was look at my horn. All I’m saying is don’t waste your time. Very disappointed.

I’m really pleased with the used 2018 Ford Flex limited I recently purchased from this dealership. The sales and service staff are responsive and hard working. They helped me resolve a problem with some missing trim pieces on my vehicle that I found were missing after I got the vehicle home and I had a chance to do a thorough examination. The parts missing were easy to miss on a routine used car inspection, but the staff worked with me to get the parts ordered and installed after I brought them to their attention. Deb in service went above and beyond helping in getting the right parts ordered . Again easy parts to miss(driver’s side rocker sill door seal /molding and the engine undercover splash shields), but now they’re on this lower mileage higher end vehicle and this will help preserve the vehicle from corrosion and wear as was intended through the oem design of the vehicle from Ford. I’m glad the sales staff stood by the Dorsch Real Deal

Needed to have 4 tires balanced in a very short period of time. Deb who is totally professional and awesome got it all handled along with Barry in the service department with only 30 minutes left in the working day on a Friday night. Place was spotless and so nice! Very impressed by everything! Great Job and Thank you!

Should be considered if you need a used vehicle...

After having a TERRIBLE experience at Broadway Ford (having to have our truck we drove in for service but had to have towed out) we consulted with Dorsch Ford and what a difference. Deb in the service department was so helpful, professional and straightforward! The feeling of trust was a nice relief. She kept us up-to-date with the progress through text messages which was so convenient. The shop was visible, very clean and organized....unlike Broadway Ford. I will definitely recommend Dorsch Ford and do my best to keep my friends from getting taken advantage of at Broadway!!! Thank you Dorsch Ford!!!

Very clean dealership. Above average service. I went there today to get my oil changed and a flat repair. Price sometimes is on the more expensive side but it was more convenient than the place then I usually go because They had an opening. One of the nice things about this place is that after five or six or changes you get a free oil change. Also with the oil changes you get a car wash coupon across the street at the Shell gas station.

Brad Williquette was the main person that I dealt with while at Dorsch. I first came in to get a simple transfer case plug changed, due to mine being damaged. Brad personally went and looked coming back to inform me that the supplier had sent the wrong plug. He stated now that he knew what it looked like he will make sure to get the right one getting the new part in within a day or 2. I added an oil change and tire rotation for the second visit. It took approximately an hour during which Brad socialized with me making the time go by quickly. About half way through the mechanics found a hose that got ripped off on the underside of my truck. Brad tracked down the part and explained what it did and the pricing to replace it (very cheap) before they went through replacing the part. Before printing the invoice he explained thoroughly what everything will be on the invoice and there was no surprises which was nice.Overall I had a great experience getting my truck worked on at Dorsch and Brad was a great help. I have recommended Dorsch on Lineville Rd. to friends and family already.

Good staff, good selection. Typical for a car dealership. One issue-when I spend 20k on a car, itd be nice to have a full tank of gas. Instead I drove off the lot on empty and had to fill up. This is why I only gave 4 stars.

We bought a $20,000+ vehicle from this dealer and was supposed to receive a years worth of oil changes. However, they did not honor this and I was forced to cancel my appointment. Really? Someone spends that kind of money for a car and you cant offer 3 oil changes!! Wow! You do realize word of mouth is a powerful thing. Disappointed in customer service Big Time.

Watch out ladies, when you walk in,,they see $ they told me that l need new windshield wipers l had just bought some two weeks before. They also said both of my Axelrod seals were leaking,and it would cost $1,100. I took my car to another dealer,and they said only one Axelrod was leaking.and gave me a price of $295.00.

Mary is great, got us in quickly for an oil change and then separately for some wheel vibrations, the technician was able to give some recommendations without being condescending. Sales is much better than at their main location.

Last year I bought a car, in what I thought was a great deal. They told me about the bumper to bumper warranty which would be extra $20 a month for 6 years. I talked to my lender recently and we found $5k added into my loan for 3 different things I never agreed to. Talked to someone about this and they said that the guy who sold me the vehicle was fired because he lied to customers. Me being one of the unfortunate ones. They are refusing to get me my money back and all they can do is do my deep cleaning done on my vehicle, that I never wanted and was told it came with the purchase of the car, which is 1,000... I am very disappointed with how they handled this situation always stating that they werent there when I bought my car so they have no answers for me as to why these things were added on if I didnt sign for them or asked for them. I recommend always asking questions here and make sure you know what youre getting yourself into.

Went to sell our 2015 ram with 34,000 in good condition. Joe came back with a price of $14,000. We asked how he got this number he said kbb . We looked it up ourselves under worst case and it came in 19,135. I then asked joe how much he would sell it for and I guessed at least $20,000. He then agreed with me. Waste of 45 minute drive, will not come back or ever recommend. If you do go, don’t use joe.

Felt like they were only into serving themselves....I cant prove it but I felt like they were a shady place to buy a car from. We were there for a decent used car and they had a good selection to look at. We test drove a couple low $20k cars and as we went by the budget section the sales person in the car with us told us the interest rate they charge lower income people because of the risk involved. Later when I saw the prices on those cars they were WAY high for that type/age/mileage of car. They werent helping people there, they were sucking as much money as possible out of them...just wrong....buy from a different dealership...one that actually wants to help people...we ended up buying a new Kia Sorento from a different dealership.

I worked with Brad Williquette for an oil change. I received excellent customer service and was in and out in no time. It was also nice to sit in a clean lobby which had toys, snacks and drinks for myself and my kids while we waited.

Excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable staff, nice waiting area and reasonable wait time. Will definitely go back to Dorsch Howard location for service.

Go to Green Bay East, youll be much happier.

Bought a vehicle here. Found out that this location doesn’t do warranty work on Kia.Would’ve been nice to know prior to buying.18 months later bought tires here. Found out you only get free rotations at this location, not both. Had to argue to have it honored at both locations. Were under the impression the tires had a roadside protection warranty. Have a nail in one tire, that’s not covered. A bad valve stem isn’t covered. Not sure what is? Had to pay $25 to have the new tire repaired.

Wow!! What an unexpected, pleasurable visit looking at a used car this week. I was so at ease with Heith Fakhouri, not pushy, extremely knowledgeable, caring personality, and funny, too!! I usually avoid car dealers and buy direct from owner. Boy, am I glad we came to Dorsch West, I was blown away with extraordinary customer service, even the sales manager came out to greet us and chat about our interest in his former car. Needless to say we bought the 2013 Toyota Camry SE for an unbelievably low price below market value. Our trip to Green Bay was only meant to check it out very quickly and continue our search. We changed our mind as our visit progressed, and Heith showed us line by line, every detail of improvements that were done recently, giving us great security on the value we were being offered. THANK YOU!! I LOVE my car, but not getting much sleep as I wake up in the middle of the night to sit in my gorgeous, new favorite car ever! God Bless!

Purchased our Explorer in September 2018. Both locations are always friendly and helpful.

Low balled me on my trade in at about $8,500. Said my 2014 was in fair condition which wasnt the case and knocked off even more because the guy said he would have to put $600 worth of tires on. They wouldnt work with me or budge on the price of the vehicle I was looking at. I will NEVER go to Dorche for anything every again. I went to Bergstrom they gave me $11,500 for my trade, $500 more then what my trade was worth and even came down $2,000 on my truck.

Oil change was expensive (47.00 considering the price of oil) and the windshield washer fluid was never filled so i had to buy a gallon the next day when i tried to clean my dirty windshield. the cost was 4.95 at the gas station
