When to dealer to look at one truck, Jake came out with smiling face. He is a great person to deal with, took a couple trucks for a drive. Bought a truck, picked up on a Friday, Had a issue once I got home and over the holiday weekend. Brought truck back, Jake asked how things going, explained issue with 4x4 system. Jake had one of there techs look at truck, got a error on there scanner, Said we will fix issue as that should have been caught. So no expense on my part. Great place to deal with and would buy from them again.

Its unfortunate, but they have their vehicles listed thousands over blue book, and do not negotiate to a fair price.We went down the road to village, and bought a vehicle 20 minutes after trying to buy a car here.

I saw a Ram 2500 newly situated in the front row at Williams Auto Sales and I had to stop and look at it. I saw it was in great condition and fairly priced. On Tuesday, I asked Justin if I could take it for a ride. He grabbed the keys and I was happy with the feel and condition. I told Justin that I am very newly divorced and have spoken with 3 “big box” dealers and my own credit union and all have turned me down. He said he’d do his best and he’d get back to me. Really great folks to work with, had no problems at all in the buying process. Have had car a few days, will update if needed but everything was top notch as far as how easy they are to work with.

We were in the market for a used truck, but my wifes dream car has been a Mustang. After looking at multiple dealers and cars and prices that where high I found a great price on a used truck. Went up to the lot and then also found a Gord Mustang ended up getting both a truck and a Mustang for what most dealers wanted for just a truck. Ray and Justin were awesome to deal with no pressure honest and just amazing. Will definitely recommend Williams Auto to my friends and family.

Avoid this place not a real dealership!!After buying a vehicle, they understated the mileage by 400 miles couldnt figure out why, it was so their 1000 mile warranty would end sooner. The starter broke the same day I bought it. They didnt cover it. The transmission went out 900 miles later, still in the warranty period, but because they fudged the milage it was magically over their 1000 mile warranty. None of the fluids where changed. The battery was above the hold down braket so it was bouncing when you drove down the road the remote start doesnt work, even though they listed it on their website, the radio doesnt hold the time. The side marker light was burnt out the 4 wheel drive did not work, due to the excessive movement in the front universal joints needed to get replaced. Some vehicle inspection they are a joke! Williams, told me they are not set up for major repairs they buy cars from the auction and hope there are no problems. I told them I wanted them to cover half of these repairs and they said they would call me the next day and they never called me backTake your business elsewhere!

Both Salesman and owner were wonderful during buying process. However, not interested in assisting with the Many severe problems that came to light with my vehicle purchase within a few weeks. Very poor customer service. Bottom line, as soon as they had the money, they washed their hands of me and my car. This car almost caused a serious accident with me and my children. They simply did not care and would not help in the costs associated with the extensive repairs needed. No question they hid the problems the car had-- to get it off the lot. So disappointed.

Williams Auto Sucked, went to test drive a car, told them I wanted the car. About to sit down and do paperwork, and some people came in from Milwaukee. Apparently they had a down payment on the car, the sales person said What are the chances of that and sold the car to them! He told me he had three people looking at it and one was coming on Saturday. He didnt even offer me another car, he just let me walk out upset. Treated me like a second class citizen. My husband and me seen the same car on the East side of Green Bay an hour later. Very shady business deals there. Strongly Do Not recommend Williams Auto. Very Shady!

They are spamming their posts on craigslist and adding tons of unnecessary tags. It makes shopping for a vehicle on craigslist impossible without having to waste time scrolling through tons of their unrelated posts.

Had a few issues with the truck i bought but they were willing to fix the problems.

Inquired about a truck by text today, texting is suggested on their website more than once. The text back time was fast enough but each response was a short two words. The impression I got was they are unhelpful, not the type to go above and beyond to start a relationship with an interested customer.

Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and I bought a vehicle I have wanted for a long time. MINT condition 2007 Chevy Tahoe LTZ. Steady Pimpin.

Got there and he told me he just sold the car to another person. Be wary of this dealer, they make promises they dont keep. Their only concerned about money, not customer service.
