Amazing, helpful, friendly service. Highly recommend. We rented a truck that was too big, and they easily switched it for us; then the new truck had bad tires and they immediately switched them out and had us on the road in no time.

I truly recommend Penske to everyone since this was my first experience using my load and go card and renting a truck. The staff was very patient, friendly and made sure the price of the deposit was adjusted so I will be able to use their vehicle. To add, I received a courtesy call to let me know that I was able to pick the vehicle up with no charge for the evening before the day of my rental to get started early. I dare not forget about the clean environment. Overall my experience at this establishment was wonderful!

Penske has always given me a better deal than the competition. Usually just call up and they give me a great deal. Never had any problems with their trucks or returns.

Returned my one-way rental from New York in Gulfport. The staff were extremely helpful as I returned in the rain, and needed to get the car off the car carrier ASAP. I believe the gentlemans name was Austin. When I realized I had left something in the truck after I returned it, I came back the next morning and they were very quick to help again. I retrieved my items, and was very pleased with the service here, through and through.

I used to work for a company years ago that leased their trucks through penske. I was so impressed with the service and equipment that when I move I go straight to penske. I recently started with another company that leases their trucks through penske so I was happy. Until I took it in to the closest shos to where I live now for a PM. The service mgr seems to have a bad attitude about working on the truck. The mechanics are nice, helpful and ridiculously thorough with the PM. But the truck is about to the end of its lease and showing its wear and tear and is needing to go in for repairs more often. Which is fine the shop is only 30 minutes away. But I cringe every time I have to call to get it in over the weekend, having to deal with the mgr. Otherwise Id be giving 5 stars

I rented a truck in Dallas. On the way to Gulfport I had a left rear tire blow out. Everything shifted and a coffee table broke. I heard and felt it break. I had purchased the insurance for things like that, but the insurance refused to pay for the damage, since I was not in an accident.

A HUGE SHOUT OUT to Mike at Penske in Gulfport, MS! The day of our move from MS to CA we were without a truck (from another company). In the middle of the day we drove to this Penske office in Gulfport. Mike not only got us a truck on the spot, he also got us a car trailer, dolly, moving pads and insurance for the truck all at competitive rates. We were able to get the move done the same day and arrive in CA as planned. Mike definitely went above and beyond!!! Anyone looking to rent in Gulfport, look no further than Penske on Seaway Rd.
