Angela was very friendly and helped us alot, to find just the size of storage room we needed. She also let us use a dolly to help us unload a desk. I would highly recommend storage king.

I called several storage units before landing upon Storage King. The tone over the phone sold me. The manager was very informative, friendly, and helpful. She also sent an email with everything we discussed. Upon arrival, she showed us different storage units and explained the entire process to me. Everything was so helpful and made the moving process a little more smooth. Although this has nothing to do with the unit, I LOVE the kids play area in the facility. Rather than having to fill out paperwork while trying to comfort an irritable child, they have a play area with books, toys, and so much more! Overall, best experience ever!!

I have had my storage here for a long time. I have never had any problems n the lady in the office is just great. Very polite n curtious! I finally got a place big enough to empty out my unit. Thanks for everything.

The manager was very nice and pleasant.

The price keeps going up. This is my 3rd or 4th increase in less than a year. I’ve had the unit for several years and never had an increase- until Storage King took over. One increase was due to the new insurance requirement, I somewhat understand that. However, now they are just getting greedy and raising the price every few months. If you have a set budget, I don’t recommend due to constant price increases.

Chrissy is fantastic! She helped me figure the perfect size storage unit and was very pleasant to do business with. She takes great pride in her work and it shows. Very clean facility and very secure.
