I took my car in for minor body work that was expected to take one hour and that was exactly what it took. However, I was not sure where to take the car and I first stopped at the body shop. There was no one in the reception area and finally one of the shop techs said I needed to take it to the service area and they would direct me further. Not a problem for me, but just a little inconvenience that made me a couple of minutes late for my appointment.

David Nelson and Darnell Johnson were amazing to work with at the dealership. They were honest, listened to my needs and patient. Both went above and beyond to help me get my dream car. Would recommend them to friends and family and even strangers. Will be back!

We picked up a huge bolt in a tire driving from Chicago to Door County. The closest Mitsubishi dealer was Bergstrom in Green Bay. They saved our short vacation and could not have been more wonderful!! They contacted our Chicago area dealer to get details of our tire protection policy, provided us with a loaner for 4 days, got the new tire ordered and installed, and had the car ready when we returned. We did not have to pay a penny!!! Many thanks to Rob and all the other folks there that helped us.

I would highly recommend Bergstrom Imports of Green Bay for anyone shopping for a Subaru/Mazda/Mitsubishi. I visited them on their first big Saturday after taking over the Cliff Wall location and despite the chaos of changing the dealership over to a completely different model, I couldnt have been more impressed with the non-pushy and wonderful customer service I experienced. Candido in Sales and Andrea in Finance went above and beyond to answer my questions and never once did I feel pressured to make a decision. Great people, great non-commission sales model!
