Do not use this company ! I used them because I had spinal surgery. I bought extra insurance to cover everything. After I started feeling better from my surgery and was able to get all the boxes unpacked I realized that my crystals from my chandelier were missing. I also realized that my pots and pans were missing. I reached out to the company and spoke with Emily she told me that my insurance had expired and I couldn’t use it. My chandelier meant a lot to me as it was a replica of my grandmothers. Not to mention I have no pots and pans!

Everyone from the office to the truck were professional and personable. They took my concerns to heart and cared for my household good as I would have. This was a great experience and value. I will use 2 Men and a Truck again and recommend them to everyone who needs a hand with a move.

Roy and Dejon had me loaded and on my way taking great care of my household contents. Everything was meticulously wrapped and padded before loading. They did a great job! Highly recommend!

The two men who help us move we amazing. They also managed to pack two storage units very effectively and get everything in two small units. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck, and especially Calvin and Roy!!

. Nothing I was told on the phone turned out to be accurate, price or timing. First, I was told $225, and told delivery window would be 2-4. When the e-mail came it was $160-$400, and 3-5 pm--changes done without consultation. I presumed since I only had one chair to be moved from point to point b it would be on the lower end.2. Second, they missed their window of arrival to the first point by almost an hour, arriving just before 6:pm. Worse, I was not given a revised ETA until I called at 4:30. They knew long before they would be delayed, but did not inform me. It kept me from needed errands I could have done before they arrived, and it was too late by the time they left.3. I was charged the highest end--$400. Do not tell me about distance and time--I do not care. For the record, they arrived at my sisters house just before 6:00pm and left mine just before 7:00pm, ( I can get the exact time if you want). It takes no more than 15 minutes to your office from either of our houses, so no more than 1 and half hours. Thats more than $200/hr. Thats if they indeed went to my sisters house from the office, which I doubt--I do not care.$400 to move one chair from point A to point B is ludicrous, if not usurious.I know people who had the entire contents of a condominium moved for $500.This has lost you business and not just mine. My sister used you many times and recommended you. Her reaction to this? You were desperate, so they took advantage. Dont bother telling me your price system--any system that charges $400 to move one item in 1 1/2 hours is outrageous.

I had to get moved quickly and had the money to pay to get moved. I called multiple times, leaving multiple messages and never heard back. I reckon their business is so good, they didnt need mine. I moved my own self. Rented a truck from Budget.

My opinion of this organization is mixed. I offer it now to those of you looking to decide on one or the other.I can’t speak highly enough of the three men assigned to pack a truck with my family’s belongings. They were professional, efficient, and most of all, concerned with making the overall customer experience the best that it could be. Standing ovation to these three men!!!That said, the booking/office/administration staff overseeing the Gulfport location lacks something with which to be desired. The initial call was made to get a “rough estimate” of what it would cost to procure the services. We wanted to know if the juice was worth the squeeze. During the initial call, an “estimate” of what was in our house was offered for an “estimate” on costs associated with the service.When the men arrived to begin moving, they were told to only move the items that were given in the initial estimate. When we called the company to ask why our contents wouldn’t fit on the truck that they sent, I was told that I could have another truck and more movers for an additional cost.Now, I called and spoke to the woman who originally booked the service and her manager. These two women were only preoccupied with explaining that we should’ve given them a better “estimate” of what was to be moved. As if an “estimate” (defined as: an approximate calculation or judgment of the value, number, quantity, or extent of something) was a final inventory. When I attempted to answer the questions asked of me, by the manager, she interrupted me with “I will have my men remove everything from that truck right now.”Once she finished her explanation as to how and why she was right, she had the audacity to ask me if I wanted the additional truck and movers… for an additional fee, of course. The company was paid just shy of $2,000 and I still have, at least, a 16’ moving truck of items to move from my family home.This company is in the business of moving people. It’s all they do. Ever. A better explanation as to what is a necessary item count (down to the individual box) in the initial “estimate” or, God forbid, an “I’m sorry that we weren’t clear in our first conversation”, would have been enough for me to spend more money and get another truck.However, this company cares about making sure they are right, above all else, and couldn’t care less about the overall customer experience… to the extent of blatantly disrespecting the customer. If you’re still reading, and care about where your thousands of dollars are spent, I unequivocally do NOT recommend this company. Your dollars are better spent anywhere but here.

Actually there were 3 men and a truck. Arrived as scheduled, gave a call when 30 minutes out, worked together very well, good sense if humongous and all moved in timely manner. Will use in future if needed.

Roy, Marco, and Seth made this move from Hattiesburg to the Coast so easy and painless! From apartment to house, they treated all my furniture like their own and with such care. I can’t recommend these men and this company enough! If I could give 100 stars to them, I would do so immediately! The best and easiest move I’ve ever had. Will be using them again!

Getting rates and information was easy thanks to Emily. The three movers, Ryland, Brandon and Jay, were on time, knew what they were doing and got the job done quickly. They were very professional and I would not hesitate to use this company again in the future.

Keith, Justin, and Seth were the three movers I was assigned. They were on time, extremely friendly/personable, and very effective and professional at what they do. This just may have been the easiest move Ive ever had! Protip: Itll be much easier for you and the movers if you label your boxes with different colored labels for each room (bedroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room, etc). I made sure I had water bottles in the fridge for them to help boost their morale a bit and because its just plain thoughtful to have cold water for the people moving your heavy stuff. Anyway, these men astounded me with how quickly they moved my stuff. They didnt try to draw anything out for 6 hours to get more money out of me, there was no swindling of any kind. At first, when I looked around for movers, the price almost scared me away but honestly, the price is worth it for the service I received (trust me on that). On the office side of things, Emily took care of me and she was always speedy with returning calls and keeping me informed. She was super helpful when I had a question! I cant stress enough just how awesome Two Men and A Truck is!

The moving team was great, professional and timely. However after loading the truck and getting to my new location for them to unload extra movers showed up that I did not ask for and I was told several times that I would not be charged for those movers. The move finishes, I sign the release/acknowledgement form at the end of the move, it states what my actual price will be and then sign the agreement at the bottom that says that I authorize the company to only charge me the amount that was listed on the document. Well low and behold they tried to charge me almost well over $1000 than what was agreed to when I signed the form and authorized them to charge. Then I’m told that it’s because they are charging me for those extra movers (who I did not agree to and was told more than once I wouldn’t be charged for). Then was basically told they could have charged me more, not offered to bring the extra people so the movers would have taken longer and that they could have been there until 10pm at night (which can’t be confirmed or guessed bc it did not happen). Then tell me that the people who told me I wouldn’t be charged and that wrote the Actual price on the form we’re not allowed to tell me that and that they didn’t care what price was written on the form this is what I would be charged. Finally got them to get close to what was written on the form for the Actual price but still not what I signed for and was told it’s still under your max estimated amount and I didn’t charge you for a couple movers because they were new. If I would have been told the movers were coming and that I actually was going to be charged for them it would not have been an issue, but after asking and being told I would not be charged for them and then charge me well over what I was estimated is just straight unprofessional and horrible service. Be aware of this scheme and unprofessional service when you are looking for a moving company. Movers we’re great the office staff are horrible!

Joey and Wesley went above and beyond to help make our move less stressful. They worked quickly, yet were so careful with all of my belongings. They hooked up my tv and appliances once we reached the new house. They cleaned off the bottoms of my couches and appliances before bringing them inside. I would recommend these two gentlemen for any move one may have to make. Awesome service!!

The young men who came to move my glass-topped table were very professional and careful with the incredibly heavy piece of glass. They called to let me know when to expect them and arrived right on schedule. The lady with whom I scheduled called afterwards to be sure all had gone well. They were very personable and polite. Due to COVID I had to hire movers for my recent move. The move had a lot of uncertainty as our closing date moved multiple times.. Rebecca and the ladies in the office were very kind and very accommodating to our move.The men who showed up for the move Joey Nathan and Jacob were all very professional they were all dressed appropriately and worked diligently. They all dealt well with the uncertainty that came along with this particular move. It would have been very easy for the guys to get frustrated but they always had a smile and were very professional.The move cost a little more than I expected mostly due to my underestimating how much stuff I actually had. That being said being able to focus on the crazy closings I had and knowing my stuff was well taken care of was a great pieaceof mind.Great Job!

I hired them in Dec, 2020, Ran out of packing material, order incorrect, not careful with mattresses, then 1 hour of charge on travel while 3 mi away. U. Must supervise while owners in their office. I dont recommend Gulfport, do it yourself. PS treated the packers like kings.

I had an apartment unit transfer move. I went from a second floor to a third floor apartment and I would highly recommend using this company! I was impressed with the overall quality of service starting from the office to even the movers!Josh, Jaleel, and Sage were my movers and they were very impressive! They handled everything with extreme care and were very fast which was big to me(Only took an hour and a half total). Nothing broke (my biggest concern hiring movers). They wrapped and padded everything that needed it which I also really appreciated. Give these guys a raise!!!!They are also military friendly and give a great discount which I loved! If I ever need to use a moving company again in the future I will use these guys again! HIGHLY recommend!

As a first time mover needing an assist with a relatively short move and a couple of strange, unique items, I was so pleased I could get folks to help with this with such relatively short notice and at a reasonable price. The office team put me at ease in regards to my various questions, and the moving team were absolute rockstars. I already had 80% of my moving items stacked and arranged in the garage, so the team was able to divide and conquer to break down furniture on one side and move boxes on the other. The drive was super easy, the unload went smoothly, and we came in well under estimate for the quoted service, and the charges were adjusted accordingly. If I ever need a moving team, itll be with these guys in a heartbeat.

Be aware, if you review this company they will relentlessly follow up with calls/emails if there is even the slightest negative remark. When I booked I thought I specifically told them about all my heavy pieces but didnt realize you had to tell them how many boxes and every single item you were moving, even though you pay by the hour. Evidently I didnt tell them how many boxes I had so the driver said they were unprepared. He was already irritated, and grumpy and maybe this made it worse. Moved on 5/8/21

The office staff was great, the movers were punctual, it was in my opinion on the pricey side since it was only 1 item and since the movers really struggled to carry it, it took longer than I was quoted, but all in all, very professional and I would most definitely recommend and use them again.

The guys that moved me were great very professional,i have several very fragile pieces of antique furniture and they took extra care (above and beyond ) to make sure it was safely moved very friendly and they explained every little detail of what they were doing and why. i would highly recommend this company.

Moving team was great, 5star! That said the scheduling team told me one thing and the lead man on the crew another. Which resulted in the crew arriving an hour before the time I requested, and I wasnt as ready for them as I needed to be.

Our team, Ryland, Tawon, and Brandon worked quickly and safely and we were done in three hours. They will be moving us into our new home in a few weeks. After 24 years in the military, I am used to a certain standard and this company has met and exceeded the quality and standards I expected. This move from my storage facility to the campus in which I was moving had a turnaround time of less than 24 hours. I did not have to worry about a thing. Everything was done professionally and within the ridiculous short time frame requested. I am pleased and would use his company again and recommend them again and again. These guys were the best guys I’ve ever used hands down. DeAndre and Sage killed it. By the end of the day these guys felt like family. They treated my stuff as if it was their own. I would recommend them to anyone.

Guys were nice, but paid 10% over the estimate even with an on site estimate. Hourly rates are high - other local movers were 35-40% less on hourly rates. Ended up paying about $1,000 more with damages to the house (new wood floors and walls, plus landscaping damage.) Expect to pay the HIGHEST amount they quote (expect a 30% spread here.)

The team was excellent in every way! I was very impressed by their polite, willing and professional manner. They were just great.

After our move we notice several missing items. Several kitchen items were absent. Additionally a box of technology items were missing including my very expensive PS4, a tablet, and several other items. The bigger problem was this. After we noticed the missing items, we did not assign blame. We assumed it was a simple issue. The truck was in their facility loaded for two days between the move out of the old house and the move in to the new house. It was easy to imaging something being misplaced. But when I called I was told that the person who could help was unavailable. They never called back. And emails to my agent were also ignored. The courtesy of at least looking in to our issue should have been the least we could expect. Much less a response.

Received confirmation phone call within one business day of my move. Representative checked with me to make sure I had everything for my move and to see if I had questions or concerns. The day of the move, the crew showed up on time, even giving me a heads up phone call when they were on their way. They arrived on time and quickly loaded up the truck, but also took great care with my household goods. They drove directly to the destination, arriving shortly after I did. They unloaded quickly and efficiently and set up all furniture. They hauled away shrink wrap and any other loose debris. This was one of the better moves Ive had in the 19 times I have moved in my lifetime!

Two Men and a Truck moved us in April and again in June. Both times the crews were well trained on their work, moved everything and set it back up with no damage. And we have massive high end furniture with huge oversize mirrors. Their attitudes were great, very efficient, worked hard the entire time, took less time than I expected. And came in both times slightly under estimate!

The team was great. Everything happened just as described. The office staff was very professional. The moving team was efficient, careful, courteous, and professional. I could not have asked for a better experience. I moved several times in the past two years and this was the best experience of them all.

The office staff are friendly and easy to deal with and the movers are careful but quick. We used them to move a heavy adjustable bed and a few other items from storage to home. I would definitely recommend them for a move.
