Waylon was excellent to work with. When we had an issue with the manufacturing on the stitching on our new mattress, he stood behind it and took care of everything. Highly recommend working with him.

We were in need of a good quality mattress that was comfortable and provided great support. We found one that we absolutely love! Waylon was fantastic to work with. Excellent experience, all the time needed to look at and test mattresses. Purple and Casper as well as other mattress brands at a range of price points let us find the best solution for us. They answered all questions when we were ready to buy. Encouraged checking current box spring/foundation rather than selling a new one — appreciate the advice, current will work perfectly. Where do I start, when walking into Denver mattress I was a little skeptical of someone jumping down my throat and harassing me to get a brand new mattress like at other stores. I was nicely greeted by both Waylon and Chris. I had told them what I needed and they explained and showed me how the products I purchased would benefit me. We had look at two other mattress stores before coming to Denver Mattress. The sales representative at Denver was far more knowledgeable about the mattresses the store had than the other two shops. Waylon took the time to explain the difference of all the mattresses. After trying the different types of mattresses we decided on The Purple # 3, which we felt was tailored for us. It matched are body sizes and sleeping positions and the adjustable platform made everything we could have wanted. Waylon explain all the discounts we qualified for and the best deals he could give us. We didn’t feel the pressure to but that we felt in the other stores. All in all a wonderful experience we would definitely recommend Denver mattresses if your looking for a new mattresses and ask for Waylon you won’t be disappointed. 5 stars all the way.

The store was clean, bright, and well-organized. The sales staff were friendly and welcoming. Waylon helped us with our purchase and he was great to work with: not pushy, honest, practical, easygoing, and didnt try to up-sell us. We got a Purple mattress and love that their trial period is longer (365 days) versus online (100 days). We were able to try out mattresses and leave with the one we wanted. We had wonderful customer service with Chris at Denver Mattress in Green Bay,Wi. I had been looking for quite awhile for a decent mattress. I am disabled with permanent back injuries. We thought wed try Denver Mattress as a last resort. Chris showed me this Purple mattress, how it was constructed and what it was made from. I tried it and it was very comfortable. I have never had better service in a retail setting than what Waylon offered tonight. If I could give more stars than 5, I would.Just a note on Denver Mattress as a company. They manufacture 28 of their own mattresses and 6 bases. They make better products than competitors at a better price point. You’d be foolish not to shop here for a bed or adjustable base (like I did). You spend 1/3rd of your life sleeping. Don’t cheap out on a bed or foundation.

We visited Denver Mattress on Sunday as our first stop in search of a new mattress. We were surprised to see how many brands are carried, including two that I thought could only be purchased online - Casper and Purple. We tried many of them after getting guidance from Chris, the manager, on a good mattress for my arthritic spine. We ultimately chose Purple 3 as our favorite. But we felt obligated to look at mattresses from at least one other store. After looking at mattresses from another nationwide company, we chose to return to Denver Mattress the next day and ordered the Purple 3. Our shopping experience was great and we didnt feel like we were getting pressured. We are excited for our new mattress to arrive.

At the time I was happy with my purchase and I thought sales employees were good. Then 3 months after delivery I noticed the bed started to develop a dip. The bed was expensive and I expected it to last more than 3 months. Called number I was directed to because bed has a warranty and no answer just voice mail. Left message and no one called back. 1 years later and the bed is so uncomfortable but cant afford a new bed. Now 5 years down the road and my back issues are extremely worse after buying this bed that I have to use padding, two blankets, to fill in where it is sagging until I can afford new bed. Recently went shopping at a different store, and explained to sales person what I need and how I sleep, just like I did when I got the bed at furniture row and found out that the salesman sold me the wrong bed completely. I will never buy another bed from furniture row again. To be sold on a bed and frame for close to $5000 to have it fail and even worse suffer needlessly all this time because the salesman sold me a bed that doesnt fit my needs. I got swindled.Update: I did fill out an online form. They didnt contact me by my preferred method of communication. I tried to call when I was able to and no voice mail available for me to leave a message to tell them to contact me by email. I dont deal with confrontation very well so email is best for me. Plus I am going through a lot so when I am stressed out it affects my sleep so I get sleep when or if I can. So I am not always available to call during thier work hours. What do I do?

Matress purchase with Waylon. He really seems to know the matress industry inside and out. We felt comfortable that he was an expert and made the process stress free. There was no sales pushing at all, we came on back to back days and are very happy with our decision even after changing from our original plan before we got to the store. We will certainly be back for any future matress purchases and highly recommend stopping in if you are in the market for a mattress.

I suffer from a back injury and the minute I layed down on the purple mattress..all of my back and hip pain dissapeared!! The adjustable base helped even more..which just the regular bed flat is heaven on its own. The pillows are amazing, sheets are soft! Staff were very helpful and informative about the difference and benefits of each different purple to choose from. Cant say enough about manager Waylon Morgan ..he did everything in his power to get me a great deal for my price range. So thankful!! Cant wait for delivery !! I didnt want to leave the store!!!
